Okay so, I really am not one to complain but my mom was extremely excited to try the dubai chocolate strawberries. Firstly, the cup was not even full all the way it was barley more than half way filled. My mom tried them and was almost immediately disappointed, the strawberries were bad and kinda rotten. As you can see this man in the photo this is right after he took someone else's order , the moment it was my turn to order I approached him with a "hello " he turned his back towards me and walked away . I understand this is a floating job position where multitasking is important though he attended the party ahead of me and couldn't even tell me to give him a minute, but instead walked away . The other two men making the ice cream are to busy joking and messing around . On top of that they don't seem to know their own recipes they kept looking at their own menu and after each glance they added another ingredient into the ice cream. The menu had many enticing options and we ended up choosing the pistachio, turkish coffee, swamp, birthday cake (as a shake), and cardamom-saffron-orange blossom flavors. All of them were delicious and prepared fresh before our eyes on an iced metal surface. It was all very unique and fun to watch. The toppings were super skimpy... a tiny dash of crumbs, whipped cream, and a stale piece of waffle cone. The flavor itself was underwhelming. Where was the cookie butter? And seriously, for $12 you'd think they could at least give you a decent spoon. The plastic one they gave me was so flimsy/bendy, it nearly snapped trying to scoop the hard ice cream rolls. What bothered me most was how unsanitary it felt. The cashier wore one glove and used it for everything. She took orders, then pulled out her phone from her back pocket, used it for a minute, and went right back to handling toppings with that same glove. It was pretty gross. Bad service in general. I stopped by to pick up a DoorDash order on 2/28/2026 around 11:40. I got there and they said they were still working on it with about 4-6 people ahead of me. Cool it's understandable. I waited about 20 mins and still nothing. I asked one of the 2 guys working there about my order and he looks at the receipt as if he forgot. He tells me it's going to be another 10 mins with the 20 mins I already waited. I told him why can't make this one since I've been here waiting. He said the walk in customers are prioritized. So the person I picked up for isn't a customer at all? Make that make sense. I waited the 10-15 mins more and there were people coming in way after me and still getting there's before me. I get it if it's a restaurant and it's really fucken busy but this place wasn't. I wasted almost an hour of my DoorDash service just waiting for an order that I didn't end up getting since I wasted enough time. I've done over 1500 deliveries and this has been the worst since the people ordering online aren't paying customers. Both guys were very unprofessional. If you want your food on time, you literally have to go in person. read more
