I am a women in my early 30s, and I have always leased my cars until now. I really wanted to purchase a perfect car for my first owned car. I found Tim through some of my friends and family members who have used Tim previously. I have to say, I was a little unsure about how this whole process works since this was my first time. The moment I met Tim, I immediately could tell several things - his expertise in cars, selling, dealing, and ultimately how easy the entire transaction would be. As a women, we tend to deal with other 'dealers' that are really pushy or omit information and make things difficult for us. Tim is literally the exact opposite of that. I told him I wanted to sell my current lease car to him, and then I wanted to purchase this beautiful Mercedes he had in his inventory. I am still in disbelief how quickly and painless he made this process. Could it be that easy?? Am I missing something? The answer is NO. Tim runs his business exactly how I am describing it today and now I am a brand new car owner!! When we finally sat down for the paperwork, that process took less than 60 minutes and I was on my way that day. He is also super flexible in the process, so even though I was yet to transfer my title (as you have to go DMV or AAA to do so), he said 'take this car and once you have the title, send it over'. He did not have to do that and honestly, I don't think any other dealer would ever do that. That is just how easy and trustworthy Tim is. Tim (the owner) has a great selection of cars that he personally searches for and hand picks, Tim says he picks cars that have a record of being well maintained. I picked out a Mercedes sl 500, Tim had the vehicle waiting for me when i arrived. He handed me the keys and told me to take it for a test drive. Stay away! This guy is a thief. He represented himself as a square and honest guy but he sold us a car for $23,000 with a serious preexisting condition. He told us it was a minor problem and he would take care of it by sending us to his mechanic. The mechanic kept on making us come back time after time with bogus explanations and repairs (a spark plug here, a little plastic part there) until over a month went by and stopped returning our calls. When we took the car to another shop the mechanic immediately, upon just a test drive, told us that a cylinder was misfiring. He suggested a compression test which confirmed the problem. In the meantime the dealer Tim rescinded in his promise stating that he never made any promise and told us that he spent over $1000 in the so-called repairs (we never received any invoices from his mechanic to even confirm that amount)! We trusted him and took his word for it now we are stuck with over $6000 in repairs. Of course we do not have the means to repair the car and it is just sitting in the driveway. What a crook! He does not even deserve a star! read more

I had a great experience with this place to begin with. I traded in my old car, and got a beautiful new one back in November. I love my new car! It's perfect, and fun. Then about January that drama started. I got a parking ticket in the mail. I called the city, and sent them the necessary paperwork. I spoke with OC Auto Wholesale, and was informed that all of my paperwork had been submitted to the DMV, and the that DMV was "REALLY backed up." Fast Forward to today: I have now gotten 6 parking tickets. (4 in the past week) One that I have been informed is in collections, and a "Final Notice" regarding my registration all on the old vehicle. I have wasted so much time submitting paper work to the DMV and different cities regarding parking tickets. This is a nightmare. So I have learned a couple things dealing with this place, 1. Never trust anyone in car sales, and 2. Always file your own paperwork. What horrible customer service though. read more
