If you're looking for sweet with a bit of crunch, One Bite Cafe is the way to go. Everything about One Bite Cafe is delightful, from the interior to friendly staff and of course the treats. Don't be fooled by the size of their Croffles, even one can be pretty filling but one shouldn't limit themselves to trying one. The Croffle itself is sweet/sugared, but if you go with one of their flavors it isn't a sweet overload. The cream of the toppings is light, and throwing in either the fresh bluberries or strawberry completes it. Personally I'm a fan of their Taro and strawberry. I found their bluberry tastes similiar to the Taro (so I wouldn't order both at the same time), and the Red Velvet was okay but a little bland. Their Roll cake is very light, to a point that you'd almost question if you actually ate anything (don't worry, the cream inside will quickly remind you).
After visiting here a few times, this has become one of my favorite go to spots for yummy croffles :) Located in Roosevelt, this cute lil cafe is perfect for studying or meeting up with people. Interior is cozy and modern and there are outlets around and free WiFi that makes this place perfect for school or work. My favorite highlights here are: 1. Sweet Croffles ~ Consistently good with a nice slightly chewy and crispy texture on the outside and for the flavors I tried so far, (Plain, Tiramisu, Strawberry) ~ all has been so good! If you're a bit sensitive to sweet, I definitely recommend trying out a plain croffle since it's lightly sweetened to start off with since there are crystallized sugar pieces in the waffle. 2. Savory Bites: If you're looking for something more savory, I suggest trying out the croffle tuna sandwich, any of the onigiri or the sausage bread. Paired any of these with a drink and you're set for a yummy time! I particularly like the croffle tuna sandwich for the sweet/salty texture and the sausage bread itself was pretty tasty. Things to Note: 1. Everything is self service here... from ordering at the kiosk (you can order from the cashier too), to picking up your food and busing it at the end. 2. Drinks: Hit or Miss, depending on your preference. For me, I ordered a few drinks at regular sweetness and found 2/3 of the drinks to be too sweet. Definitely recommend half the puree level if you want a less sweet drink for the fruit flavor options. 3. Price Point: a bit spendy but for the quality of the croffles itself, I don't mind :) Can't wait to come back and sample more crofffleeeees!
I came here on a whim to study and it was a great decision! There's plenty of space to sit and outlets to charge your laptop, plus the food and drinks are pretty yummy! I tried the strawberry lemonade, strawberry croffle, the tuna mayo riceball, and beef bulgogi riceball. The lemonade and riceballs were my favorites! The ruffle was too sweet for my taste, I would have preferred to share it with someone. All in all, great place to check out!
I throughly did not enjoy my order. My cousin and I wanted a sweet treat after getting dinner, so we decided to come here after searching up nearby dessert places on Yelp. This cafe is located in a plaza with many surrounding businesses which made finding parking easy and abundant in the lot. Upon entering the cafe, the lights are super bright and it's decorated in a colorful, plant theme. There wasn't anyone at the cash register at that moment either but they do have a kiosk in the front you can also check out on. There's a small market place of retail items to the side and a variety of food/drinks on their actual menu. I appreciated the visual display of desserts in their case and there were tons of tables to sit at. There wasn't many people inside when we arrived, but the few there were silently working on their computers/studying. We still decided to dine in since my cousin wanted to get a croffle and eat it right away. Drinks are only available in 16oz (small) and 22oz (large). Our order was completed quickly and the girl who gave it to us was nice. vanilla icecream croffle: my cousin thought the presentation was pretty and it was a good amount of vanilla ice cream on top of the croffle. It was just that the croffle was stale, so it wasn't enjoyable. They also only had plastic utensils which made cutting into the hard croffle difficult. galaxy-ade: very tart, but sugary at the same time. the lychee jelly was too soft for our liking and the ade even mixed tasted predominantly like lemon juice. signature dalgona matcha: I love matcha and dalgona, so naturally was very excited to try this drink. I asked for oat milk and less sugar which just meant less dalgona. The boba had a good chewy texture I enjoyed, but was not sweetened at all. Also the drink was incredibly bitter for some reason. I was not tasting much matcha and the dalgona in the drink ended up being soggy which texturally threw me off as I was sipping getting soft chunks. both my cousin and I threw away our drink after 1 sip. no joke. we tried each others drinks and noticed the same things. it was not worth the calories and for the prices of everything, I was expecting better... We'll stick to our usual spots for dessert.
Quaint and cute spot. Order at the tablet by the door and grab a seat. The blueberry croffle is delicious, as is the milk tea. Service was quick and friendly. Wish we weren't leaving that day or we would have tried more treats.
Cute little cafe on Roosevelt by UW. Close to the Roosevelt light rail station which is convenient. Very cute interior and chill vibe. My friend had given me one of their croffles before and I had wanted to try it when it was fresher so we decided to go. We got the strawberry and the matcha croffles. I liked the flavor of the creams on both of the ones we got. The strawberries on top added a tartness that cut the sweetness of the cream. I do wish that the croffle was softer? It was very hard which I wasn't sure was supposed to be the texture. I think it was still good though. We came late so we didn't want to try any of the drinks and they didn't have many onigiris left. I would come back to try those as well.
