The black guy that helped me was great. Today I went today to ask a few questions and get a price on a service. I stood there waiting on help. The manager Keith helped the guy before me. Two younger guys were behind the counter were helping other people. Moron number 1 got a womans keys from her and put them in a plastic sleeve. He handed them to a rough looking tech from the shop and the tech just threw them on a desk, without any care or professionalism. So I'm standing there the two morons behind the counter are just standing there not doing anything. Then a pretty young girl walks in to pick up her car, and they are fighting to help her, and I'm just standing there. I turn to leave and they never say a word to me. I go outside and ask the Moron manager Keith if he is in fact the manager and why I was never helped? He got really defensive and and said, "I will help you, but he was already helping another guy. I told him that this was not the service I expected, and that Firestone was just down the road. He told me that I should go there. I should have known, because the parking lot was almost empty. The Discount Tire at the other end of Spring Creek is much better, and has service people that actual help you.
