This is the nearest dry cleaner and alteration shop in my place, so why go farther, right? Whenever I have a large dress shirts that need alterations, I always come here. Most of the time, the shop don't get busy. The lady, the owner, is very friendly. She takes your measurements where she thinks it's comfortable and presentable to the public eye- just like a designer. You know they say that you cannot alter Vera Wang's tux, (of course I can't) I beg to differ, coz this lady can- she definitely knows her stuff. All the alterations she did on me fits very fabulously. I've got a fit, slim, athletic-not-so-skinny body, that sometimes it's hard to pick a dress shirt that just fits myself perfectly. It used to be a problem, but whenever I love a shirt and it's slightly large, I'll buy it anyway, coz I know, that this place is here and I really trusts the lady's work. My sister uses this place mainly for dry cleaning and ironing, and those services are done equally great. Family owned shop! I've been coming here for a while now. They always hook it up with the price since I bring a lot of clothes in. The lady who is always sowing is super friendly and her staff is too. It can get a little buy at time so the wait time can be more than expected but they always do a great job. I've only been to this dry cleaners once, but it was a high stakes situation-- my beloved velvet curtains. They hadn't ever been professionally cleaned and I was really apprehensive about bringing them anywhere that wasn't going to do a great job. Upon receiving them, I was super impressed. They were like new! Mind you these curtains are over 4 years old and had minor discoloration on certain spots and tons of dog hair at the bottom of a few. The only downside was that you have to pay in cash. I wasn't told initially, so I had to run down to the B of A down the street, which has a less than safe feeling. I went in to get 3 pairs of pants hemmed and tapered. To make the process easier, I brought in another pair of pants that had the length and shape I wanted and just asked her to use those measurements exact. The total was $30 in the end but started at $34. The owners were super nice. She listened to what I wanted and measured right in front of me. The fit and length of the pants were spot on! The only minor problem was they told me they'd be ready by Friday (dropped them off Monday). However, when I went in right before they were closing Friday, they told me only 1 pair was ready. Lucky I only live a few minutes away and wasn't in a huge rush to get them. She dropped the price down to $30 to make up for the delay, so no real reason to complain for me. I have been going to One Stop Cleaners for about 5 years now. It is around the corner from my house and I originally went because it was convenient and the prices are so awesome. I had tried about 3-4 cleaners in between my work and home route and kept looking for a decent one. I have to say I have NEVER been disappointed! I work a job where I need to have my clothing cleaned/pressed often. I take at least 20 pieces per month including jackets/blazers, shirts and slacks, skirts and the occasional evening or cocktail dress. I must say that the quality of work is consistently of professional standards and I couldn't be more happy with them. They are a family-run business and a simple neighborhood place that is always ready on time, always quick and accommodating when they can be, which I so appreciate. I have had then hem, take-in, and fix various items. For example I took them a bridesmaid dress for alteration and recently I took my son's interview clothing and both times I had specific requests and they were able to accommodate us. For my son's last-minute rescheduled interview, I returned and asked the woman who was hemming my son's pants if there was any way she could do them by the next day (they were not due to be ready for another 2 days). She took the time to first look for the item, thought carefully, and said it would be ready by 4PM!!! My son went to pick them up and she was so sweet and wished him good luck, as she actually remembered why he needed them! I never write reviews but I just had to share how awesome they are. Love this place! I live an hour away from this location but I've been driving down here for the past 5 years (ever since I found this place) because of their amazing hospitality. I recently started using Yelp and figured I should write them a review. Great customer service every time I come. They even offer to carry my items to my car when I have too many clothes to pick up. I've never had any issues with any of my items. They always come back pressed & ironed with no stains. If you need it to be done the next day, just ask and they won't hesitate. Might be ok for dry cleaning but NOT FOR ALTERATIONS. Stopped by several times to have a zipper replaced and no one knew when alteration lady would be in. Finally when I met her, I asked "So what is your schedule so I know when to come by?" She said... I don't know... I'm really busy this month." I said "You can't tell me which days you'll be here?" When I arrived, it looked as though the man remembered me and the seamstress was there as well. She was apologetic to me stating that she had to rush home to her kids- totally understandable. She also mentioned to me that she had not told the man that works there about my dress or my pick up, which clears up why he was so confused. After some thought, I figured they were nice enough to apologize to me and explain to me what happened. And if it is true that they close at 7, I am thankful that she took me in the very first time I walked into the door and helped me. I do recommend this place, nice people working, but my work hours make it difficult for me to come. Would have to stick to their weekend hours, which is a plus! read more

