From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt very welcomed and comfortable. The gentlemen that were working at the time were very helpful and generous (with tastings and recommendations). We ended up ordering rainbow pebbles ice cream rolls which were delicious! We also tasted the berry sorbet, milk chocolate hazelnut and strawberries and cream gelato. My favorite was the berry sorbet - so refreshing! Before we left, we were offered a crepe on the house AND we got to pick what we wanted inside! Super cool!! We picked a cookie butter crepe and OMG - DELICIOUS!!! So delicious. First time trying rolled ice cream. My daughter and I ordered the mango flavor and apple pie, both were yummy. I specifically enjoyed my mango ice cream and the mango jelly they drizzle on top. Both came with a piece of waffle cone. They tasted fresh. One person was making the ice cream rolls and the other helped us at the cash register. I didn't know it took time to make the rolls but didn't mind waiting. Luckily, the guy was finishing up an order and started on ours. It took about 10 minutes to get our ice cream and definitely worth the wait. Because it was one person making the rolls, my daughter got her ice cream first and mine came out about 5 minutes after. As we were eating our ice cream more people came, and because it takes a bit to make 1 order, their wait times were longer than ours. If you come here and there's people waiting on their orders, just be mindful you will have a wait, and also if you come in a group. To order just walk up to the register as the person behind the glass cannot really help because they are rolling / making the orders. As more people came the cashier/owner began helping the other worker. Service was great and friendly. Kids would enjoy seeing their ice cream rolled through the clear glass. I came here specifically to support the local business since I live in the area. So we came on Sunday after church. My son ordered the Rainbow Pebbles and was super excited because it was a regular treat for us on a regular basis where we moved from so we thought we found our new spot. This is not a negative review about anything bad, but an opportunity to share constructive criticism at the hope the owner sees it to improve. Most importantly, the ice cream was delicious. But here's where the person working missed. Firstly, the portion was super tiny. From experience, the rolled ice cream usually fills the cup. The server was a young kid that seemed unprepared for customers so early on Sunday , 2pm. The ice cream filled up about 60% of the cup, so that was a little sad considering my son finished it in 2 minutes! Secondly, the pictures all show a little slice of a waffle cracker. He didn't get any so when I asked the server, he apologized and said he didn't make any. There was no offer to make one or provide an alternative. We also got no whipped cream and the smallest sprinkling of fruity pebbles. Considering i spent nearly $15 (I tipped) for a small portion that was supposed to be a vibe, we experienced the opposite. I might come back for another try, but considering there's Michoacana down the street, I'm not so sure anymore. Please train your employees, as this can be a lot better with just a little bit of love and attention to detail. read more
