Service is lacking but the food makes up for it. Also it's open late and great place to socialize with friend on a night out.

This is by far the best Korean and karaoke place I have been to in Texas. The owner is really friendly too.

Best Korean BBQ I've had in Texas, Idk if Im an excellent judge on Korean BBQ but this place was delicious and their soju bombs are da bomb. It's like drinking regular beer but stronger which is a okay with me hehehe. Definitely a must try Korean restaurant. read more

Didn't even eat due to the lack of cleaning. Exhaust that is used for the tables was FILTHY .while waiting for the food to arrive a BLACK SLUDGE was dripping in the grill below. This restaurant used to be really good, almost like being in Korea (we lived in Korea for 6yrs). When they first opened up, missing Korea so much, we eat here almost weekly. Now, they are slowly going downhill, their sides are becoming less, and less meat. It's not worth paying $26 for basic buffet. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Went to karaoke with my girls, took forever and a century to be waited on. We finally got seated to eat and I ordered a margarita and found CHIPPED NAIL POLISH inside my drink. My girlfriends ordered ramen and it was beyond BASIC (like the instant packs you find at the grocery store)! Not only was the ramen mediocre but asked for NO squid and received the exact opposite. When we got to the private karaoke room, we had one hour to enjoy, but spent majority of the time trying to figure out the system and the squealing and echoing microphones! We had asked for help, but the employee who claims he "assisted" us, didn't do anything but flip through the manuals and show us a few buttons to get the ball rolling. He didn't seem to know much about anything and wasn't helpful at all. Our hour was soon up (pretty much used our speakers from our personal phones to sing along the whole time, without the microphones either). When we went to checkout, we informed the same lady who waited on us earlier during dinner about our situation. She called to the guy who didn't know much about the karaoke system and started speaking to him in another language right in front of us. Seemed pretty rude considering they spoke English to us just fine. They then called on the manager who gave us an ultimatum "I could give you 20min in another room or you pay full price". He also said he will "put his employees first" despite the fact we received little to NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will never return! read more

I really enjoyed the food here and the customer service was great. Shane our waiter did a great job, she was kind, patient, and very good at serving us and we will come back. Giving them 4 stars though because it seems to be more of am issue with being understaffed than laziness. Probably a struggling small business so I hope the good reviews help. An awesome Korean BBQ (cook it yourself) place that is easy to overlook as you drive by it. Once you enter the restaurant it's a whole different story - nice casual setup with piped vents directly over the grill area. Yes it's also a karaoke bar but I believe that doesn't start till around 10pm or so. Good assortment of appetizer vegetables (could add a few more different dishes though the waitress did ask if we wanted more). We had the $22 All You Can Eat deal - they brought out fresh pork belly and beef bulgogi - and it was fresh! We ordered the spicy pork and pork short ribs afterwards - and that filled us both up. Everything was delicious - will definitely visit this place again!! read more

Fantastic food and friendly staff. From the outside looking it it's a real hole in wall but the interior is real nice and clean. We really enjoy the Social experience of cooking at the table and The food was phenomenal.. we went with the all you can eat option and especially enjoyed the spicy pork bulgolgi and the sliced beef brisket. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! I wish I could give less than one star. Me and my boyfriend went here not long ago. They ran his card for almost $80 and the transaction was pending. We agreed to pay cash instead. The old Asian woman in charge told us to "just call" if we were charged. We agreed and left. A few days later he was charged so we called and the same lady told us now that we had to "come in." So tonight, being our next available day off, we did just that. We dealt with the same woman and we showed proof of the transaction. Everyone, including our host and waitress that night, remembered us and the situation of the pending transaction. But even after providing proof she now told us she "needs an official bank statement." This woman keeps switching things up on us but was real quick to take both forms of our money. She refuses to refund the money that was charged on the card, or even give us a credit to use at a later time. She gave us plenty of attitude and even got loud with us when discussing the situation. We will never be coming back here again and will continue to spread the word that this facility steals your money. We now have no choice but to take legal action against One Pocha. Please spend your money somewhere else. read more