For a small shop, they have nice seating with wifi and outlets. I'd stop by here to work if I was in the area. Their menu is also very extensive ranging from all kinds of pastries to drinks. Cookies, brownies, croffles, and cakes among other food items, they have a variety of sweet and savory. Drink wise they have tons of coffees, teas, smoothies, and lemonades. Wonderful, kind service and they bring your food straight to you. Bingsoo is very expensive here though because every other spot has it much cheaper. Dalgona Milk Tea with Boba - actually really good tea. I loved the milk tea but did not care for the boba. Boba was chewy but flavorless. Luckily (or maybe not?) they don't give much boba so you don't need to suffer endless chewing. Tea was creamy, sweet from dalgona melting inside, and packed a fair tea flavor. Actually really surprising. Pink Hawaiian Lemonade - actually just pink lemonade. Slightly sour yet sweet, you get what you expect from pink lemonade. Refreshing though. Blueberry Croffle - buddy told me that croffles with the swirl were to way to go. She meant the cream on top and I think I agree. Croffle itself is a perfect texture of crisp yet soft and it's sweet like honey, though you'll want more flavor. Blueberries on top were a bit sour and I heard the strawberries were sour too so I would maybe opt for a non-fruit option. Still delicious though. Oreo Cheesecake - tasted like a regular cheesecake to be honest. Oreo was not very present so I think there's only a little blended into the cheesecake. On top is a soft Oreo which brings some flavor but the cheesecake is stronger, so opt for a different cheescake.
Overpriced. I live down the street and the only thing that prevents me from coming in every day is because most of the food feels $2 more expensive than it should be. $2 less is what will get my foot in the door but I would come every day if it was $3 less. Take the galaxy-ade for example: $8 for the smallest size of soda water, lemonade, and a splash of butterfly pea without toppings? $4.50 for an onigiri I could get at a supermarket for $2-3.50? The ordering tablet is very hard to navigate because you have all these fancy drink names and no explanation of what it is! It's not even clear what is included and what is not; instead it'll say "include this only" or "select extra" without telling you the cost of any of it. Please spend some extra time making your tablet user-friendly. While the seating area looks comfortable and has a lot of chargers, I find the emptiness of the shop uncomfortable to work in. It's dead before 2pm and somewhat bustling at night. It's a cute shop with decent food. That's all there is to it.
Just tried croffles for the first time and I'm officially a fan! The perfect mix of a croissant and a waffle crispy on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside. It's a fun twist on both classics and totally satisfying whether you go sweet or savory. Definitely a new favorite treat!
One Bite Cafe is a super cute cafe right next to the Roosevelt light rail station. They serve croffles, which are croissant waffles, with unique toppings. They also have other pastries, cakes, cookies, rice balls/onigiri, coffee, bingsoo, and more. So many yummy dessert options! We had originally wanted a half dozen croffles to share, but ended up being too full. We ordered a mango croffle which comes with fresh cream and fresh mangos. It was delicious! Sweet but not overbearing, very fresh, and super crunchy. There is a few tables to sit at but it gets full pretty quickly. We managed to snag a table which was nice to sit and chat at. There's also free wifi and a bathroom. The cafe is oddly very very warm. As soon as I stepped in, my glasses fogged up so much that I couldn't see. There is only street parking available, and it can be difficult to find. I'd recommend taking the light rail or a public bus.
One Bite Cafe has a good strawberry matcha latte (on par with Chamei Matcha on the Eastside, which one could say specializes in matcha desserts and drinks). You can order it to go or for here in a nice glass cup. The screen gives you options for sizes, milk (almond milk and oat milk for an extra charge) and two topping additions. You can also pick ice and sugar level. The ice is never melting here. The ambiance here is good. There are about 6 or so tables inside, and there's Wi-Fi. It's like a mix of the bubble tea atmosphere and the coffeeshop.
Cute cafe right next to the Roosevelt station serving up delicious croffles. Tried croffles (croissant + waffle) for the first time here and their flavors are all pretty good. The flavor is what you would expect and is not too crazy, but the croffle texture is super food, with the right amount of flakiness and chewiness. The croffles do be a little bit pricey though.
The food was really tasty and unique. I'd definitely try one of the sweet croffles next time. I tried the croffle potato and egg salad sandwich which was pretty good. Unique with the sweet croffle bread and then savory with the filling. The crab onigiri was also fresh and tasty. The drink I got was also great - strawberry galaxy lemonade with lychee jelly! The cafe was cute and comfortable. The server was kind but it took a really long time to get my order (it was to go). My drink came out quickly but my two food items took longer to come out than several people who ordered food after me. They were very well packaged though and traveled successfully!

