The demo company and I have already filed complaints with the contractors board and the financing company because this man thinks he can just take people's money and run. How does a grown man blatantly steal, lie through his teeth, and operate with zero integrity? Every response he posts to negative reviews is defensive, rude, and dripping with shady behavior. They never mentioned they were using a different pad, not on the phone or when we went to the showroom and spoke to them in person. They assured us we would be getting the same memory foam as we had purchased before. I still do not believe that the pad, they chose to put in was a memory pad because it is as hard as a cement floor. It is like walking around in the most uncomfortable and painful shoes and you can never take them off. All I wanted was soft padding and they failed me! There is no way to rip it out and replace it at this point. We rented two storage containers and paid a moving company to take everything out of the house and put it all back.
