Doctors were great! Explained everything in detail and she was very attentive with our concerns. We went in late in the day after school for my sons eye appointment. In the end, we knew that he would need eyeglasses, it added up and was not expecting to walk out paying so much $$$ for a pair of eyeglasses, unfortunately I don't wear eyeglasses and have no knowledge of how expensive they can cost. The next morning we called around opening time to ask them to hold the order to see if we can try and get them somewhere else less expensive. First, they said they can't do anything since it is final, then another lady said that the order had been placed and the there is no way to cancel or hold the order. Listen lady... I work in retail and I know that nothing is set in stone, there could have been other ways to help us with this situation, but it is easier to just shove us with your bs policy. I have extremely sensitive eyes, and I need a patient optometrist to help me with my issues. Dr. Nguyen is the most thorough, patient optometrist I have ever had. He takes the time to get it right, and was able to diagnose an eye condition that everyone else missed. The Seven Hills branch is large, bright and clean, with ample parking and easy access. I always feel welcomed here because of Adam. When I first came in, I was amazed that he had remembered my name considering the last time I saw him was 6 months ago! He reassured me that he would be with me as quickly as possible. I came in just to get my glasses adjusted and he went above and beyond that service. He informed me that I had a few scratches on my frames and that my warranty would cover my lenses for a year. I've been going to Optic Gallery for over 10 years because of Dr Nguyen who is very personable and thorough. I don't ever feel rushed. An added bonus is optician Adam. He doesn't push us to get new frames if our insurance wouldn't cover it. (It can get really expensive.) Why only 4 stars? I don't like listening to rock music for over an hour, which is how long it usually takes for exam and measurements. Also, parking has been hard to find of late. I've been to Optic Gallery Arroyo in the past and they were great so after moving to Henderson I decided to keep going. It's at a very nice location on St. Rose and Seven Hills. I walk in and everyone is very friendly. Sometimes when you go to these kind of places their kindness feels forced but not here, everyone was genuinely nice as well as the doctor. I don't want to give them 1 star because it wasn't all bad. The staff was friendly, the exam was efficient, I asked for advice going forward, it was given. I had 2 problems. First let me give you a little back story so I'm not being to bias. I've been wearing eye wear since age 5, contact since 16, and I'm 34? Also I'm from Philadelphia, and this is my first time buying in Vegas. So 1st the prices are crazy! The last time I brought eye wear in Philadelphia I paid 285 for complete glasses, and 250 for contacts. This place wanted 480 for just the lens of the glasses (I didn't pick out frames), and 600 for contacts! I looked up the exact contacts she prescribed me, there 200 online, smh, they tried to charge me 3x the price. 2nd they told me a trial pair of contacts comes with the price of the exam, 204, which I already paid, but after I didn't order their 600$ contacts they said I had to pay 150$ to keep my trial or give them back out of my eyes! How disrespectful and embarrassing! You can't use them after they been in my eyes. They would have just thrown them away. Way to try in rip people off, no wonder you guys have more employees then customers. read more

Amazing service! I've been going to this location for a couple years now and I'm super satisfied. Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Lao really take the time to talk about your eye health and condition.
