Every single game we have played here has been thoughtful, creative, immersive, and absolutely flawless. Matt, the owner, is truly amazing. He is incredibly talented, warm, friendly, and so helpful throughout every game. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and it shows in every detail of the experience. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and taken care of. The rooms themselves are stunning. Everything is beautifully designed, well thought out, and crafted with so much care. Every puzzle feels intentional, clever, and satisfying to solve. Nothing feels random or thrown together. You can really tell how much time and heart goes into every single detail. We just completed Far Fetched and had an absolute blast. The puzzles were super fun, smart, and just the right level of challenging. The whole experience was exciting from start to finish. We were smiling, laughing, and fully immersed the entire time. If you are looking for an escape room that is creative, polished, and genuinely fun, Open Door Escape Rooms is the place to go. We will keep coming back again and again because it never disappoints.

Loved this place! It was my first ever time trying any VR experience and I was very happy. My…read moreboyfriend has been coming here since 2022(?) and had taken many friends here through the years. Last year, he wanted to have his birthday party there with 10+ players. My boyfriend contacted Devin, the owner, regarding pricing for the event. We were all very happy with the price and time and experience. We were able to bring our own food and decor and because our party was so large, we had the whole floor to our own party. I do struggle with vertigo and sometimes certain visual experiences (VR, 3D videos, and certain screens on rides) can make me nauseous and feel like I will pass out, so I did need to take a break during the last shooting game due to dizziness. That was no problem at all because I got to enjoy watching my friends run around and play while I enjoyed some food. Devin has cultivated such a safe and enjoyable space. You can tell he loves what he does at Noobs. We will be back, introducing more and more people to this amazing experience!

The locals are not friendly and will...i forget what we were running from, to not get eaten? haha. We were chasing the guy who was here before us, leaving us clues on how to survive. I bought the groupon $39 for 2 deal for Island Paradise. The groupon is not applicable to the other game Heritage. Two of us came and joined a group of 4 for a total of 6 players. I feel like this game is do-able with 2, but better with 4 people. The square footage is smaller, so any more than 6 players will be wasted brains. I'm glad we could join another group, because with 2 it would have been hard. There were mostly first generation puzzles...concentration puzzles, number and letter locks, direction locks, searching, creative use of props, map reading skills. Having completed 5 rooms so far, I got stuck on one particular puzzle. I guess it wasn't very clear to me and kind of confusing. We got out with 2 minutes left! whoo hoo! Theme: low production value. The theme is strong throughout, but cheap props and no technology. Story line and props can be made stronger. Hint system: unlimited. The game master will come to your door to tell you. Tip: you may get a little dirty (it will wash off) so don't wear nice shoes (mine got temporary stain), don't wear a lot of nice jewelry on your hand or wrists. Difficulty: 7 out of 10. Price: $28. very good. Cheaper than most rooms in Los Angeles. If you're in Redlands or IE and looking for something to do, you will have fun with friends or strangers here.

If you need an extra pep in your step before a mental workout, parking and food are all there. Booking online was seamless for us and our group ended up doing all of their rooms here in one day. Service was top notch and we met their owner Sam, who shared with us his vision for the different rooms. Our other game masters, Patrick and AJ, were so kind and told us what they enjoyed watching from our collaboration together. That is what I love about our local escape room businesses - you can really feel the love in every design and prop! The rooms were all different and this is the order that we did them in. Enter the Jungle Enter the Dark Wizard's Pursuit Enter the Twisted Trials Enter Wonderland Enter the Dark Wizard's Pursuit ended up being my personal favorite but all of them had such unique themes and puzzles that they could be stand alone experiences and I would have had a great time. My least favorite would be Enter Wonderland just because of one specific dexterity puzzle, but I believe the game has a system where they give you enough time to "productively struggle" before they clear you to bypass this and move on to the rest of the room. They offer to take your photos inside the room and they also explain puzzles in case you were confused about certain parts. Overall, service, production value, puzzle flow, and theming definitely makes this place a must-visit all the way to Riverside in the Inland Empire.

I love the fact it was private, so only our family was involved. We didn't have to share our time there with people we didn't know so that made it even more fun! Honestly, I wasn't super thrilled to go at first and just wanted to stay home. My weekends are made for relaxing after working a 9 to 5 job through the week. But man I'm so glad I let her talk me into going! Gamemaster Patrick really brought it all together and made our visit such an enjoyable and memorable one! He kept us on our toes the entire time and was such a big help when we were stuck. He also gave us a few laughs throughout our adventure! We wouldn't have been able to figure out the puzzles and riddles without guidance from him! He is the best! He gave us the best 60 minutes of real fun and enjoyment! I was a little worried we wouldn't figure it out but together, we did and with 5:56 seconds to spare! This place sells out fast so don't wait until the last minute to buy your fun adventure! We will definitely go again! We had the best time ever! Teamwork made the dream work!
