Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. My experience was extremely disappointing. During my move, an accent chair that cost $1,874…read moredisappeared and was never delivered to my new home. I reported it to the lead mover the same evening I realized it was missing. He apologized and told me they must have forgotten it somewhere at my apartment complex. When I later obtained the building's surveillance footage, it showed one of the movers carrying my chair after it came off the elevator. The lead mover confirmed the person in the video was one of his employees. Despite this, the chair has never been recovered. I declined the additional valuation coverage because the lead mover assured me I didn't need it and told me they wouldn't damage my furniture during the move. I never imagined I needed coverage for a chair disappearing entirely while it was in the movers' possession. After reviewing the situation, the Operations Manager called me, apologized, and told me he agreed with me that the company was completely in the wrong for what happened. However, Vladimir, who is both the owner and the manager handling claims, has refused to take responsibility for losing my chair and has refused to compensate me for its value beyond offering $36. There were other issues during the move as well. The truck they sent wasn't large enough to complete our move, forcing us to leave boxes, plants, and other belongings behind to move ourselves. In addition, the movers smelled strongly of marijuana after arriving at our new home, which was very concerning. This entire experience has been stressful and incredibly disappointing. Losing an expensive piece of furniture is one thing, but the lack of accountability afterward has been even worse. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to think twice and carefully review the paperwork before trusting them with their belongings.

I paid a simple hourly fee for the labor, and a flat fee for the junk removal of the old units. No hidden costs. Richard was the team lead, and his experience was clear; they arrived on time and they handled the job with speed and assuredness. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry. I can't say enough about how well they treated me - they were all true pros every step of the way. AHM handled each detail, and I ALWAYS knew what to expect and what it would cost in time and money. They were transparent with everything and took great care of me. I will happily hire them again whenever I need labor, junk removal, or moving services.

When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

We had called 5 different companies all were insanely expensive even for just labor, finally found Budget Moving Services, spoke to the owner, Nicholas about 2 nights before we loaded up everything from the crates in the warehouse. They arrived 20min early, Nicholas and his team of movers (Sam and Phil) showed up ready to work, were hardworking from start to finish, wrapped all our furniture, packed and stacked it perfectly to optimize every cubic foot in the truck(s) -- they ended up filling up 2 u-haul moving trucks, what I thought would take 8hrs or more only took them 5 and a half hours! They were organized, quick and showed safety during their work ethic on top of being very affordable and in my humble opinion very high-quality. Felt good to support the smaller family-owned movers vs the bigger moving companies! They were 1/2 the price, the service was fully personalized and there were no hidden fees or anything that was no mentioned or talked about. One of the crew was on his phone nearly the whole time and needed several verbal prompts and reminders of tasks. Throughout the LOAD, the crew did not use tie-downs or ratchet straps at all to secure the load throughout the truck. I kept mentioning it as a suggestion (knowing they're the 'professionals' and should know what they're doing, and again, give them the benefit of the doubt... but I've also moved several times and know securing throughout the truck is critical for security) but they assured me 'it was packed tightly.' Additionally, the crew did not use provided furniture pads or plastic shrink wrap to wrap/protect furniture, shelving, pictures, paintings, etc. - even with me giving suggestions to do so... When we unloaded at our destination, several pieces of furniture were damaged, either punctured, scuffed, scratched, or bent... because the load was not tied down nor were furniture pads used to protect surfaces. I wanted to trust that everything would go well, but it didn't unfortunately... so all of this to say... I'd not recommend this team.
