I called twice today and both times the wait time was over 60 minutes. I missed the call back and dialed the additional number that was given on the vm. That number also had a 60+ minute wait time. I again later 7PM and was told there was a 2-6 minute wait, I'm at 30 minutes wait time and counting, while typing this. What is going on? My credit card was denied twice today for the amount of $2.04 by the DMV. WHY? This is the worst customer service from a bank or credit union in my life and I'm 72. I'm going into the local branch tomorrow and give the manager a piece of my mind. As soon as I pick a new bank I'll withdraw all my funds. read more

I've been banking with this institution for approximately 10 years, have never owed them any money, and have always maintained my account in good standing. Despite this long relationship, I am now dealing with unacceptable service and what feels like complete disregard for customers. The issue started with Zelle. For the past six months, they have been unable to properly link my phone number to Zelle. Strangely, their system can send emails to me without issue, but cannot send basic verification texts to my phone. This has remained unresolved despite multiple attempts to fix it. What is even more frustrating is the lack of accountability and follow-through. I have been waiting weeks for a supervisor callback, yet I am repeatedly told supervisors "do not call customers back for these types of issues." Instead, my support tickets are closed with "email resolutions" that do not actually resolve anything. At this point, I am closing my account due to the ongoing technical failures and extremely poor customer service. After a decade of loyalty, this level of support is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to consider banking elsewhere. read more

We were members here for over 25 years. It kept going downhill year after year. The family feel left long ago. After messing up our account utizing third party vendors for ATM and other items we left. No one seemed to know what was going on and too much red tape. Today I went in to deposit checks into another credit union. I was told they don't do that anymore. Really? I though they were all linked (which they are). After asking what my options were, the teller told me I could do this at the ATM outside but not inside. WTF?? Silly rule and another reason to stay away from this credit union. FYI - The one located on Yorba Linda is way better but the same silly rules apply. With all of the homeless in this area and parking lot, they should have people do as much business inside as possible for safety. Bottom line - Take your money, car loans and investements elsewhere. read more

I have been a member of this bank for over 15+ years. I NEEDED to dispute a charge that was posted as "audible" from washington Park? Card had to be canceled & a new card will be sent out. I requested an express delivery since I am a senior & live on a fixed income, caring for a senior bed ridden patient. They want to charge $10, ABSURD, or I can go into one of their branches. I live in the northwest san fernando valley & the closest branch office would be long beach California, over 50+ miles at $5.19 a gallon of gas + the stress of traffic.
