Honest mechanics! It is very hard to find an honest mechanic. He works fast and efficient and is transparent with his work.

Terrible Communication and Predatory Pricing…read more Early August of 2025 I had a deeply disappointing experience with the service department at BMW Motorcycles of Jacksonville. I visited seeking advice for seven (7) technical/electrical errors on my 1250GSA. The service agent was incredibly dismissive, refusing to even look at me or listen to the errors shown on the pictures I made from my display while I was explaining them. Without even a cursory look at the pictures and the notes I made, he quoted me between $2,500 and $3,500 for diagnostics, claimed it would take three days on the computer to analyze, and told me the earliest appointment was 6 weeks away. Fortunately, I sought a second opinion at RiderMarket Daytona in Ormond Beach. Their service was world-class: CUSTOMER SERVICE: With one word; OUTSTANDING!! They listened to what I had to say. LOGISTICS: They picked up my bike from my home in Jacksonville and transported it to their shop for free. EFFICIENCY: The entire problem was diagnosed and resolved within three days. FAIRNESS: The total cost was $34 all-in and a staggering difference from Jacksonville's $3,500+ estimate. The beginning of January 2026 I reached out to the Jacksonville dealership via letter to discuss this massive price discrepancy and complained about the arrogance of their service and repair staff, but I have received zero response. It seems they are as uninterested in customer feedback as they are in fair pricing. The service was so unfriendly that I would now much rather drive an hour to Ormond Beach than deal with a team that makes me feel like I should apologize for being a paying customer. It is a shame, as the time I bought my motorcycle there in CASH was actually a good experience, but they have completely lost my trust and future business.

I have a 2015 Spyder. I called to make an appointment for a miss in the engine. I was told" We…read moredon't work on anything older than 2016". So what do I do? "Go find somebody that will work on it". Beware what you are headed for at Jacksonville PS.

Went here to check out some bike options this dealership had for my first bike. Was speaking with a…read moresalesman over text about Ninja and pricing options and when I went in he had it where he thought it was a guaranteed sale with license plate, paperwork, etc all printed out which was a lot of pressure. Not to mention, while i was talking with the salesman I mentioned my fiancé (who was with me) was a little upset because im his girl and hes worried about my safety and he said "ya, I can tell. Hes probably insecure/unmasculine because his girl is riding and hes not" which is an absolute WILD thing to say to a customer. I was quoted $6,700 over text and when I got there it went to $8,000 for a $5,700 bike finances. Im aware of fees but this is just outrageous. I gave an extra star due to the lady who runs the financing part of the business and the sales manager, he was really cool. Im not even as upset about the price as much as I am about the comment. You dont talk about your customer's fiance like that at all especially when you're about to sell a bike. That lost the sale for me, I decided to go somewhere else I even reached out to the salesman to thank him for his time (even after that comment) and radio silence. No text back, nothing. Its clear they dont give a shit.
