The char siu was probably one of the worst I have even had. It had so much tendon that there was not a single piece that we could even chew through it. And the beef tripe was soooooo salty. It was just very disappointing. It was relatively cheap though compared to other restaurants and they gave us a very big portion but I don't think I will go back given that there are places that sell better roast duck and char siu.

Driving all the way to Chinatown to give them my business is not worth it. They should treat their customers as they would treat their own family. The juice I heard is very prized and valuable and the butchers use it for many things.
