This was the last place I brought my car before I noticed my side-skirt frame got bent...the thing about mechanics is they always test drive your car trying to figure out the problem, the problem with that is you never know what they are doing to your car also they drive different cars not knowing how low or wide the car handles...I don't think anyone test driving the car is going to tell you they hit a pothole or scraped the bottom of the car or dented it so you might not notice that your car is even dented or scratched months down the road like me...the people seemed pretty friendly and hopefully did what they said they did working on my car... read more

I had purchased an aftermarket modular cat-back exhaust system but the manufacturer included two defective 3 inch band clamps for the mid-pipe. I was able to install it all but not get the exhaust to seal up/hang properly under the car due to the defective band clamps. Once I got the new 3 inch band clamps from the manufacturer I called On Point Automotive and they said yes, bring it in and we can get it going. I was in no hurry but On Point Automotive got the exhaust, with the new band clamps, all sealed and tucked nicely under my car the same day!
