If you need a bed, go anywhere else except Orange County mattress. They are not knowledgeable, helpful and sold us the wrong mattress. When we called to tell them there's a problem, they stuck their head in the sand. My husband and I went to purchase a new mattress for our adjustable bed and support a local company here in Los Alamitos, that is the biggest mistake we've ever made! We told Jason that we had an adjustable bed and we were looking to update our mattresses. The mattress that he sold us did not bend with our adjustable bottom support mechanism. It was like putting a table on adjustable support and all it could do is go up and down, but it would not bend. Then he said we would have to jump on the bed and work it so that it would bend, another lie from somebody who just wanted to make some money and had no idea what he was talking about. What are we, five years old to go jumping on a bed is ridiculous!!! When called to say there was a problem, the Jason who sold it to us said it was user-friendly. There was nothing user-friendly about this bed. It was bad from beginning to end. When we asked for our money back, they refused to do that and we would have to get another bed from them which we did not want to do. Just to confirm how bad they were, one of the owners of the company who's name is Eric and the other salesman that we ended up dealing with said they would've never sold us this particular mattress. This company has an ironclad contract, probably because of all the problems they have to deal with in selling you horrible mattresses to unsuspecting buyers. No one should ever have to sleep on a mattress that has to be "worked in". That being said, if you're still thinking about buying a bed from them, you should read every detail of the contract before you signing, then rip it up and go elsewhere to buy a mattress. This company is the worst and will make your lives miserable. We ended up having to switching a mattress on another bed in our house that was not adjustable because they refuse to give us our money back, and we were forced to buy another mattress or lose our money. That alone should tell you they don't know what they're doing. We ended up going to Bloomingdale's and worked with a very knowledgeable and nice person who knew exactly what we needed and now we are sleeping comfortably every night plus, the prices there were much better! Orange County mattress company is overpriced, not ethical and will lie just to sell you something. This is truly a buyer beware and now you've been warned!! Go to a reputable department store to buy your next bed. Don't make the same mistake we did by going to Orange County mattress in Los Alamitos. If we could give them a minus 100 we would. Don't say you haven't been warned!!! read more

I went to the Orange County Mattress in Fullerton where Jesse took care of me right away and already had the options and availability and numbers drawn up for me in advance which showed me the level of professionalism I look for when making a huge purchase si ch as a bed my wife and I will be using for the next 10+ years. We were to try out many options and he helped navigate our options within our budget and giving us the best bang for our buck. We ending up finding the perfect mattress and Jesse helped explain the quality of the materials in these beds are top notch so it gave me assurance in what we were buying. Lastly with the 0% interest on financing we went with something higher than we wanted but in the long run we know it's worth it and still got a low monthly payment. Jessy took the time we needed to help us look at the available mattresses after we explained what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the various products on the showroom floor and helped us to down select to an Arch Rock firm.
