Had my couch cleaned by this company. The couch still had an odor (we do not have pets) after they cleaned it. They did come back and sprayed a lot of deodorizer on it, not sure which odor was worse. Apparently these guys don't want new business. I called a few days ago to get a quote to clean my sectional couch. I was told that they would have a technician call me back. I waited a day, with no call back. Called again and again asked for a quote, and was told that they would make a note that I was still waiting for a call back. Again, another day passed and no call back. I was thinking of calling a third time because I really wanted to go with an ecofriendly cleaning service and the other reviews are good, but decided their customer service makes me want to take my business elsewhere. I have been avoiding getting my carpets professionally cleaned because I was concerned about letting strangers into my home. I had planned on renting a commercial grade cleaner and cleaning myself but once I heard the price and really thought out the effort of doing it myself (I have 2 small kids), I decided to call around. Great customer service and job well done! Brent was punctual and called me half hour before the appointment to tell me he was on his way. We have just moved into our home and the previous family had dogs. First let me say this about the results of what they did at our house- WOW!!!! My son came home just as they had finished up- saw the carpet and immediately dialed to tell me that he was absolutely shocked with how awesome it looked. He said it was unbelievable and he couldn't understand how but the carpet looked brand new. For some history... When my boyfriend scheduled the appointment I asked him to please share with the company that our carpets were a NIGHTMARE- between 3 cats, tons of teenagers (one of which works at a muddy corn maze), two previous dogs (one with an injured foot he kept ripping the bandage off of and another with some housetraining issues), I was absolutely positive that it would take a miracle worker to create any positive results. This was actually my last ditch effort prior to pulling it out and installing new because I couldn't stand looking at it's depressing state for a moment longer- it was embarrassing. I have such a nice house but the carpet... the carpet... *hanging my head*.. I was constantly apologizing to guests and insisting that they keep their shoes on for fear the carpet would ruin their socks. Not that I haven't tried to make it better... I've cleaned it myself- multiple times, at one point it was almost once every two months, by renting a machine while trying different cleaners and stain removers. I had given up. I had very little faith (none) that some of the stains would ever come out. With the kids muddy shoes (that are no longer allowed in the house) and the multiple spills from a cup left unattended or ignored- or that time a plate of (insert any dinner option here) cascaded all over the carpet when someone tripped, there were many ways this could have failed. By the time we scheduled this appointment- there was no vacuum or store bought cleaner that could get up what we had put down. I wouldn't even sit on the floor unless I laid a blanket down first. I was so convinced that it was impossible to recover from that I only hired them to do the downstairs because it was the worst and then we added the stairs, and upstairs hallway as a bonus. They weren't bad but certainly didn't hurt to include all the main traffic areas for the cost... I just wanted to test them out and figured a partial investment to find out it was hopeless was better than an full investment I would resent. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. The carpet looks OUTSTANDING!!! I cannot convey the amount of difference this made. They got out every stain- they got under every piece of furniture and into every corner (I checked). We didn't have to move anything that was less than 200 lbs., which meant we really only had to move the dining room table because it's got a heavy wrought iron base. It took a bit to dry but nothing I didn't expect. It looked beautiful and it smelled great (I got down to the floor and checked). I was eagle eyeing the heavy spots waiting for them to reappear- it's been a week and they haven't even peeked back out. After it dried we all took turns laying all over it. We're so proud of how it looks that policing visitors for shoe removal has become a shared hobby of the entire household- even the kid's teenage friends are on top of making sure that there isn't a stray dirty toe that makes it over the threshold. Our house feels like a home again- I don't feel embarrassed to have people stop by. It makes the entire space look so much better. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that might be considering them. We plan to have them back to do the rest of the house which is nowhere near the dire straits the downstairs was in but would still feel good to have professionally done. The price was absolutely fair ($200). Due to the job they did- the carpet will live to fight another day (or years) and I can't say thank you enough for that (or the fact I can let all my favorite small babies crawl around on the floor). I did read that a few people were put off by the booking and lack of live person. I can't say much about the booking because my boyfriend took care of that. What I can say is that he had it booked within an hour or so of asking me if I wanted him to schedule it so I can't say that we were even slightly put off by that process. And really- with the results... I don't care if I have to leave a message and wait for a call back- they are 100% worth it. read more

We just finished getting our carpets cleaned and WOW!!! My husband and I are so impressed. Our carpets look night and day difference than before! The guy who cleaned our carpets was Brent and he spot treated many areas where our kitty has peed. He was super friendly and informative and even cleaned our area rug for us. We then scheduled an appointment window (next day may I add); which Brent told us he would give us a call when he was on his way. Another update. It's been a couple weeks since they re cleaned and our carpets still look wonderful. The owner has checked in to make sure we are satisfied, also. I am impressed with the care this company has about customer satisfaction. I'm pleased and will definitely recommend them! I'm updating my review since the last time. Immediately after I posted the review (within an hour, maybe) the owner contacted me. I think the appointment scheduling service unfortunately affected their business. The owner informed me they were eliminating that service. As far as my carpets go, they have re-cleaned them today. For now I give them a three star - I wish my carpets would have been great the first time, but the owner was extremely acoomodating, and willing to re-clean immediately no-charge. If they stay clean this time (spots don't re-emerge) I will gladly up this to 4 star. I This was my previous review: "A bit hard to get a hold of at first. Finally did. They were prompt and polite. A few hours after the first cleaning, stripes began to appear on my carpet in some of the areas they cleaned. We called, had to have them come out again to redo some areas. They explained one of the nozzles on the equipment must have been clogged. (They should check their equipment before service.) After the second cleaning the carpets were clean for about a week, though the stripes were still very faint. Still not as clean as I expected, either. Then after another week all my original spots started re-appearing, and some new ones. Have been trying to get a hold of them for about 3 weeks now and no response. Terrible scheduling service!! Have not received a call back and have called 3 times. They told me I could call to have any new stains removed for free, as I got the extra protection service, but that doesn't seem possible. Yes, the gentlemen running the business may be super nice, but I paid almost $300 for having only somewhat cleaner carpet for about a week or two. Any now I have stripes. Not pleased. Dang. I shampooed the heck out of these carpets using rental cleaners after our roommate moved out and left pet stains all over a white berber carpet. There were so many stains left. And I thought the stairs and high traffic areas couldn't be cleaned, either, after going over them with rental cleaners. The Go Green guys just left and these carpets look new. They warned me a couple of the pet stains and other stains wouldn't come out, but I didn't expect any of them to really come out given how hard I'd tried, and almost all the stains are gone and the few remaining stains are trivial. We hired Go Green to clean the carpets in the apartment we just moved into. Brent was very friendly, and has quite a passion for green cleaning (giving us tons of recommendations for products and how to maintain the apartment when my wife inquired about this). The product Brent uses omits very little oder (and apparently is "food grade", which sounds non-toxic to me!!) and dried in a half hour.
