They always come by to fill your water and check on you, They have their own men and women's bathroom located in the back which is clean. My goodness, talk about perfect green beans, this was still crisp and not over cooked. Nicely seasoned and not too oily...I could eat that everyday! If you enjoy Honey Walnut Shrimp, they do an excellent job here. I like that it didn't have an abundance of mayonnaise. In fact, our batch had an added bonus for a nice crunch effect....kettle potato chips, whole and not crumbs. Might even have been the Maui Onion flavor, not sure but it was good! Last but not least, our family dinner enjoyed the House rice noodles and steamed fish. The thin rice noodles had generous portion of shrimp, beef, and vegetables. Parking on Sunday evening now costs $5 because you have to pay the overnight rate. We were told the wait would be 40 minutes. Three people came 15 minutes after us, and we were told they also had reservations. After we were seated, they told us that they now accept reservations from groups of five or more. With the higher parking fees and new reservations policy this restaurant might need to come off my recommended list.

I'll be honest though, watching the dumplings being prepared right in front of me was a real highlight. I'm sure that some of you out there can relate to this. We had a good time talking story while the food was being prepared. It was a challenge for me to drive home with all that food in the back of my car. While it wasn't my birthday, our friends told us we had to get cake noodles, a Hawaiian dish inspired by a Chinese dish. Our friends had insisted that this place did it best and wow, this place is good. I the cake noodles was a textural delight. I enjoyed the gravy sauce on top. It was flavorful. The restaurant itself is cozy. I don't recommend coming here with a big group but a group of four? It's doable. Stop in for good eats.

My sister wrote our order on the menu: shrimp dumplings, seaweed roll, deep fried taro puffs, shrimp and chive dumplings, mochi rice, pork-filled deep fried mochi, and custard tarts.