I happen to be nearby one evening and needed to drop off a simple wedding gown to clean for engagement. Called them for pricing and it was very cheap. So I was able to get the gown cleaned in time for my engagement session. Forward a few months later, I had my actual wedding. My gown has a large and lacy train. It was heavy, dirty and probably difficult to clean after the wedding. I asked around a few places and they all wanted to charge at least $200 and above. However, I remembered this place and had to return here. I was able to get the dress cleaned for less than half the cost! The owners here are also super friendly and honest after having short chats with them. Glad I stumbled upon this place. HORRIBLE customer service! I took in my great grandmas dress to be ironed explained to guy it was a very old item to please be very careful with it. When I picked it up it had 3 holes at the seams I left furious when I got home upon further inspection I realized there had been more holes that they tried to cover up by sewing them but did a horrible job. I needed my son's tuxedo jacket cleaned FAST. I took it in on a Friday evening at about 7, and they said they could have it done by 3 the next day. When I said I was really hoping to get it back in the morning, because I needed to mail it to him back east, she said they would hurry and I could pick it up by 10 instead. Now that is service! And it was actually done and ready for me to pick up, unlike the last place I went! AND considerably cheaper than the last place I went! ($4 for a suit/tux jacket) I will definitely be going back. This is the last straw. Every...single...time I've picked up my clothes, there is something wrong. Whether it's a missing shirt, something not being completed or a hole in my slacks. This time, I asked them to lengthen the sleeves on my coat... They asked me to come back Wednesday, but I gave them two extra days to complete the job. I come here and the sleeves are all undone! So far so good with these cleaners! I was a little skeptical at first when their window advertises that most garments are cleaned for $1.75 although my clothes have come out just fine. Recently, I got a zipper fixed on a skirt and it turned out great! The seamstress didn't replace it with a cheap-looking zipper. She placed a zipper that nearly matched the original in style, and it was the exact color! I definitely return here for cleaning, and now, alterations! One more thing, cash only. read more

Even though I have moved three times, each time getting farther away, I still keep coming to this drycleaner. They are so great. All of their pricing is beyond reasonable. The turnaround time is short, and sometimes can be rushed if need be. Also, they have seamstresses in house. I have all of my husband's suits tailored there. Probably the cheapest cleaners in town... hence the many stars. I do like the fact that everything is done in-house... hence their ability to provide competitive pricing. What makes them shy of one star is the fact that their attention to detail is a bit lacking. Or perhaps they just don't use the best of the best equipment to remove tough stains. I would think twice bringing in your Gucci's though... This is a small mom 'n pop store so bring only those that they would be familiar with if you catch my drift. read more

I have been coming here for over 4 years. It has been my family's go to dry cleaning place for many years prior. Flower is the best! Work pants are always too long for me so every time I need alterations, I go to Flower to get fitted. I'm in and out in 5 minutes, tops. I'm only giving 1 star because there isn't such thing as "0" . 1st time I went they misplaced my blouse . I was considerate and stood to the side . 10 minutes later , still couldn't find . I was annoyed at this point because she told me to come back later because actually my blouse wasn't ready .... Keep in mind that they told me it was going to be ready on a Tuesday .... I was there on Friday ! How was my blouse not ready ? They had it for a week & did nothing . I was upset but I understand shit happens . I really thought it was a one time thing , so I gave them another chance. Yesterday(Wednesday) I dropped off my NAVY BLUE gown& they told me to pick it up Thursday (today) . I went in & they tell me to wait 5 minutes . Again , I'm considerate & think about how busy they are so I stand to the side . A man comes up to me & hands me a green gown !!!!! I tell them nicely that's it's not mine & they say yes ... I'm pretty sure I know what color MY gown is . & last time I checked I'm not 5'11 & my name definitely isn't Raymond . Eventually they found my gown and just handed it to me in only a hanger . I didn't even bother asking for it to be properly covered in plastic . Walked out of that place. Horrible customer service ! It has become a habit to lose my belongings . My advice : go elsewhere ! read more

My mom is a frequent customer there and went with her for the first time a few days ago. I had to get some shorts with slight tears sewn up and buttons replaced when I was 15 pounds heavier. The owner is so nice full of energy despite the heat not to mention how busy she was. Picked up my shorts today and can't even tell where the rips were made..
