Today was my first time visiting this restaurant. When I ordered my chicken and beef plate, I politely asked for a cup of water, but the employee refused to give me one. It is sad to see customers being denied a simple cup of water just so they have to pay for another drink. A cup of water should never be denied to anyone, especially a paying customer. The food was not good either--the chicken was dry, and the beef had no flavor. The service was disappointing, and the entire experience left a very bad first impression

I stopped by Orange Teriyaki today and had a great experience. We were in the vicinity and decided to try it out as my mom was craving teriyaki. I ordered 3 chicken & beef teriyaki plates, 1 chicken rice bowl, 1 baked salmon roll, and an order of shrimp tempura. Everything came out to $67 which was reasonable considering the quantity of food we got. This spot is located across the street from Jordan High School and though the restaurant itself is small, they have a nice little seating arrangement inside. The restaurant looks very clean and the service was speedy and friendly. I got my large to-go order within 10 minutes of ordering and everything came out looking delicious. This was my first time trying sushi and I was very impressed with my baked salmon roll. It was super flavorful and fulfilling. Definitely recommend. My teriyaki plate was also very good, the beef and chicken were yummy and I absolutely loved their teriyaki sauce. The shrimp tempura was good, nothing phenomenal though. Overall, I give Orange Teriyaki a solid 4/5 and I'd recommend to anyone in the area.

I am surprised I hadn't decided to stop by before considering I live less than 5 mins from here. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was! My husband and I ordered #3 Chicken and Steak teriyaki bowl and Chicken YakiUdon. I think the Udon noodles are my favorite because they're savory and saucey. The veggies were sautéed just right and the chicken was seasoned. The bowl was good but I thought the teriyaki was more soy sauce based and salty rather than sweet and savory. I would get these dishes again! It's a good reliable spot nearby and the owner seemed super chill. Thanks!

Amazing prices for delicious rolls!! Love roll is GREAT!!! Only had pickup orders so far but they're always really quick & delicious!

My to go plate was half empty! Very little meat, even if I spread the noodles out to the entire plate, still very little food. The food is very tasty, but service is horrible. The young lady at the counter is very rude and not very friendly! Only because of the service I give it a 1. First and last time I come here.

Love coming here for the chicken veggie bowls. Reasonable prices and good service with great quality to boot, this place never disappoints! Chill vibes but can get crowded with high schoolers depending on the time, I'd recommend calling in your order to save on any hassle.

The food is great but I found a plastic 2 pieces in my baked salmon! They had me until that happened! Now I gotta find another baked salmon roll friendly place!

My boyfriend's brother did the ordering since he's been here a lot. He ordered: Peruvian Cebiche: which was the catch of the day, tiger milk, ahi Amarillo, concha, and sweet potato. It was so delicious! I believe the catch of the day was either scallop or white fish which was in the tiger milk and ahi Amarillo sauce which was a sour like sauce which pairs well with the fish. It was also a great dipping sauce for the other sushi we got. If I could, I would have slurped the whole thing (the sauce) lol. Blue Fin Sashimi: with kizami wasabi and special soy sauce. If you have tried blue fin you are missing out. The sashimi just melts in your mouth and has such an easy chew to it. Sushi Nikkei Tasting (8 pc sushi): consists of 2 pcs of sweet salmon (parrillera sauce), tuna power (parrillera sauce, aji Amarillo, and chalaquita), Parmesan scallops, and Asian shiromi (white fish, Asian sauce, quinoa pop, and lemon). My boyfriend and I had 1 pc each. The salmon and Parmesan scallops were my favorite. My boyfriend's favorite was the Asian shiromi and tuna power. All the toppings complimented each other so well. Who knew?! Acebichado: which was a specialty roll with crispy shrimp, avocado topped with tuna, acebicado sauce, togarashi, and green onion Dusty roll: which was another specialty roll with crispy shrimp, avocado topped with octopus in ninja sauce, Parmesan, and tare OBA roll: which was another specialty roll that had crispy salmon, avocado topped with salmon , parrillera, jalapeno sauce, and chalaquita All the rolls were good and the different sauces complimented each other and the fish. We got there when it was lunch time so it wasn't too busy or too loud. The service was great as the servers always checked up on us. Definitely a must try and we'll be coming back to try the other menu items!

Everything was really fresh and delicious. The dishes are all pretty savory, except for the Sweet Salmon. Most of their dishes contained sesame oil and togarashi, but nothing was spicy. Service was good, but could have been better. I wish the server pointed out the different fishes/flavors for the tasting dishes. We had to figure it out by looking back at the menu each time. And even though we had a reservation, it didn't really feel like an anniversary dinner since it was not acknowledged or celebrated. It was a very casual environment. Overall, good experience. Hope to be back again!

It was 90 degrees outside, hoping that inside would be in the 70s which was not the case. Made our stay uncomfortable. Regardless, ordered 2 Ramen bowls, pork and chicken flavor. Also ordered a pork bun. Watermelon cucumber flavor water was served as complimentary. Was refreshing! 15 mins later we received our soups and pork bun. All tasted very good! No complaints toward the quality of food being served. I asked our waitress if this restaurant still had a Michellin star rating? Her response, I dont know and I think so. I asked her to check with her manager, she came back 5 minutes later and stated her Manager does not know the answer as well. I find that quite odd Hmmmm .. Overall the food quality is great. The negative things on my visit are. 1. It was warm inside the restaurant which made it uncomfortable. 2. Only one small restroom 3. Prices are a tad on the expensive side. $19 to $20 a bowl. 4. I believe management was not being honest regarding my question about being a Michellin Star rated restaurant. How are you in management and dont know the status of your own restaurant? Honesty is the best policy. Good thing, food was good and everyone was friendly. Overall, i would come back because the food is good and the place does not get crowded.

While curry is their specialty they have other items such as udon, teriyaki, and donburi bowls as well as a few typical appetizers such as tempura and karaage. The restaurant is not very big but has a fair amount of tables. Its style has a mix of modern and traditional Japanese elements with lofi music playing in the background. We were given a friendly welcome upon entering and the service was great. We started with the mixed tempura which was light and crispy - a perfect starter that won't fill you up. For dinner we tried the beef curry and chicken katsu curry. Both were delicious. I had the chicken katsu. I really liked the breading as it was light and crispy - not too thick or greasy. The sauce was also rich and flavorful. I made it a combo which includes miso soup and a salad of choice. I selected the cucumber salad which was a little sweet but refreshing with the meal. I called it in on a lazy Tuesday after hiking. Food didn't take that long but I like that there was a wait because I know it'll be freshly made. When I walked into the restaurant to pick up my order, inside was cozy and I noticed that it was pretty busy for a late Tuesday lunch. A really nice young woman who rang me up and handed me my bag of goods. When I got home, I was pleased to see that they had separated the Katsu from the curry sauce, so my meat didn't end up being soggy. Their curry sauce is different from most curry houses. There are some herbs in it that I can't put my finger on, but I love it because it's not like any of the others. Chicken was juicy and rice was fluffy. I also like their kizami ginger which had a nice solid crunch. Even though it took me a while to pick up my food, it was still nice and warm when I sat down to eat it. Very happy with the presentation and the flavour. We'll try to visit and eat at the restaurant next time. Parking lot is small and can get a little crowded with all the other businesses open. But there is also street parking available. Also, because it's a Japanese restaurant, they are not open on Mondays.
