They yanked my tire jack out from under the seat just to cram the amp in there, then dumped the jack in the truck bed like it was trash. The amp under the driver's seat has a DSP sitting loosely on top of it, sliding around every time the seat moves, and they actually hot glued the amp to the DSP. Who does that? They mounted fuses directly to the battery -- so what am I supposed to do when the battery needs replacing? The wiring is a complete disaster, a tangled mess with zero zip ties, and one tweeter is missing. I expected real professionals, not this careless, half baked nonsense. I'll take the blame for not spelling out every tiny detail, but that doesn't excuse the sheer indifference and laziness these guys showed. It's unbelievable. On top of all this, it took three weeks and cost over $3000. Also, I had to spend an additional $3500 to have it done properly.

An hour later the job was done, they said they did the best they could straightening out a bent bumper attachment(hmm no mention to using those parts I paid for??). The end result was marginally better than before I brought vehicle to them. I sent before and after photos to the owner asking if this was the best they could do, but they didn't reply. Vehicle is a 2020 Nissan Rogue, and very clean with no previous accidents. Bottom line, if you have a lease car and insurance sends you to these guys, they are fine.
