My hubby told me about this place that has some of the best donuts. My thoughts okay whatever. We rode by on Sunday and they closed at 430PM (bummer) yelp said 530PM. Well on Tuesday he brought 6 home. Here's the kicker, I eat pretty well during the week day if I do cheat it's during the weekend. I opened the plain white box and saw 6 donuts. I snatched off a piece of the white chocolate with oreos on top and thought someone else can eat the rest. 10 minutes later I'm eating the whole donut! it was soft and absolutely amazing. Let me first start off by saying I'm a self proclaimed donut connoisseur. Everywhere I go, I hit the popular, and even not so popular donut places. We just moved here this year, this is the first donut place we've tried. I usually don't go for those crazy flavors, or gigantic ones with tons of toppings, it's just too much. Just give me a simple, delicious doughnut with a beautifully done icing or glaze. That's it, stop making it so hard. The gentleman at the counter greeted us and was very helpful. I asked about a particular donut and was told it was a cream cheese icing topped donut. SIGN ME UP! My only mistake is only getting one. There were four left, I mean, that may be too many, but I at least should've gotten two, it might be one of my favorite donuts ever. Yes, I said I ever. Luckily, for my waistline, he said they don't make them often. And, as per usual, I forgot to take a picture of this particular donut before I inhaled it. I stopped my here a few days ago after reading the reviews. I don't live near Concord so I decided to try them out while I was visiting the mall. It's a cute shop. I was promptly greeted when I walked in. I was the only customer in the place which was perfect for me since it was my first time visiting. I was able to ask questions about different donuts and other treats. I ended up getting two twister donuts, one pain glazed and the other cinnamon glazed for the hubby. It was so good. You could tell they were made fresh. I also bought an apple fritter which was so good, probably the best I've had. It was huge too. I know every time I go to Concord, this will be one of my stops for sure. The only reason why I have 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were out of croissants and the male bacon glazed donuts. read more

Some friends told us about OMG and honestly I thought they were exaggerating. But then I tasted the Apple fritter and lost my mind. It's amazing!! On my first visit I got 1/2 dozen of assorted donuts. I usually prefer a plain glazed donut or fritter, but occasionally I will try new flavors. Everything I tried was delicious. Melt in your mouth type of flavor. Loaded with butter and sugar flavor! :) They have several fillings that you can choose from and they fill the donut as you order which is nice. We returned recently and purchased a full dozen. Again.. amazing. I tried a blueberry donut this time and really enjoyed it. Both my husband and I couldn't stop raving about the cinnamon toast crunch. The fill their donuts when you order them which is awesome. Where to begin. I was attending an event and needed to get some doughnuts to take. I read good reviews on this bakery and it was convenient. So they close at 4:00 but...they were basically out of doughnuts at 2:30 (August 2, 2025). The chairs were on the tables and another young lady was sweeping or mopping. As a business person, that is weird I thought. So that's that. Then I had the misfortune of speaking with a young lady, short, maybe Caucasion, dark hair about 28 who said she was the manager. I am not sure though as she was smirking when I asked if she was the manager. Yes, smirking. So, I did not have my glasses on as I had left them in my car. I started asking about pricing and trying to make a dozen of something with what was left. She was condescending, seemed annoyed at my questions for some reason and did not try to hide it. She kept saying...as it says on the menu...blah, blah blah with a TUDE. Like is this real...come on. Is it that hard to tell me prices??? This is about the POOR service at this store. Sooo my Mom had a taste for donuts. I have seen this bakery and always wanted to stop so this was a good opportunity. And now...I'm in heaven. Cutest place. They have great adjustments in place to keep everyone safe in the midst of covid: you can order ahead and simply pickup, there is social distancing markers inside, they only take one customer at a time at the counter, worker wore a mask, everything looked clean. Now, to the goodies. Donuts are yummy! If you like cakes donuts these aren't cakey. They have a lot of variety and creative at that, for example, the fruity pebble donut which my husband got and liked. We got a dozen plus two cheese danish and a dozen donut holes. Outside of donuts all that I saw were the danishes and brownies. My favorite part was that you can choose what flavor cream to put in some of the donuts: vanilla, chocolate, raspberry and I think Bavarian. We ordered: chocolate iced, Oreo, maple bacon to name a few. Everything we got was fresh, delicious, and filling. Service was outstanding. It took us about 20 minutes to decide and complete our order but we were not rushed. This place is not far from my house and across the street from Bj's. I think we found our new go to donut spot! The blueberry donut might be the best thing I've had in life and the iced Vietnamese coffee is amazing

