My roof damage after they installed the tarp.

Extremely Disappointed - Proceed with Caution I had a terrible experience with On Demand Pest Control. Their service was unprofessional and careless. During the installation of a termite tarp, they damaged my roof tiles and showed no accountability. When I brought it up, they dismissively claimed it was "normal" for tiles to break and made it clear they had no intention of taking responsibility. They were rude and unapologetic, even pointing to a legal disclaimer in their paperwork, essentially saying the damage was my problem. Because of their negligence, I now need to replace my roof. This company is more interested in protecting themselves and taking your money than actually caring for your property. Be very cautious before hiring them.

new beware ! stay away from this company if you dont want to repair your own broken tiles caused by the employees they use, i was in front of them while they broke them and pleaded with them to becareful, i wish i knew to ask the right questions if they had insurance before hand and if they covered broken tiles they break. i pleaded to the company after there service that i was present while they broke them but they still denied to help fix broken tiles . hopefully i save the next victim from this company called on demand pest control. this company will not cover your tiles if they break them and trust me they will because the employees they use dont care how they walk on your tile. i told them safe practices should be employed on how to walk on your roof with 200lbs tarps plus an additional over 200 lbs person while carrying tarp on there shoulder. they should roll tarp instead to desired loaction instead of walking with it . they did it to save time but didnt care if they broke them because there not liable in there paperwork , i wish i knew that beforehand . these people were the most blunt people walking on the roof. now i have a total of 15 broken tiles !! now my roof will get water intrusion!!! now, i'm s*** out of luck because they don't cover as they don't provide insurance. i wish i knew i would never have used this company!! now i have to deal with the repairs out of my own pocket. save yourself the headache and use some other company that will have insurance and take responsibilty for there employees they employers. . ill provide pictures for future homeowners on what this company did to my roof as proof of there service you will get if you use them . also forgot to mention because i was so upset that i still had ants , spiders and other creepy crawlies still in the house after tenting.

I signed up for an initial service with them. They offered to do follow up service every other month. The first visit went fine and then a week or so later I was attacked by fire ants right in front of my house by my driveway. They told me that there would be mo additional charges if additional spraying was needed in between the dates they scheduled ahead of time. So I called them to come back and spray the ants. The woman on the phone told me it would be an additional $100 to spray again since it's near the driveway and they considered that a "lawn service". I felt like that was unfair and not what I was promised. I looked for another company that wouldn't charge extra for what was actually needed at my property and called to cancel the future appointments they had set for me. The woman then told me that she would be unable to cancel and that they would send me to collections. It was never explained to me that this was actually a contract and that in the event you no longer want service from them that they will sue you and try to ruin your credit. This company is shady and uses these kind of tactics to get you to unknowingly sign up for extended periods of service with them. No good company that is providing great service should ever need to use these type of tactics to retain customers. So please, buyer beware. There are much better companies to deal with out there than these people. read more

He arrived, and was kind enough to slip on shoe coverings before entering the home. The process was quick, and he explained to me where he sprayed and what treatments he did. They came the next day and upsold my wife on a package to prevent termites as well (our house was termite proofed already and we have had no issues). In truth they could see how she was scared of mice and took advantage of her. They charged $2500 and placed 4 "victor" mouse traps in total. They spent 20 minutes on the property and did not do any sealing of the house. Of the traps they placed two were in the same one kitchen drawer. Another trap they placed under the bed in the guest room and did not tell anyone besides my housekeeper who barely speaks English - we opened that door and my dog entered the room and the trap snapped on him! There is literally a bowl of dog food and a dog bed in that room how negligent can these "professionals" be. Of course I called to discuss these issues but for days we were transferred manager to manager. In the end they refuse to issue a refund but I am still going to go with another company for the job. In the end I paid $2500 for 6 dollars worth of mouse traps and a ton of aggravation.

I'm so pleased with my pest service. Every time they come to spray my lawn or my interior, they are so kind and respectful. In addition if I ever have any problems, a quick call to the office is always answered by a very kind lady Marcy who is a true gem. For example, I called to mention that I saw some small pests indoors, and they were there within the week for an extra spray. Also, I am incredibly displeased with another service I bought prior to knowing royal pest, I'm sure everyone is familiar with Terminix. I already paid the initiation fee for termite control with Terminix, which was around $6000 for doing bait traps, but that is kind of where their service ended. Despite multiple calls to them, I haven't had any luck with having them come out a second time. I was thinking about switching to Royal pest for my termite control however, I already paid the initiation fee with Terminix and it doesn't really make sense to switch back over since I'm only paying a small continuation fee. But truly using them after COUNTLESS pest control companies was just such an amazing experience from beginning to end. Scheduling was a breeze, the technician that came out Mitch was so knowledgeable and he found out that the issue I originally had was not the cause and ended up saving me time and money. I actually ended up referring them to my association to do the entire building. I spoke with Jessica when it came to billing and she was just so fantastic about ensuring I knew everything I had to do prior to visit, calling me for a follow up. The owners of the company even called me to thank me for the reference and it was just so heartwarming to see companies that truly care and don't treat you like garbage. Will never use anyone else! At first the cost seemed a little higher than usual but the thing is that they actually did the job right the first time and like I said saved me so much money. The previous company charged me and didn't actually address the solution at ALL and used products that I had to leave my house take my pets and kids and it was just god awful. Felix came out to treat my Avocado tree that had an infestation of bees that had gotten into a void at the base of the tree and was making doing chores in the back yard impossible. After a late afternoon application of his liquid and powdered chemicals, he assured me that the tree would probably be completely clear by the next day. Returning from work the next day in the afternoon, the tree was in fact completely clear of bees. I then used a couple of cans of expansion foam to seal the voids completely and I'm back in business. read more

I live on the first floor of my apartment building and I've been having an issue with ants coming in from the cracks in my sliding glass door and a spot in the baseboards. I tried all the store bought products, even went to my garden out back to try to kill the source, no luck! They kept coming! A family friend told me about On Demand Pest Control and they came out the next day before I had to go to work. The technician was incredibly friendly and clearly knew his stuff and he didn't just spray and leave, but actually took the time to explain the cause and how to keep them from coming back. After they faked a contract on my behalf, they continued to harass me, and when I was able to prove this they wrote a review about my restaurant stating that they saw cock roaches. What they did not realize was that the business was closed for renovations. Now I have a lawyer involved. The women goes by the name jessica rogue and in reality her name is jessica tallent. Hard to find companies to even respond let alone show up to appointments. On demand did both and were extremely professional. We have had 2 pest services so far and me and wife couldn't be any happier with the results. Haven't seen any roaches or ants since . I was pleasantly surprised to how knowledgeable the techs were and friendly which is rare when dealing with contractors . If you haven't had the pleasure of meeting this very nice man, you would come to see a man who is knows his stuff. He listened to where I had insect issues in my apartment. We used On Demand from a recommendation through a neighbor. Had a bedbug situation when a relative came over to stay, during which they were in and out of the hospital. Apparently, bedbugs can come from the hospital and we were unfortunate enough to get them as a result. On Demand was great! Both the staff and the technicians from start to finish. Bed bugs were completely eliminated and we can now sleep peacefully again! read more
