Go green came to clean my carpets. He was wonderful. My 10 yr old carpets looked new again. Couldn't rate him any higher, but I would. He was great. This person's child checking in: My mom just wrote that above review and I told her it read like a fake review so here I am making sure there is actually something useful to be had. My parents' carpet had a lot of stains from my sister's cat and our family dog. Specifically, some of the stains had been there for 4+ years. Go Green got them all out and I was totally skeptical about whether any carpet cleaner could do it. (I've been telling my parents to just get new carpet for a while now) He quoted them a little over $300 for their entire downstairs and one room upstairs. (we thought this sounded totally reasonable--it is a lot of square footage (3 bedrooms, stairs, a hallway, and a double-room size great room) When he finished, it was about 20-30 less than his quote. I had my carpets cleaned yesterday by Brent...and I'm in carpet heaven!!! I selected Brent because of the other outstanding Yelp reviews (thank you, Yelpers), and he met--even exceeded--my expectations. He arrived 10 minutes early and was efficient and amazingly thorough. I have had my carpets done by several cleaners before with varying results. Brent's work was by far the best. All spots and visible wear and tear were removed, the fragrance was pleasant (fresh, not perfumy), and the dry time was very short. I was most impressed with Brent himself--he is honest, direct, and has amazing integrity. He honestly wants to provide the best service and will do what it takes to make the customer happy. How often do you experience that in business transactions?! And if this isn't enough, he didn't upsell me anything and came in at $100 less than what I paid for a lesser service last year. I am now a devoted client and will be sending anyone I can his way. He deserves the business. I hope to find more service providers like Go Green. read more

Amazing service and excellent cleaning! So I have used Go Green Carpet Cleaning a few times now and I am very happy with them. I would total recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. Pros 1) They call ahead of time and arrive on time 2) Price is fair 3) Techs are friendly and have very good customer service (Brent) 4) Carpets are very clean (pre-treat, enzyme treat, scrub clean, water clean, extract water, and fans for drying) 5) 30 day guarantee which I used and they did not make me feel guilty for using it 6) Techs have stayed longer than the two hour window (50% longer) to ensure carpets were thoroughly cleaned and main areas were dry Cons 1) Stairs may be a little damp 2) Unable to get out deep pet stains (I had to remove the carpet pad) Overall I have been hiring a lot of companies to clean/fix my newish home (carpet cleaning, gutter cleaning, fencing, carpet repair, etc) and Go Green Carpet Cleaning is by far the best experience I have had between all of them. I chose Go Green from the previous Yelp reviews, so I had high expectations, and I was not disappointed! Brent was on time, called ahead to keep me updated, and did a brilliant job with our carpets. I was especially impressed with the smaller details, plastic wall corner covers to protect our walls from the hose, mats to cover all the hardwood floors, signs marking wet carpet, styrofoam pieces to keep the legs of couches up off the carpets while they dried. He was also knowledgeable about a specific ventilation staining that we had along the walls and how to correct it. I appreciated the time he took and the fabulous job he did. Like someone else said, there isn't much I could add. Over the last 46 years we have had good and bad-and worse. Because of that I am always reluctant to call anyone else in. Brent is a breath of fresh air. Professional, helpful, sincere and just a great person to work with. Uses the best equipment including the fans which have the house dry when he leaves. Go Green is automatic! They show up, do the best job and leave your carpet clean and fresh. We decided to "Go Green" this year from a recommendation of a friend. We have pets and young children and wanted to ensure that there were no harmful chemicals in our carpets. I called Brent and he was vary professional and set us up with an appointment and showed up on time and was VERY helpful with moving furniture etc. I took him a couple hours to clean our entire house and he also was very imformative about his work. I'll shoot to the bottom line. The five star reviews are real and deserved. Every single part was amazing, explained in detail, followed up on. Brent was careful to explain everything at the bidding visit. He was meticulous during the work (wears booties), and friendly. The 30 day guarantee is for real, we had a coffee explosion after the first cleaning. He visited twice to fix our mistake. He didn't need to. We gladly would have paid (we tipped). Brent was professional and very courteous. He returned my phone call within 24 hours and gave me a quote over the phone that was within my cleaning budget, so I made an appointment. He arrived on time and took his time cleaning my furniture and my carpets. He took the time to ask about any stains and odors and answered all my questions thoroughly. He uses only green products, so my house didn't have that nasty smell of chemical carpet cleaning products. We read reviews about Go Green and decided to give them a try. We were very pleased with the customer service from Brett. He arrived promptly and explained what he was going to do. He emphasized he is about quality and customer satisfaction, , (although he was very fast and thorough) . He asked if we had any concerns, cleaned our carpet and used special drying fans so the carpet was pretty dry when he left. The carpet looks great, although 18 years old! Brent's nephew, John, did a wonderful job cleaning my upholstery. He called 30 min. before arrival and greeted me with a smile. After assembling all the equipment he discovered a missing part so we had to reschedule. He said he would come on Sunday so I wouldn't have to wait for another appointment if my schedule was too tight. We actually worked out a time for the following day. I have a basset hound that is not fixed, he thinks he has to "mark" his teritory in the house. Brent with go green came over, put me at ease, he was very perfesonal and did not make me feel embaressed about my dogs issue. He came in cleaned my capets and now they look brand new.
