After Isaac arrived to inspect our chimney inside our fireplace, in the attic and on top of our roof, he determined everything looked securely connected with no issues. He determined since it was so cold and the heat from having the fireplace on was only expansion noises. We felt very comfortable with him showing us that everything was still in place and we had no problem moving forward. I reached out to Clint simply asking him to come take a look. Just a look. After spending over four thousand dollars with this man, I thought that was a reasonable ask. Instead, he brushed it off like every homeowner in Texas was dealing with wasps in their fireplace -- as if that made it acceptable. Then came the kicker: he wanted to charge me just to come out and look. No fix, no repair, just a VISIT. And on top of that, he immediately shifted into sales mode trying to push a $500 guard on me. When I told him I was going to update my Google review, Clint laughed at me. On the phone. Laughed. Let that sink in. I've sat on this review for a while because I don't do this lightly. But that laugh told me everything I needed to know about how he really views his customers -- as transactions, not people. Clint, the $4,200 I spent wasn't just money. It was trust. And you burned it. To anyone reading this -- there are still people out there who genuinely believe in customer service and taking care of the people who supported their business.
