Before they would even schedule the appointment in the first place she had to check with the manager to see if it was within the time limit of 60 days. They said it was within the time and scheduled the appointment. Could they make up their mind or do they just want to charge people more money. This place is the worst. The manager Sandra gave the employee the ok to schedule the appointment. Dr Lao apparently wanted more money so he could re check her eyes. Horrible place!!!

I felt well cared for during the whole process from the scheduling of appointment, reminders, checking-in, eye exams with knowledgable technicians, Doctor review of results, comparing frames/lenses with an expert, all the way until walking out of the store. Doctor Tiffany Nguyen answered everything I asked about my tests results and the changes in my prescription. Kate, the frames/lenses expert is knowledgable and explains things well. I appreciate her enthusiasm and insight of glasses. She went over the different options for my lenses by asking good questions about how I will use them.

You can get the eye exam and buy glasses all at the same time. What a lovely concept? Especially when an individual is struggling with that thing called "time." The eye exam went smooth and the doctor called me back in a proper amount of time. After looking through the lens and remarking one or two. No, go back, three or four we were all done . The eye exam was throughly conducted and an individual is given a print out of the scale of your eye prescription, just for your records. You can order glasses here or take the exam to go . It's your choice. It was a better experience and fit for my schedule to do it all here. They offer all the top brands it seems at fair prices . They offer a warranty plan that covers the frames for a reasonable amount. After you pick your frames they fit them for you on the spot. They show you what your new glasses will look like on you in real time. That's the entire process in a single shot. They called in less than two weeks and you are on your way . To better seeing . There is no reason it should not be on any prescription they write when you need it to order online. They are trying to force you to pay for their over priced frames. Everyone treated me very kindly. The exam process was a bit of a pain. They have this test that they blow air into your eyes that I did not like. Because I kept blinking during this process, they red flagged me as possibly having glaucoma and immediately wanted me to see a specialist. Dr. Valdez wanted me to see a specialist immediately, but NV Eye Surgery said it could wait a day. Her response to that was, "Well, it's their problem now!", and laughed. That along with being consulted on new glasses by someone who clearly wasn't properly trained yet, and trying to sell me extremely expensive glasses and then later telling me they had more affordable options "in the back" makes me hesitant to come back here.
