I've taken my iPhone here twice to have the front screen replaced, and both times, I ended up having other issues after they "fixed" my screen. The first time I got my screen replaced, there ended up being a very thin line going from the top to the bottom of my screen on the right-hand side. That line didn't show up until AFTER I got it "fixed". The second time, which was just a week ago, they replaced my broken screen with a new one for $90 which I thought was awesome. Well, they did a really bad job of putting a new screen on my iPhone because now, my phone screen shuts off randomly (probably about 40 times in one day) and it won't turn back on for at least 15 seconds. I've never had this issue before with any of my iPhones, and I've had 4. Will NOT be going back here ever again. Piss poor work and piss poor service. read more

Let me tell you something these guys are the best and truly do deserve their 5 star reviews. First of all, I don't like shopping for anything that requires some technical knowledge because I am picky and I take a while to do my research before I buy anything. So when I stumbled into this shop, although I am not a tech wiz I kind of already knew what I was looking for. Let me tell you other shops tried to sell me a bunk terrible computer betting on potential lack of knowledge. Not this place, they thoroughly helped me find the right the computer and because I was already pretty aware of the tech and prices, I knew I was getting the best potential deal and they are really professionals in their craft. Very dissatisfied with this company. I had a replacement battery put it n my iPhone. Would not keep a charge. Took my phone to Apple store and they said they couldn't replace the battery without damaging my phone. Ended up having to buy a new phone. read more

I recommend these guys to everyone I talk to who has a broken iPhone screen. I came here more often than I should have during the end of last year & every time they fixed my phone quickly and accurately. Also, since I was in there so often, they gave me a discount on a few trips since I had just paid full price not that long ago. They may come off as "hard", but they are kind, helpful, and are willing to work with you. I just brought my laptop in to fix the piece where the charger plugs in to the laptop, and it only costs me 60. I don't know if that is expensive, but I feel like geek squad would've charged me a decent amount just to look at it. Anyway, I come here now whenever I have a problem that they can fix. I had brought in my 2011 Macbook pro for repair. The motherboard seems to be the issue. Besides waiting 3 months to get it back and It did cost me an arm and a leg for but it was well worth it at the end. its been about 2-3 weeks already with no issues. hopefully the issue doesn't come back after the warranty is expired. My laptop hinge broke while I was visiting family in California, so I came here to get it fixed. After the diagnostic, they told me I'd need an entirely new palmrest and quoted me a price. A few days later, they told me the price was actually going to be $150 more. I refused to pay that amount and asked for my damaged laptop back. A few minutes later, they were magically able to quote me the original price I'd agreed to. I received my laptop and could tell that the palmrest didn't appear to be installed correctly because there was spacing on the side (near USB ports) that hadn't been there before and my charger didn't plug in as easily as it used to. Unfortunately, I had to fly back home and wasn't able to come back and make them fix it. I ended up having to get my laptop serviced again at my local place. The repairman said, and I quote, "I don't normally like saying bad things about other repair places, but your charging port is broken because they re-assembled your computer poorly. They didn't even reconnect your webcam!" That level of shoddy workmanship is inexcusable, and I regret coming here to get my laptop fixed. I don't usually write bad reviews (or reviews in general) but felt that I needed to warn people about my experience. If you're getting your laptop fixed, I'd suggest going somewhere else. Otherwise, you might need to get it fixed again because of the horrible job these people did. read more

My IPad took a header, yes thats right, it just jumped right out of my hands and to the floor. The screen was shattered. They replaced the glass, and delivered it back to me on time. Took my laptop in cause I could not get it to up date and I asked them to make a back up, paid 80 bucks, was told nothing was wrong and that my C drive was full and I needed to empty it. I asked if he could do that he told me no. No back up was made. Tried to empty the C drive it won't let me called back was told I would have to pay another 130 to wipe it and back it up. I felt like I just gave them 80 dollars for them to do nothing. read more

I thought I might save a couple dollars by trying to replace the dock connector on my iPhone by myself. Of course I ripped some tiny little ribbon inside that was made of fairy wings and unicorn whispers, so I had to break down and take it somewhere. I was initially planning to take it to Infinity, but I got there at 10:15 and they were closed (the internet and the sign on the door said they open at 10:00)... waited a few minutes and they never opened. I was, of course, without a working phone, so I couldn't google anything (HOW DID PEOPLE SURVIVE BEFORE SMART PHONES?), but I remembered seeing an "Iphone repair" sign somewhere on Los Alamitos Blvd. At about 10:30 I took it in, confessed the sins I had committed against my phone, got a quote and was on my way. The technician told me it would be ready by 12, but I got an email at about 11 that it was ready. As for the other reviewers who said that the techs weren't friendly... they didn't seem rude to me, they were typical computer guys and typical computer guys aren't generally the most outgoing people.
