Let's start by saying this is a typical fro-yo place where you fill your cup with whatever flavors your heart desires, then you add all of the toppings you want. You pay by the ounce, which is standard in these types of places. I like that they offer "cup splits" which is basically a cardboard insert to place into your cup that divides it into 3 sections for up to 3 different flavors. As someone who doesn't like mixing flavors, this was very cool! And I haven't seen anything like this at any other fro-yo places. My husband and I both LOVED the watermelon flavor that was available! It might be seasonal, but it was so refreshing on this hot summer day. As good as this place was, it was pretty expensive compared to other places I've been to. Maybe it's because it's located on the Seawall, but the probability of me returning is a bit low due to pricing. ALSO, I checked in on Yelp and was rewarded with 15% off my purchase HOWEVER they did not honor it. I was literally told "we can't accept that" which was disappointing. Note to the owner: if you're not going to honor discounts that are advertised, you should remove them. This is another reason why I most likely won't be returning. read more

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with amazing service from Michael - our Cadillac guy! He gave our group of seven a quick rundown of how the place works, then we all started creating our perfect meals. He really cares about his customers' experience and the cleanliness of the place. For example, he offered and took a great group picture of us and was actively helping clean the place up! The little things add to a fantastic Orange Leaf memory. While there may not have been alot of whole fruit variety, what was there, were tasty (not under/over ripe), mold free, and perfect fruit!! For starters and not limited to, there were blueberries, strawberries, coconut shavings and bananas. One thing that was also unique, were the sugar free options. I have been to many frozen yogurt places and this is the only one I have seen both sugar free chocolate syrup and sugar free chocolate chips! This made me happy, and made my creation more delicious with a health halo! If we return to the area, I absolutely hope to return. This is a great little hangout spot to enjoy quality fro-yo, refreshing fruit, and service. Thankyou! read more

From the time I drove and parked my car I new it was going to be simply amazing. The staff greeted us with wonderful smiles. They showed us the offering with the yogurt what a wide selection from fresh fruits to incredible chocolates, cookies and candy of toppings. The staff hoovered over us to make sure we saw all they had to offer. They also mentioned they have yogurts carts on the beach so if we needed to get more it was easily accessible. Boy the guy that game up with that just didn't get off the boat, must be a smart cookie. I also have to mention the store was clean and the bathroom spotless. We moved to Galveston in December, and have been to Orange Leaf on Seawall boulevard 5-6 times already. Every time we are there the workers are so sweet and friendly. They are always cleaning and engaging with the customers. They always smile and greet you when we arrive, no matter how busy they are. Last night we were there with my elderly Dad who served in the Marine Corps for over 30 years. He was wearing his USMC veterans ball cap on, and the staff told him "thank you for your service". I've always been impressed with the kids that work there, but that was such a sweet gesture. Great job guys! read more

Yogurt is great. BUT, the store is dirty, dirty, dirty. The floors smelled of mildew, the staff were not present in the front when we walked in, and the overall feel was off- just unclean and unkept. Waffle cones were so limp, not even a hint of crispness, that the frozen yogurt soaked through them. What a change!!! Clearly this place must be under new ownership because it is a massive improvement from when we went a few years ago! The whole place (bathrooms included) was super clean and their variety of flavors of yogurt and of fresh toppings is outstanding. The staff was super friendly and the place was super easy to get to with ample parking. Walking out of there with fresh froyo or one of their ridiculously good milkshakes with the breeze coming off the ocean and the sun shining is truly one of life's great pleasures.
