Awesome place. Very friendly staff. I called asking how much it would cost to replace the nose pads. They said they would do it for free. When I got there I was was greeted with a simle. They replaced both nose pads and adjusted it for free. Wow. I know where i am going next time I need new glassess. read more

From the moment you walked in to your eye exam, everyone is welcoming and make you feel at home! Tiffany did an amazing job helping me this appointment with the purchase of my glasses and contacts. I didn't have my eye exam here, but I did get my frames here and was blown away by the customer service. Adam was the man. He helped me pick out the perfect frames and was completely honest and upfront with me about what looked good and what didn't! I really appreciated that, as I was wearing frames that were too small for my face for the last two years because the people at Lenscrafters just wanted to make a sale. Go get your eyes checked! I haven't been to the eye doctors in 13 years. Finally I decided its time to get a puff of air blasted into my eye for old time sake and it was worth it. Was happy... until now a few weeks have gone by and ever since I left there I have been getting infections in my right eye. I called to see if they can do anything about it then they have the nerve to tell me I can pay $80 for antibiotic eye drops?!! Excuse me u gave me an infection and want more money from me? U must be insane! Don't come here unsanitary and give u styes! Now I need to find a way to get antibiotic drops since I refuse to pay this company $80 for giving me an infection! I will report this company to my insurance company and open a claim for this! read more

I wouldn't go back here. I haven't received my glasses. I placed an order for some glasses and paid. They said it would take a month before I saw them. Well... my order was placed 04/07 it is now 05/15. I called them last week at the one month mark, since I hadn't heard from them and wanted to check the status of the order. Their response was "oh we were going to call you today", then said they would call me back once they had my info up. They didn't call me back. I waited 2 hours and called them back myself... At this time they finally told me it was back ordered and that they couldn't provide me with any info as to when I would get them. The girl who answered than informed me that they were closing and would have to call back... Hmmm really? Their customer service needs definite improvement. I am not even upset with the fact that it's taking long it's just the lack of concern for their customers that bothers me. read more

I've been to a few eye doctors and this one was by far the best one I've gone to. The service was great! I'm a single mom with two kids so it makes it hard. My son just can't keep still and the staff was totally accommodating. Their patience was extremely appreciated. I only went in to get some contacts and when I was sitting with Adam, he was explaining to me how my insurance worked and that because I had two insurances I could get my contacts and glasses for a very affordable price. He even took the time to help me pick out a pair that I fell in love with. He was so nice, he told me that he wanted me to be happy with my selection. I'm not really sure how this place has four stars. I must share my horrid experience with everyone reading these reviews. First, it started with an exam that took place in May of this year. Come to find out, they gave me the wrong prescription for my glasses. I went to a different vendor to get my prescription for my glasses filled. After waiting a week, I tried my glasses on and I couldn't see anything out of them! I go back to tell them what happened and they try forcing me to pay $65 to get another exam when this clearly was a mistake on their part. So I go back today, get my exam re-done (at no charge thanks to my insurance company) by a different doctor, and turns out that my prescription was different! But this review is mostly about the office manager Trisha. What a horrible, unprofessional, tacky office manager. She sat there in front of three other patients and basically lectured me about how their policy is that every re-exam is $65. It wasn't so much what she said but the manner in which she was talking down to me in a very condescending manner. Her behavior is completely and utterly unacceptable! Please heed my warning, this place will have you wasting your time running around town trying to fix a prescription that should've been right in the first place. Trisha, please invest in a customer service 101 book. You are doing a disservice to that office if you don't get it together. That is all. read more

I never write reviews unless I have an amazing experience. I am a new patient and had my first appointment with Dr. Nguyen this past Saturday. I was referred by a friend since I didn't have an Optometrist out here (I am from California). I haven't gotten my eye's checked in 6 years so i was really looking forward to this appointment. Everyone was so friendly when i walked in and they brought me back right away. I did a series of tests with machines and it was the first time i have ever done these. They have all the newest up to date technology so i was very excited about that. The doctor was so friendly and informative of what they were testing for and what we we're looking at on the screen to go over the results. My glasses prescription changed so they had me meet with Adam to look at some glasses. They have a lot of variety to choose from and i found some that fit me perfectly! I would highly recommend going to this place. Definitely a 5 star experience and can't wait to go back to pick up my glasses! Thank you again Dr. Nguyen! read more