If you want to find a cute place with good desserts, this place is it. I tried their sesame, matcha, blueberry, and tuna croffles, and I liked all of them. They had best watermelon smoothie I ever had. I highly recommend it before summer is over (cuz I'm not sure if it is seasonal). Earl grey cake is their new item, and it really has that pleasant earl grey flavor in rich but not heavy cream. It's a good choice if you like a light dessert. Great place to go if you're into sweets. My girlfriend love their bakery items. I got their drinks and I thought it was a bit too sweet for my liking but besides the sweetness, it taste sooo good! I would recommend to ask for 50% -25% sweet on some drinks. It's a bit hard to find parking near their place since they don't have parking lot. Overall, I would come back if I was around the area. Take your first date here! You probably will get a second date. Or if you have a girlfriend and she is pissed at you for forgetting Valentine's Day, come here and grab something and she probably will forgive you ;). read more

Loved everything about One Bite Cafe. They serve a variety of pastries, small bites, and drinks. The interior is spacious and beautifully decorated. There's a single gender-neutral bathroom that is well maintained. Guest Wi-Fi is available. It was not too busy on a weekday lunch time, so I can imagine it being a lovely study spot. Croffles are baked to perfection with an airy and lightly crisp texture, similar to a croissant. The black sesame and matcha cream toppings were delicious! The mango matcha latte featuring ceremonial matcha was also delicious and perfectly balanced. The customer service is excellent. All the dishes were ready very quickly after ordering. If ordering croffles to-go, I would recommend consuming them same day as we found they can get stale. This would be a perfect place to have breakfast too- wish they were open earlier! read more

Not too sweet and just the right amount of cream that works well with the crispy textures. The drinks are delicious - had a strawberry matcha latte. They also had onigiri which was amazing. Soooo delicious! We opted for takeout cause my partner was feeling ill, but we really enjoyed everything. Oreo croffle - Really exceeded my expectations! This was incredible. The cream was fluffy and not overly sweet. Dalgona Latté - This was good, but probably our least favorite. The coffee they use was a bit too bitter for my taste. Strawberry Matcha Latté - One of the best I've had. They make their own strawberry mix and the matcha tasted high quality. Would definitely order this again! Onigiri - These are the best onigiri I've had in the Seattle area and I would happily order them again! The rice was still warm and the fillings were pretty generous. They're a tad on the expensive side though (~$5/per). That being said, I'll still get them when I'm craving one because they were so so so good. Basque cheesecake - Very good! We've been craving this since we had some in Japan. Love that it isn't overwhelmingly thick or sweet. Just melts right in your mouth! Slice was definitely a bit smaller than I was expecting, but it hit the spot. We're planning to go back soon when we feel better to enjoy everything in-restaurant. This is a super cute super trendy shop. They serve croffles, or crossant waffles, a sticky sweet crossant batter type waffle topped with sweet or savory contents and served cold. I got a sandwich croffle and the bf got a strawberry waffle. Both were delicious, though the texture of the waffle is very tight and sticky and theyre served on light plastic plate and tray so they're kind of tricky to cut into. Further, I'm not sure how they made them on a waffle iron if they were served cold, so I suppose they make the waffles in advance and just prepare the toppings etc fresh? Very interesting. Everyone in my party liked their food and drinks. They had a large variety. Staff were polite, and cafe had a good ambience. The service was a bit slow-recommend keeping track of your order. The prices on the signs are not the current prices. The cashier apologized for this. I'm taking a star away because listed prices should reflect actual prices, and of course the actual prices were a lot higher. (Is there not a law against this?) read more
The croffle was crispy, sweet, flavorful, and savory all at the same time! It's rare to get black sesame desserts where you can actually taste strong sesame flavors. But the sweetness of the waffle didn't overpower the sesame taste. ~$10 I got the frappe and it wasn't too strong in coffee but was more on the lighter side. It tasted straight up like the frappe powder+ice+milk "smoothies" my mom makes at home. There are plenty of seats, comfortable booths, and cute little decor to surround yourself with. (3.5 stars) this cafe is really cute and well decorated, and it seems like a great place to get work done! we went on a saturday morning, and there were only one or two other tables that were occupied. I've never had a croffle before, but texture wise, it was a croissant pressed into the shape of a waffle. it was crispy, and I really loved the freshness and fluffiness of the cream, which complimented the snack very well. the basque cheesecake was alright, but tasted a little bit on the eggier side, which I personally don't prefer. the dalgona coffee was decent but definitely quite sweet, so only order it if you're looking for something on the sugary side! read more

