And, while I paid via mailed check they have an easy online payment system. I hired VR Squad to do the DJ/sound, uplighting, and Event Photography for my company's Corporate Annual Holiday Party. I like how they're a "one stop shop", when previously I've had to hire multiple different vendors to do all of these services. I like how fast they are to respond. It is clear that they do many similar events, and I would have to give them bonus points for already having worked at our event venue, because they instantly knew what equipment to bring and the room layout. The night felt like a blur and seemed so short but because of having the VR Squad Photo Booth there, we'll always have the photos to look back on! A few things I was looking for were: bright, natural-looking photos within a certain price range. Julia reached out quickly and with a comprehensive overview of how we could work together. We set a date and location, made a deposit, and showed up for the shoot. Super easy. Throughout the session, Julia made us feel comfortable (and less awkward) and made great recommendations for how to pose or stand. My husband mentioned how he could see the difference from the way she guided us through the poses. Also loved the time of day that was recommended (just as the sun was setting) because our photos came out so beautiful with the glow from the sun setting. We received previews within a week and finals a few weeks after. I was reluctant to go with prints but so glad we did because the quality really is noticeable compared to Costco or Walgreens.
