When I finally got up and walked around, someone apologized and explained that the previous appointment had been scheduled incorrectly and they would be with me shortly. Even after that, I was still waiting with nothing more than "she'll be with you shortly." What I don't understand is why none of this was communicated when I checked in. If I had known there would be a delay, I would have rescheduled instead of wasting time I had planned my day around. This has never been an issue in the past, which makes it even more disappointing. Because of the lack of communication and consideration for my schedule, I'll be going elsewhere. I truly hate to leave my stylist, but I need a salon that communicates clearly and respects clients' time.

I was then left standing in the corner of the spa room wondering if I take off just my shirt or do I take everything off but leave the under garments on or do I take nothing off and just lay face down?. These are things that should be told to a client especially if they state they are new to this. I had my massage person peeking through the curtains to see if I was done I then opened the curtains to ask what am I supposed to be doing she then say" take off, lay down" and leaves I understand there is a language barrier but I was still left so confused at this point I am taking my shirt and bra off wondering if this is what she even meant? The massage person then walks in as I'm literally taking off my bra and she can see I am taking off my bra but yet she continues to walk in the room and I literally flashed the massage person a couple times while feeling so uncomfortable. The massage person says nothing and just lays a towel on my back the whole time so I'm not sure if I was supposed to even take off my bra. But we get to the massage it was extremely to rough for me I asked multiple times to be more softer please but it only stoped for 3 min and it would be extremely rough again. LADYS if u have Nexplanon birth control in ur arm DONT NOT COME HERE the massage person was extremely rough on my arm massage I kept asking to go soft on my arm as my birth control is there. But again not sure if this is a language barrier but it still continued to be so rough to the point where I just potentially asked for her to stop massaging that arm and move to the next please. The whole massage I could not relax at all I wanted it to be done already. but at the end I left and went to my car to check my birth control in my arm and it was sore and swollen around my birth control and that has never happened in 3 years of having it. I now have to make a doctors appointment to get my birth control checked as I am afraid it may be damaged now. This is my experience at this Spa 0/10 would never recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy.

The first, I had ended up changing my mind on a color once she applied it to one nail. When I asked if we could switch, I was chastised for not taking her initial suggestion. About the third "I told you so" I finally had to say, yes I understand please stop. The second, I'm not sure if he just didn't hear any of my preferences but I had to repeatedly comment on the length or the shape. Then it came to the design ugh. I had made a comment about not liking the squiggles but he just continued on. I had gotten this design done at another place, to perfection but Coco Nails fell short. No cuticle trim or anything else besides the color. I ended up declining the oil and lotion just to get out of there faster. I think he saw the disappointment on my face and told me he would do a two nail design for free next time. If designs are your thing, I'd keep looking.