This was my first visit to OMG Donuts and I was very impressed. First, they are open on Sunday, (my husband offered to take me on Mother's Day) which is a little tough to find a private bakery open on a Sunday in this area. Second, the line was out the door, always a good sign of what's to come. OMG Donuts is a fairly large shop. They have a couch, and a few tables if you want to enjoy your treats there. The showcases are big and were well stocked when I was there about 9am. All of the donuts are yeast raised kind, including the donut holes, but they also have apple fritters, brownies, and croissants. The apple fritters are HUGE. Just like I used to get where I am from in NY. The taste, texture, and size is identical to a northeast bakery. Excellent crunch and nice and apple-y and chewy on the inside! If you love apple fritters, you will love the ones at OMG. But, I would go earlier rather than later. They are open from 6am until 4pm, Tuesday thru Sunday, but I doubt they have much in the late afternoon. I got 5 donuts and 1 apple fritter. They have every kind of topping for the regular donuts and they will fill your solid donuts to order. Nice touch. You can get several different fillings for your donuts: Boston cream, chocolate cream, vanilla cream, raspberry jelly, lemon curd. That is a nice selection! I got the Oreo topped donut with raspberry filling and my chocolate topped with Boston cream filling. Also, I chose cinnamon twist, chocolate ring, and cinnamon swirl donuts. I usually can handle two donuts in one sitting, but I was feeling it after one plain glazed - and the price is very reasonable, considering the size of the donuts. I tried a glazed donut and a maple bacon one. The maple bacon was basically a glazed donut with maple icing and bacon on top. The donuts are yeast-based, so fluffy on the inside - the texture was just right for me. The bacon on the maple bacon was legit bacon, not the cheap, thin, burnt kind I've seen some places try to get away with. It was thick, quality bacon, which I appreciated. Overall, these donuts are tasty, the service was friendly, parking was easy, and it's a great value considering the size of the donuts for the amount you pay. read more

OMG is the BEST donut spot I have been to in North Carolina! When you bite into one of these donuts, you will most likely say "Oh My Gosh, these are so good!" The morning I visited I was greeted with a line out the door (the lack of stock in the picture I took pretty much shows that). The donuts are massive and unique. This place was named perfectly!! Every bite I took out of any of the donuts I simply said, "Ohhh Mahhhh Gaggh" I got an order of a dozen and didn't duplicate a flavor! You can add a filling to any donuts that doesn't have a hole in the middle and you can pick which one you want out of the options they have available! So you can create different flavor pairings!! Decided to celebrate national donut day by checking out a place I haven't been to before, so I went to OMG Donuts. It's located off concord mills Blvd near the BJs wholesale club and next to a few other businesses and is easy to find. The inside of the business is very nice, and was also clean. Since it was national donut day, they were busy and didn't have a huge selection at the time of my visit, however what they did have on hand was adequate. They have several fillings to choose from so you choose a glazed or chocolate iced donut and they fill it for you on the spot. I got Bavarian creme filled chocolate iced and it was amazing. After the first bite it's obvious why they choose to name the place OMG Donuts, because that's what you will be saying when you bite into them. The apple fritters are equally amazing and the maple bacon didn't disappoint either. I can't wait to go back and see what else they have and to try their coffee. I know Krispy Kreme is about to open up a new store nearby, but I don't think they have anything to worry about, they are very solid! read more
