He checked & located the leaks & problem. The sealer wax on the bottom was disintegrating & the drain pipe also has some leakages. He fixed that & put in new sealer wax, plus corking was made around the bottom sealer wax. Also fixed the problem on the master bathroom toilet, put in new flapper & tank lever.
