Sat 8/1 5:52pm - pipe underneath kitchen sink busts and water spewing full blast in my kitchen and can't stop Sat 8/1 6:01 pm - call Mostafa in a panic and he said would be there in an hour. Sat 8/1 6:45pm - Mo arrives and immediately shuts off water. Then calls Water Damage Recovery to get to my apt ASAP to do water damage. Sun 8/2 - Mo comes over and completes repair of sink. Busted supply valve. Watching water spew out full-blast in my apt and not being able to stop it is sicking and surreal. It's with great satisfaction that I write to give Mo and One Source Plumbing my highest reference. I recently called for an estimate on a leaking sink. I had previously benefited from Mo's service in the installation of a water heater that had been damaged by another Plumber and was luckily replaced by warranty. Mo came out this time and diagnosed that the faucet that had been previously replaced by that same Plumber was damaged and leaking. He gave me an estimate for his labor to install a new Delta faucet. Mo overcame some adversity with the terrain of the sink and the parts supplied by Delta and installed the new faucet within his estimate. The new faucet works like a dream! Our plumber bailed out on our bathroom/kitchen remodel last minute. We called one source and they agreed to take it on. We had to sell the house so we had dead lines to meet. They had the drain, water and gas done and signed off by city inspector in 4 days. And after floors, walls and tile was up they had the finish trim in 1 day. We buy and sell houses often and work with a lot of plumbers. It's almost normal for them never to meet their dead line. Same story as the others. They answered when others did not. Very easy to communicate with via texting and phone. Gave a window between 10 and 12, but came promptly. Mo was honest and quick; he didn't try to pressure me into anything and did a thorough job. The inspection was free and he evaluated a lot of things, and then told me what he was going to do and was very direct about the price. He gave me a very fair price; and even helped me with some minor toilet issues without nickel and diming me. The main problem we had was a clogged main line, and he sent a power snake down there to unclog in, then he set up a T.V./camera to show us what was going on down there, so we can see for our selves: a plant root problem going through the pipes. Mustafa texted me back very quickly after I pinged him and 20 minutes later he was at my apartment on a Sunday night. We had a unique situation with some old pipes and dual clogs in the bathroom sink and bathtub. It was confusing and difficult, but he persisted. He even modified his equipment by grinding off the head of his plumbing snake so that the a thinner part of the snake would fit through our old pipes. He only charged us for one of the clogs and didn't charge us the typical emergency charge that every other plumber quoted me. Last, but not least, he cleaned up the huge mess afterwards and gave us a warranty on the work. USE THIS GUY! He saved us. read more
