The spinach and mushrooms tasted a littleeee soggy and needed flavor, but I have a history of not really enjoying the spinach in their dishes anyways. The aesthetics and lighting is bright and overall just a beautiful dining area. They also offer outdoor seating. The service was great. You order your food at the counter and they deliver it to your table or you can get it to go. The gentleman who took the order asked if I had any questions before taking my order and said it would be 10-15min for the food to be ready, and it was! I ordered the Bacon Jam Burger (it's a new item) and it did not disappoint. The burger comes with an Angus beef patty, house made bacon jam (FIRE), arugula (I requested to hold), sunny side up egg, and maple syrup. It's also served with a garden spring salad (I requested to hold) and country fried potatoes (got double potatoes). This burger is bursting with flavor. The egg was cooked perfectly with a soft runny yolk that paired perfectly with the sweet and salty bacon jam. The potatoes were fried and seasoned to perfection. I'm always greeted with a smile and a hello and they seem to have quite a few regulars, because they call them by name when they see these customers walk in. If a place has breakfast burritos, I'm always down for that...so that's what I went with the first time, and every time after. When I asked about their Bfast burritos, the owner suggested that I get it with a spinach tortilla, a totally new option to me, but boy was I happy with it. I have gotten it every time since then. Parking - lots of parking available...it's very strip-mall-ish, but doesn't seem to be too busy. If this place was much closer to home, I'd come way more often than every other week or so!
