If you have tried blue fin you are missing out. The sashimi just melts in your mouth and has such an easy chew to it. My boyfriend and I had 1 pc each. The salmon and Parmesan scallops were my favorite. My boyfriend's favorite was the Asian shiromi and tuna power. All the toppings complimented each other so well. I had to add A LOT of spicy paste to get it up to the level I wanted, but while at other restaurants I've lost the broth flavor when adding too much spice, the spicy paste just enhanced the tonkatsu broth.
