I used these guys to have the carpets cleaned in my condo before I moved in. The condo had most recently been occupied by renters who weren't the cleanest of folks. I'm talking to the point where the clear glass shower doors were totally opaque when I moved in, so I'm pretty sure they never cleaned. There were stains, the carpet showed obvious wear and discoloration in the hallway and by the bathroom doors. I wasn't exactly expecting much when I called in carpet cleaners. By the time they got done, it looked almost new. They got all the stains out, removed almost all of the discoloration, and raked the whole business so that it looked fluffy and nice again. Some of the wear was just too much for anyone to get out, and I'll probably have to replace the carpet in a couple years. But overall, these guys did a great job. They also really emphasized their 30 day policy of coming to do touchups as needed, suggesting that I call them once the movers had been in and out. I didn't end up doing that, only because the carpets still looked great after the movers were done. The fact that they use environmentally friendly products is a plus, and the whole place smelled like fresh citrus, which was great. I absolutely plan on using them again around the one year mark. My husband and I purchased a very comfortable, but very stinky couch from a good friend of ours recently. She has a large dog, and a ex boyfriend who had been sleeping on the couch for the past few months. Brent was a nice enough guy and protected the house well to get his equipment in and out. I was a bit disappointed he could not get a tiny paint spot out of our carpet, I thought that is what a professional carpet cleaner is for. He said he worked on it, but honestly am not sure what he tried as it looks exactly the same. I let that go, because paint is paint, and not his fault. But one of our rooms that had basically perfect condition carpet, now has pink dots all over it like someone dropped a pink highlighter. Those spots were not there before, and we had this carpet installed five years ago, so we are not sure what could be "under" the carpet coming up through. Brent came back out twice to fix the pink spots but they are still there. The room looks great besides that... but honestly looked pretty great before the cleaning too, so I'm not sure I'm happy with the job. Booking with them was nice and easy, rebooking for follow ups was easy and he came out and worked on the carpet. But honestly, I am not sure I can trust Brent's word. When he came out the second time he said he got the pink spots out, without doing a walk through to show the fix. My husband went to look after Brent had gone, and it looked like he hadn't even touched them. So of course we had to call him out for a third time... still looks the same sadly and was probably a waste of all our time. Further education on what the pink spots are would be more reassuring. But he didn't give much of an explanation. It was a decent experience, and if I didn't have white/ cream carpet I feel like I would be satisfied with the cleaning and customer service. We used them for a Move out carpet cleaning on our home. We had lived there for a year and have a dog. I had tried to remove stains like coffee and wine during our time there but it never seemed to work. We even have a Bissell carpet cleaner so I was sure we kept our carpets cleaner than the average person. Our house is 4200sq. ft. and it took him about 3-4 hours to clean all the carpets throughout the house. After he was done, there was no chemical smell and it dried quickly. I am really disappointed in their service. We called to get a quote and were told that it would cost 85$ to clean our living room and hallway. We booked the appointment and later received an email quoting 160 as a minimal fee. This should have been explained during the original phone call. The quote of 85$ was not true. This is our second time using Go Green. Brent was here exactly when promised and got started right away. He is very thoughtful by setting up protective tarps and corner protectors, putting furniture on sliders to move them around, using floor fans to try and dry the carpet as best he can before he leaves, and works diligently (except for brief pauses to wipe the sweat from his forehead).
