We ordered from door dash n food was terrible!! Ordered about $90 of food by great pictures??? Don't go by fake pictures! Ordered wontons in spicy sauce. Wrong!! Not in spicy sauce like picture on menu. I called restaurant was told "only come with spicy sauce in restaurant your spicy sauce in little packets " Really I'm paying more for take out food should be the same! Everything else was also very mediocre! The Tempura shrimp I get frozen from Trader Joe's is better! I'm sure this is frozen reheated !! Great to have a decent dim sum spot near Temecula. This is a Taiwanese Dim Sum restaurant and has a similar menu to Ding Tai Fung, not as good as Ding Tai Fung. However this is the best dim sum restaurant in the area and it saves you from having to go San Diego or Orange County. Favorites were shu mai, chicken & corn dumpling, and shrimp dumpling. More than just a dim sum place! I no longer have to drive to Hacienda Heights for decent dim sum/Dumplings. They have a very good selection from dim sum to noodles to soup. You must try the spicy wanton, fried pork and roe, pork, mushroom shu mai. The service was on point and they were very attentive and friendly. Our waters were always full and they stopped by multiple times to ask if we were ok. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and bright. We will definitely be coming back. read more

I'm a chicken tenders kinda guy but I came here for my brother's birthday so i decided to try a few things and all of them were delicious. I've have Asian food before Korean/thai/Sushi never a fan but this place was good, great service too you basically ask whoever for food they all kinda run the floor and they got a food out quick and hot and cooked nicely I appreciate this experience and will be more open to trying places similar in the future 10/10 recommend if you like dumplings my sisters are big fans and they also really enjoyed the place read more

I am so sad to be writing this post. I have so very much have been looking forward to eating here, i heard amazing things and couldn't wait to make this my new go to spot. i was like gearing up to make a tik tok about it because i was expecting such good things To avoid crowds, i let my boyfriend know we should go during my lunch during the week. The place was not full at all, i was so happy to see that when we arrived and truly thought this would be a pretty quick meal as we were only ordering 3 items to share and everyone I've spoken to about this place has said it comes out extremely fast. There were an insane amount of waiters and it took 10-15 minutes for us to try and get their attention that we were ready. they were not paying attention. I had already picked out what i wanted to eat prior to coming so at this point i was getting pretty anxious with the service we were already receiving 15 minutes in. We finally flagged down a waiter and gave them our order. We then waited an additional 40 minutes for our food, even though there was a person who was seated about 15 minutes after us and received her food almost immediately My boyfriend got his udon noodles after about 30 mins, but the rest of the meal still hadn't gotten there. and after another 10 minutes of waiting, I then asked if i could pay early so that once we get the rest of our food and eat, we could just leave. i explained i was on my lunch and wasn't trying to rush them but was hoping to get out as soon as possible once it got to the point where realized no one was bringing our food, i just went up and asked them to please just refund me and i'll pay for the udon noodles we got since we have completey run out of time and it's all we received in a span of 65 minutes. she then tells me it's been ready????! and that it was just sitting in the back. she then was looking at me like i was crazy for asking for a refund on the forgotten plates of food that i literally never received. i had to explain i was waiting forever for the food, just for it to have been taking that long because it was forgotten about? even though i came up a few times to check in and see what was goin on? and trying to make it easier for us all? I literally wanted to cry. Like i actually almost cried. i was starving and was so let down and they were super rude and like half of them had airpods in and it was just the worst service i think ive ever gotten. Do not go here unless you have all the time in the world and want to be treated like crap. I never make reviews like this or get like this but damn. they literally did not give a F. TLDR *the food tasted like it was all frozen/bland and cold, and when we brought it up we were given excuses instead of them wanting to resolve anything* was really looking forward to having a dim sum in the area just to have the worst dining experience ever. we had put our name on the list ahead, which was good since it was busy. our server was a guy with glasses and tattoos. he was very kind and attentive to all the customers. he was the only good thing about the restaurant. the wait for the food was pretty long and everything came out at different times. and for food that wasn't even good. we first got the pork wontons in spicy sauce. the wrapper tasted like it was frozen, the filling needing more flavor and the sauce tasting very bland. We then got out fried rice and it was not warm at all, hard in the middle, not cooked through and no flavor. at that point we decided to say something (we still hadn't gotten our soup dumplings yet) we got the attention of who we believe was the manager to tell her about the fried rice. she was saying that that is how the rice is supposed to be (not cooked all the way through?) she didn't seem like she wanted to solve this so we asked if we could get it remade since it wasn't edible. when the fried rice was brought out again she tried to explain that the reason our food wasn't hot is because it is so busy that the food was sitting for a while. i can totally understand waiting a long time for food when a restaurant is busy, especially when the food is good then it is worth the wait, but that doesn't mean it's okay to serve cold food. she told my boyfriend to stop being upset (because that's how you resolve issues?) we were over it. the soup dumplings also tasted like they were made with premade frozen wrappers, the filling was bland, at least the soup was hot. at this point we just wanted to leave, tried to ask for our check but were ignored by a few workers. our same server from the beginning came back and thankfully he was able to get us our check and process our payment very quickly! read more

The ambiance is bright and welcoming. The music is too loud for my preference. The service was given kindly. The food was not fantastic. We tried bbq dumplings that are very dry and doughy. The pork dumplings were good, but the order ticket and menu is confusing, so we ordered essentially the same dumplings twice. Pork chop appetizer was dry. The black bean paste dumpling, although shaped like a cute little pig, appeared commercially produced. The soup dumplings were not very soupy. The vegetable dumpling was very tasty. Not sure if any of the dumplings were made in house. We were really excited to have a dumpling shop in the neighborhood, but not sure we're planning a return visit any time soon. We have been so excited for this place to open we grew up in Arcadia surrounded by great dumpling and dim-sum restaurants so as much as it pains me and as much as I would like to write a great review I cannot the dumplings were on par with what I buy frozen at the ranch market in fact I'm pretty sure that's where they get there dumplings the service was great otherwise this would be 1 star the drinks were well priced and if they were good would be a plus but they were unsweetened we were not asked what sweet level and it is assumed that when you order a drink unless specified it comes with normal sweetness there were mild other things that I had disagreements on like the condiments being over filled so that they made a mess of the table and the price literally twice that of any other similar the only good things I can say is the location the service and the ambiance were good read more

This is our second time giving this place a chance, and again were disappointed. The first time we went, I assumed that because it was new and busy, that perhaps that's why our service wasn't great. However, we decided to give this place a second shot, and and the food wasn't great, but the dumplings aren't half bad. So technically, I suppose we went for that reason only. The problem I have with us establishment is their service. As I gave our bill to the waiter, he rolled his eyes at me and it was just so rude, and so unnecessary. We were nothing but polite and respectful, and I didn't deserve to have my eyes rolled at by some young kid who what? Doesn't want to have to work late? I strongly suggested that management speak to their entire staff about being polite and perhaps even influencing them to say "thank you" instead of rolling one's eyes. We will not be back. Looking forward to whatever restaurant replaces this one. read more
