Our tap was last installed in the 1990s and had started leaking. It was a somewhat obscure brand, and I was fearing that we would have to replace the whole thing. But no. Called the day of the appointment (Thursday) that they wouldn't be able to come and have to come the next day instead. In a prior appointment, they were hours late to the appointment. 2. Messed up home owner water but refused to fix their mistake. The next day (Friday) they came, but then left without turning our hot water back on. They then refused to come back to fix their mistake until next Monday. Homeowner now have to be without water for two more days because of their mistake. You know it's time to call VanGo for assistance after 3 bottles of Drano, 2 bottles of generic Drano, cursing at the tub for 2 hrs, and inconveniently starting Thankgiving morning showering AT THE GYM!!! Very unprofessional, they were called unclogging the bathroom, they came and asked to break the wall, when the wall was broken, they came back again, looked at it and said will be able to fix it and never showed up. Tiberio V. Came right away to check out our water heater that went kaput (pretty much died on us). The water heater was really old and the pilot light never went back on and we decided to have it replaced. Tiberio, after diagnosing the problem, came the next day early to replace the water heater with a new modern one, ours was 12 years old. He went out of his way to help us soon because I was going back to work from my days off and he showed a sense of urgency which I appreciated. Tiberio is a very hard worker, interesting to chat and talk to, and very professional. He is as skinny as a bean pole, but I was so impressed how he was able to haul the new water heater in alone and take the old one out alone without any extra help. I was really impressed with his work ethic, he was all business and not afraid to get down and dirty and his confidence and knowledge of his craft made me trust his judgement. He finished pretty quick, a couple hours or so I think (more or less) and everything seems to be working properly and we have hot shower water now!
