I am literally at a loss for words for this review. I've been racking my brain on how I could convey my deepest gratitude for everything they did for us. Set aside for a minute the absolutely amazing job Reuven and his team did on our white linen couch and grey area rug. This experience is bigger than that. I had an appointment for Reuven to come to our apartment yesterday morning at 8:30am. My wife is pregnant with our first child, and we knew he could be coming any day at this point. We wanted everything to be clean for the little guy but in classic fashion we waited til the last minute to schedule everything. Of course it's 3am, wife starts having frequent contractions and we rush to the hospital. While we're waiting for nature to take its course, I'm trying to contact everyone we had appointments with today (carpet and couch cleaning, doctors, dog groomer, etc) to reschedule. I message Reuven at 6am and he immediately responds saying don't worry about it, he can still come by and assess the situation, and text me a price if we want to move forward. If he doesn't hear from us, no worries he'll come back. Somehow the timing worked, I got his text quote post-baby delivery while we're in recovery just relaxing, and Reuven gets to work. Then he says to me, "I'm sure you rushed to the hospital early in the morning and didn't have time to deal with walking your dog... do you want me to take him on a walk for you?" Are you serious? This can't be real, right? At that moment I mention this to my wife and she starts to cry. I'm sure it's all the hormones and emotions from just giving birth, but this random act of kindness from a complete stranger was just unbelievable. During a time when you're exhausted, elated, disoriented, overjoyed and just completely vulnerable, this man, Reuven, lent a helping hand when we needed it most. My wife and I will never forget this gesture from him. That was totally not his responsibility, and had he just provided the amazing service he was hired to do, we would have been completely happy and thrilled with that. Instead he went over and above, and was a simply amazing human being in addition to doing a phenomenal job. He even took a picture of himself walking our dog and sent it to us! I was very pleased with Reuven and his communication skills. He was prompt and very professional. He scheduled the service very fast and he also let me know when his worker was late. The steam worker was friendly and he worked fast. He cleaned our fabric coach with lots of pillows, an area rug and bar chairs. After everything was dry, the coach and the rug developed a stinky smell that didn't go away for a week. Reuven was very accommodating and arranged for his team to come back and deodorize the items to remove the smell free of charge. He explained that some natural fibers tend to react differently on the steaming treatment. Great service! Will use them again. read more

I still can't get over how clean my mattress is! Really professional & quick.... they came on time and called ahead to give an estimate of arrival. These guys totally know what they're doing. My sofa had food stains & pet hair (2 cats!) ....pretty embarrassing but All gone! It's like new even after stains completely dried. Don't get me started on my mattress.... It's a few years old & awful spills from late night snacking- refreshed and super clean! I'm glad I got the deal & upgraded the service. Took some time for everything to dry but that's fine since I was busy sprucing up the rest of my place. A nice winter cleaning. At first I was a little skeptical of OnTime's perfect Yelp score but after using their services I know it's well deserved. I bought a Beni-Ourain rug from a women's collective in Morocco and had it shipped over - the only problem was that when the rug arrived it still had dirt, etc on it and smelled like the animals that the wool came from. Reuven and his guys turned the rug around in about half the time that other people had quoted for a very reasonable price. They had to do dry cleaning techniques due to the natural dyes and brushed out the pile. After their work the the rug looks, feels, (and smells!) fantastic. This was my first time using On Time Steam Cleaning and I must say that I am super satisfied! I had scheduled an appointment for them to come today (August 7) and I was a little late on my part. Angel was so gracious and he was also so patient. He came by super early around 11am and I was not home (I was at work). If he was a different person or if it was a different company, I guarantee you that they would have left within an hour. I bought an amazon local deal for a couch cleaning. I called monday to make an appointment and left a message. My call was returned immediately and I was able to make my appointment for the same week. They guy who scheduled my appointment was very pleasant. As the name suggests they were on time, which that alone deserves five stars because no service appointment ever shows up on time especially in the city! The steam cleaning was quick but thorough. i own a white couch and a dog...i think I've said enough. Basically my couch was a disaster as well as my carpets in my living room and dining room. i called On Time and made an appointment to figure out how much cleaning all of these items would come out to, they gave me a nice affordable price and we set up an appointment later that week to clean the couch and carpets. They did a phenomenal job i don't have any complaints with these guys, people can actually sit on my couch now when i have company over and I'm no longer embarrassed by my home. Everything looks as good as new. On top of all of that, they stuck true to their name and came on time, were professional, quick and friendly. The bad news is that they weren't able to get the huge orange NyQuil stain out of our cream-colored kilm rug (a word of advice - keep liquid cold medicine in the bathroom - but Reuven was so easy to work with and - get this - didn't charge us for the cleaning since they weren't able to get the stain out! We ended up using what we saved to buy a new rug, which at least was on sale for half price. I will gladly call on the company again for cleaning. read more

I bought an Amazon Local deal for $25 for area rug steam cleaning. The cleaner came & immediately tried to upsell me to a more thorough shampooing "deal" for $125. When I declined, he did the steam cleaning, but without any enthusiasm. I felt like he was really there to sell the shampooing. The steam cleaning took just a few minutes and I didn't notice much difference, though it is a bit cleaner. When I asked if he could do a better cleaning around the edge (which was dry and didn't seem like it had been touched) he said I'd need the shampooing for that. Some water splashed on the hardwood floor and he ignored me when I mentioned it & wiped it up myself. Along with the "upselling", that bothered me the most. I called on time carpet to come and take a look at the carpet in my basement which needed much cleaning. I scheduled a time for one of the guys to come and give me a price. The guy came right on time gave me an awesome price. I even got some tips on how to clean my type or carpet in the future. I then scheduled another time for them to come and clean the carpet. Shame, shame! What a joke! Bought a "deal" from Amazon Local from this "company". They claim to clean blinds also. Made an appointment to have my blinds cleaned the end of September. I took off a day of work to have this done! I get a call that morning that they are canceling! I reschedule for end of October. I call 2 days before my appointment to confirm. I said look, my husband is taking off a day of work, so I need a definite confirm. Oh yes, yes we'll be there! Guess what? They didn't show up! THE BEST!! My dog has been peeing on the same spot of my area rug for 2 years now. After about a jug of vinegar, and baking soda, and multiple other pet stain removal products, I finally called in a pro.
