Our tap was last installed in the 1990s and had started leaking. It was a somewhat obscure brand, and I was fearing that we would have to replace the whole thing. But no. Called the day of the appointment (Thursday) that they wouldn't be able to come and have to come the next day instead. In a prior appointment, they were hours late to the appointment. 2. Messed up home owner water but refused to fix their mistake. The next day (Friday) they came, but then left without turning our hot water back on. They then refused to come back to fix their mistake until next Monday. Homeowner now have to be without water for two more days because of their mistake. The guy showed up on time. He did manage to unclog the drain. But his equipment dripped on our mat, which we had to clean as a result. He also was on the phone with his spouse while working in my kitchen, which was annoying. I asked how much they charge for a sewer lateral video and he said $350. Tiberio V. Came right away to check out our water heater that went kaput (pretty much died on us). The water heater was really old and the pilot light never went back on and we decided to have it replaced. Tiberio, after diagnosing the problem, came the next day early to replace the water heater with a new modern one, ours was 12 years old. He went out of his way to help us soon because I was going back to work from my days off and he showed a sense of urgency which I appreciated. Tiberio is a very hard worker, interesting to chat and talk to, and very professional. He is as skinny as a bean pole, but I was so impressed how he was able to haul the new water heater in alone and take the old one out alone without any extra help. I was really impressed with his work ethic, he was all business and not afraid to get down and dirty and his confidence and knowledge of his craft made me trust his judgement. He finished pretty quick, a couple hours or so I think (more or less) and everything seems to be working properly and we have hot shower water now! Where to start.. I made an appointment for 8-830. By 930 no one had shown up or called me so I call them and they said they're running late. Ok? So shouldn't you call your customer and let them know? They finally show up at noon when my babies are sleeping which is why I wanted it early. then they want to charge me $210 to replace 2 parts on my toilet. He says for labor.
