The…read moreyoung man who helped me was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question I had without making me feel rushed. What impressed me even more was that he found a coupon to help lower the cost of my service. That's the kind of attention to detail that keeps customers coming back. The pricing was fair, the process was straightforward, and the wait time was unbelievably fast. I've had plenty of oil changes over the years, and I can honestly say this was one of the quickest and smoothest experiences I've had. I've sent my wife here before, and she always had positive things to say, but experiencing it myself gave me a whole new appreciation for this location. The staff works like a well-oiled machine--friendly, efficient, and focused on making sure customers leave satisfied. In a time when great customer service seems harder and harder to find, this team reminded me what it looks like when people actually take pride in their work. I came in expecting just an oil change and left impressed by the entire experience. Some businesses simply provide a service. This Jiffy Lube creates an experience. They've officially earned a permanent spot in my maintenance rotation, and if every shop operated like this one, getting your car serviced would be something you'd actually look forward to.

On Wednesday of this week I knew I was driving out of town and decided probably be a good idea to…read moreget an oil change-so as I usually do,I went to Jiffy Lube near my work located at 3447 Marconi Avenue. I've always loved this location as I have a very long term relationship with them-I would say I have been bringing my cars here for well over 10 years-I bring my wife's car here,my daughters bring their cars here-it's been nothing but good experiences every time I come here. I will admit though I do things a little different than most customers in that when I go to Jiffy Lube I always drive there from my work then drop my car off and walk back to work and then come back a few hours later to pick it up-saves me time and allows them to get to my car at their leisure. Its really been a system that has always worked out for me On this particular visit it was pretty busy but after about a 10 minute wait they were able to check me in and I was on my way. I generally get a full synthetic oil change and it's usually around $80 or so,which to me feels pricey but Ive got a few work arounds,if one is willing to do a little work. One thing is there is always a Jiffy Lube coupon available on the internet that gives either $30 or $35 off service-so that always lessens the blow of the cost for sure. The second thing I do is not as easy-you see Costco in my area sells $100 Jiffy Lube gift cards for $80-so I generally pay with those and that's even more money off my bill-so with both those saving tips I feel I get a pretty good savings when I have to go get my oil change done at Jiffy Lube. I should also mention-these guys there do good work-I watch them when I'm in the lobby how they treat other customers and how they work as a team to boost each other up-they are truly a well oiled machine over there at this location of Jiffy Lube. In closing-I will say if your ever in the area and need to get an oil change-don't hesitate to stop by and let these guys do their thing-they are good at what they do and won't let you down.

I haven't used this carwash since it has been under this name. I had limited time, but stopped to see if they could wash my truck and be done by 2:45 p.m. so I could pick up my kids on time. They said yes. I asked how much and they told me $42.99. Even though I just needed a basic wash and dry and quick vacuum and they had cheaper options (this was the most expensive on the menu), I said okay since it was short timing. They told me to park it on the side of the drive through wash because "he could do it faster" than the others doing washes. They didn't finish until about 3:05 p.m. At this point, it is what it is and I could not pick up my kids on time. When I came out to pay, the young lady at the kiosk who told me it was $42.99 (Cinthya is printed on the receipt) then tried to tell me it was $75.00. She then tried to tell me it was more for a detail. I did not order a detail. I left the truck where she told me to for the $42.99 menu option. To be clear, I'm not expecting an absolutely perfect wash or anything here. We are all human and I just needed to get the dirt off and get a decent vacuum, but the attempt to charge me another $32 was the line. Completely unethical and when I asked her about it, she walked away smirking because she knew she got caught. She knew damned well what she was doing. The guy that "washed" the truck knew what was going on and quickly said he'd only charge the $42. Nonetheless, I won't be using this car wash again. Not only were they unethical, but they did not even touch the top of my camper shell. It is still covered in dirt. Certainly not a $42 wash let alone a "detail." What bothers me most, however, is the dishonesty. That is not a good business practice. As you can see, the was was terrible.

Having lived in the Sacramento area for 6 years, I am convinced that this is one of those rare businesses where you quickly catch on to the fact that you will be treated like family, even if you arrive with mud on your windshield and the weight of the world on your shoulders. Rob is a remarkable human, Luis has worked a bit of magic on parts of my vehicle that had me befuddled, and the staff at the check-out counter are ready with a smile before I can even hand them my ticket. I'll be back. Again and again.

They informed me it will take 1.5 hours. Great! I don't have a problem waiting. I went to get lunch. Came back saw my car parked to the side. Went into pay. Lady with the face like I hate my job couldn't walk outside to check , said she's waiting for someone to notified her! I demanded a supervisor, one came in and said the reason they didn't do my service is because the cashier didn't let him know the car was ready! I waited 2 hours and no one can tell me why my car didn't get service! On top of that the bitchy face cashier didn't apologized and said oh we called you to let you know it's done...well it wasn't done and no one called me! So after 2 hours nothing was done! And this person wants 20 bucks an hour? I know they don't need my business, but that is no way to treat a customer! Horrible! Please don't support this business! Go to your dealership or Walmart! I had already purchased the replacement bulb and was quoted $120 just for labor, and they told me I could stop by whenever I was able. I was a little hesitant since I didn't have an appointment, but they got my car in right away! The gentleman who helped me at the front was so kind and knowledgeable. He also noticed that I needed a blinker replaced, which thankfully they had the part for. I was there for maybe 15-30 minutes total, and they replaced both my headlight bulb and blinker for only $100! I was honestly so happy with the entire experience--from the speed and affordability to the thoughtfulness and customer service. I really appreciate how easy and stress-free they made the whole process. I would absolutely come back again and highly recommend them!

Quick and honest service!…read more I sent a message on Yelp requesting a quote for an oil change. They responded very quickly, priced fairly, and even provided time slots they had open, so I headed to the shop that same Saturday. When I arrived, they quickly directed me to pull in to start the service. It seems like I had just sat down when they called me back out to show me the the underside of the van. They wanted to know where I'd done the prior oil changes since whoever did them had stripped the tread on the pan from tightening the bolt too tight. I could clearly see that what they were saying was true and the pan had no tread and had been leaking oil this whole time. There really would be no way to do the oil change without also changing the pan. I asked how much that replacement would cost, and told them to go ahead complete the repair along with the oil change. This is my mom's mini van that I was going to drive back down to LA, so definitely wanted to ensure I was safe. I was told it would take 2-3 hours, but was quickly out in about 1.5. They even provided a discount when I paid since the repair was unexpected and fast, which I really appreciate. They pointed out some other concerns, but did not force any repairs on me, which I am grateful for. Will definitely be coming back for any future oil changes and repairs.
