The French press itself was border line in drinkable. The grounds were too finely ground causing there to be grit throughout the entire pitcher of French press. We each had about one mug each. The food came out and my over easy eggs were over medium at best, the entire bottom of the yolk was hard through to the middle. Only one biscuit got gravy. And then once my partner finished his eggs he found a long black hair under where the eggs were. Needless to say we were very much done with The Bread Pedaler by the time this happened. We let the waitress know. She brought the check, which still included the food we didn't eat because there was a hair in it. Not wanting to start anything we just paid (still tipped 20% because I'm not a jerk) and left. I wish this was the great review I was hoping to leave. I was so excited to eat here. But this was truly one of the worst experiences I've had in years.

A very good brunch. There is a fresh, wholesomeness to the food which is a much-needed break from all the greasy diners in the Lancaster area. We loved Joan, our server, who was extremely knowledgeable of the menu items and efficient, diligent and friendly. The bacon, toast, and roasted tomatoes (instead of home fries) were all delicious.