A bit disappointed, the showcase was almost empty so I don't have much choice. bought 2 pieces of cake, one durian and the other Earl grey. Pretty light flavor so not very impressed. The cream is too hard, it's either they didn't make it right or it's an old cake, each cost more than 6 bucks :( read more

We got tiramisu croffle that tastes like ham and cheese. I really wanted to love it even after they offered to remake it for us. However, even though it looked delicious, it still tasted like ham and cheese :( It was a nice place to study at though. read more
UberEats had a BOGO special on One Bite Cafe tonight, and I gave them a try - did not disappoint! I'd never had a "croffle" before, but I was pleasantly surprised! I don't detect the croissant portion as much as the waffle but either way, they're delicious! Loved the cream cheese croffle. The strawberry roll cake was ok, but the croffles are special. I've been looking for places that sell croffles in Seattle and finally found one and it's my absolute favorite place now. The croffles are so delicious and the roll cakes are too. The store atmosphere is super clean and cute. I got it delivered to my house once and the quality was still amazingn I think about their croffles all the time! Just looking for some place to take a mini break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Finally, found the cozy little cafe tucked conveniently in the Roosevelt station area. They have an array of delicious desserts to choose from and a warm welcome from friendly owner as well. However, our drink not to impress us. Maybe we just order the simple menu. This the first place to serve Korean croffles (crossaint waffle) in Seattle. In addition to croffles, they also serve other sweets to satisfy your sweet tooth. If you have not had a croffle before, you need to stop by and try some. They're crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and the flavors offered are all so good.I also recommend trying their Galaxy-ade, which is their color-changing lemonade (it's a secret menu drink!). It is refreshing and fun to drink. If you are a fan of boba, I highly recommend trying their Dalgona Milk Tea. It is one of the best bubble tea drink I've had. I'll definitely be stopping by to try some more items on the menu next time! read more

First time here and it definitely won't be the last! I got the black sesame and the cream cheese croffles. Both were delicious! They're just crispy enough but still soft. The cream isn't too sweet as well. I also got the matcha latte at reduced sugar and it was just right for me (probably could of done regular sugar and it'll still be okay. Meaning they don't make it too sweet). My boyfriend got the blue lemonade and it's not my type of drinks but still thought it was good. read more

Wow, I didn't know what a croffle was until finding this place on UberEATS. No idea also that it would come with a sticky sweet layer in the ham and cheese sandwich. It was delicious combination sweet and savory. Onigiris, sweet croffle and just the croffle with no topping so good! What a delight finding this online. I will come back to check the bingsoo in person. read more

The coffe shop has such a cute and lovely decoration. The menu is really creative. However, the croffle were so dry on the day we ordered it Drinks were ok to me about taste. I'll give a try for another pastry next time. read more

Super cute cafe! The croffles are delicious and definately worth it. A friend recommended this cafe to me and swore I would love it. She was right! We stopped by on a Sunday and ordered a whole bunch of croffles, including the strawberry Crispy Crunch Bingsu and some drinks. I def recommend the egg salad croffle, oreo croffle and tuna croffle! Service was great! They were super friendly. Can't wait to go back and try everything else on the menu. read more

Perfect cutesy dessert place. The cheesecake was super creamy and delicious and the dalgoni coffee wasn't overly sweet with a light caramely flavor. Will definitely be back when I have a sweet tooth. read more
