The food is always good. I've come here several times with friends and my husband. We like to sit outside. It's a hybrid service situation where you order at the counter, but they bring the food to you. The service has been friendly, professional, and efficient. Coffee isn't bad but the service here could use a boost. Came here to pick up an order that was phoned in. The line was out of the door. I could be wrong but it seemed like a gentleman who may have been a supervisor seemed to be directing traffic. When I told him I was here to pick something up he told me to go straight to the counter. When I walked in he followed me, went behind the counter, then ignored me for about 10 minutes until I was able to call another employee over for help who walked right past me. Just seems like a little more communication would work wonders for this place. I had the caprese panini, which had a perfect ratio of tomato, mozzarella, and greens; the balsamic dressing was light and didn't overpower the sandwich. All of our dishes came in a beautiful presentation! Our meals were accompanied by a green sauce that was so addicting. Our order was ready and delivered to our table within 10 minutes, which was surprisingly fast! Customer Service The customer service was quickly noticeable as amazing. Jazmine was our server, and she provided great recommendations on coffee and tea, as well as main entrees. She was patient with everyone asking questions about specific items on the menu, requests for napkins and utensils, and had a great attitude while also managing other tables. The baked croissants just looked amazing and wish i got a croissant sandwich instead but i got the chicken pesto crepe and that did not disappoint! Saw this cafe when I went to Bar Louie the night before so I decided to stop by the next morning. First off, everyone is so kind! I love good service. It was clean and spacious inside and they also had outside seating. I tried their strawberry matcha and an iced white mocha and wow. I might have found my new coffee spot. The interior is stylish and inviting, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Brian, the manager, who was in the middle of training a new employee. As he took my order, he carefully explained each step to the trainee, which I appreciated. I ordered a hot Biscoff Cookie Latte in a large size. If you want to upgrade any drink from regular to large, it's just an additional $1. While waiting, I browsed their selection of pastries and other menu items. As I was exploring, the trainee personally delivered my drink, but it was a regular size instead of a large. When I pointed it out, they quickly realized the mistake, apologized, and promptly corrected my order. Since it was raining, I was really looking forward to a comforting cup of coffee, and overall, it delivered. The best part was that the latte wasn't overly sweet, despite the Biscoff cookie flavor. I expected a stronger Biscoff cookie flavor, but it was quite subtle, mostly tasting of vanilla. I also wished the drink had been hotter. This cafe has become our favorite spot. From the first time we tried it we fell in love with the coffee, pastries and food! Everyone there is so friendly, helpful and very attentive. The coffee, food and pastries are made to perfection and that's why we keep going back. We have made it a thing to go at least once a week (I'm on maternity leave so I do stop by for coffee more than once a week ) the olive is next door and they are the same owners believe and that food is also so so good. The cinnamon roll was a birthday compliment mostly because my birthday is 1-12. So far everything tastes good, if not great. It's a busy Memorial Day afternoon. Breakfast is over at 2 pm so me and the boy were rushing to make it for their pineapple pancakes well done. Otherwise he will greet you waving hello. The drinks here are really good but a little sweet for my taste, I order my Cardamon chai latte with half the sweetness and it's perfect for me. Turkey sausage is juicy and not dry very tasty and I will gladly pay the 3 dollars for one creamy poached egg. The boy enjoyed his short rib panini which I don't see on the menu if you search on their website but it's the first panini on the menu over head cashier. This comes with cheese and I forgot to say no cheese for the boy, they kindly made him another one thank you! Pineapple pancakes were so good, not too sweet and come decorated with fresh fruit, whipped cream, and syrup all on the side. It really doesn't even need syrup.
