Excellent eye care. I did not feel rushed at all throughout my exam. The eye doctor even discovered an issue with my eyes caused by my diabetes. They really seem to care about their patients. I initially had a virtual appt. The Dr told me come back Monday. The girls up front very rudely told me, well we aren't open money, got can come in Thursday. It was Wednesday this point. So 8 days later. Another nurse walks up and suggested doing an early walk in on Sat. I was there as soon as they opened. Worst possible service one could ask for. I was told my glasses were being worked on over the weekend . I called Monday and they weren't even touched. I go to pick them up Tuesday and they hand them to me broken with a massive scratch on them. I get told an hour, then when I return I get told another hour. I was in at 10:30 am and just returned at 1 pm to glasses that still aren't done getting told he's working on them because the glasses They broke are too difficult to fix. This is a completely different experience than my first time getting glasses from Orbic eyecare. I will never return after this and you lost two customers because my significant other won't be purchasing glasses from you guys ever again either. VERY DISAPPOINTED! read more

I came to Orbic eye care because my previous provider wasnt interested or couldn't repair the one year frames I had. They had suggested I buy new glasses for over $400. When I arrived at Orbic eye care, they were very courteous and extremely helpful. They were able to find frames that fit my lenses perfectly and I paid half price for the frames. Orbic Eye Care is a small but friendly establishment. They allow walk-ins, and are really quick to see you. I went to Dr. Yu on a whim when I was having severe headaches etc. She is very knowledgeable, and was the first to help diagnose my health issue. Her diagnosis actually helped move my healthcare plan along faster. The ladies in the front work very hard to help organize patients and give excellent care. Every time I called afterwards, whether it was a staff member or Dr. Yu answering, they were courteous and helpful. I am so thankful for Dr. Yu and her team. read more

Orbic Eye Care all the way!!! Fast and convenient. They get me in very quickly every time I call (within 2 days, sooner if I wasn't limited to afternoon, because walk-ins are welcome before 2pm!) even on the last day of the year when everybody and their brother were trying to use up their VSP benefits -ie crazy busy! They reviewed my insurance and coordinated the best way to get both my glasses and contacts with the lowest out of pocket I've ever had to pay! This place has a surprisingly diverse selection for such a small shop, I can easily find multiple suitable frames. The doctor was fantastic, thorough and got my prescription spot on (not a whole number off like the quack at Walmart). I am very pleased with this establishment and will continue to come here. read more

Decent considering the prices and the availability of appointments. Not a fan of the optometrist I had--was critical of my eyesight (which I obviously can't help) and was a seemingly unwelcoming, entitled, and uninterested medical professional. The place feels cheap and did not get my vision corrected as expected. For those without health insurance, this is likely one of your best options. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere. read more

I do not recommend this business. They told my 10 year old step-son that he needed glasses. From experience in opthalmology for 10 years, I know that the prescription they gave him was next to absolutely nothing. He might as well had plano lenses (no prescription at all). So they got 2 pairs of glasses out of his mother and my husband and now has a 10 year old thinking he needs glasses. Good job guys! Do not recommend!!!! read more

I paid over $200 for my glasses in February 27, 2020 and when I asked the female doctor when they will be ready, I got a robotic response of "2 weeks" with a healthy dose of eye rolling. When I did not receive an update, I called a dozen times after waiting 3 weeks and was told each time to call back next week. Then, I called the following week, now a whole month later, and nobody answered the phone. I drove up to the store and they were closed with a sign on the door that said no idea when they will reopen. Here it is 5 months later, I have NOTHING. NO way to get a refund or my glasses. They even told my Varo Bank that I already picked up my glasses and prevented me from getting my refund that way. When that didn't work, they said to the bank reps that I was called repeatedly and I did not pick them up. After I complained to my bank and put the negative reviews, all I got was an anonymous call from someone with no name or title saying come in. Again, I called back to find out who it was, the number was not working. Why would I show up to a closed place not knowing who the person I will meet is or what they can do if I need adjustments and how much longer that would add to my 5 month wait? Everyone who had to go back says they are still not wearing masks and putting that in their reviews, so I am not interested in COVID-19 and I need a refund. I am still waiting. BEWARE!!!! DO NOT WASTE your time or your hard earned $$$. Their dealings are fraudulent. I would not recommend them to a terrorist. CROOKS! read more

I'm from Alabama and I was in Georgia for a family trip to a water park. I lost my glasses in the lazy river when my inner tube flipped over! I was able to to visit them today, get a $25 eye exam WITHOUT insurance , TWO PAIRS OF GLASSES INCLUDING THE LENS FOR $68 and my glasses back in an HOUR! The staff and doctor were AMAZING. I think I would definitely make the drive from Alabama just for the great deal, convenience and amazing staff :) read more

After getting my classes and contacts, I realized I felt dizzy and off. The glasses were so bad, I couldn't even drive with them on. I took them back and had them tested and she told me they were correct And there was nothing she could do. For MONTHS, I tried to reach out but they never answer the phone and are now closed on weekends which is my only time off work. I spent many days at the Dr for migraines and dizzy spells, thinking something was terribly wrong with me. Had blood work done and was tested for vertigo. Finally, went to a different eye center, had an exam and handed them the box of contacts I received from Orbic so I would stay within the same brand. They were so shocked to see the prescription on the box, as it was MUCH stronger than it should be. They provided me with the same contact but different prescription and for the first time in MONTHS, I can actually walk around not feeling drunk/dizzy or "off". The female doctor seemed completely unbothered by my concerns. We will now be taking our family business elsewhere. read more

She helped find the right frames for me for both glasses regular everyday glasses and my safety rated glasses. First Let me just state I have no rating for this organization. Our experience was horrible. we went there on a Saturday and was told the eye doctor Mrs. Yu wouldn't be in until much later and this was already after noon. We were told she would be in tomorrow (Sunday) and they opened at 1PM. We picked out our glasses on Saturday to save time on Sunday. We get there a few minutes early to find out that several other clients had made an appointment as well. Guess what? We all had the same appointment time. We finally after about 2 1/2 hours the exams were complete. Told 7 to 10 days for glasses to come in. On the 10th day I called to check on the status. Told to come the next day and they would be ready. Get there and there not. Had to come back 2 ours later per request. Come back then they couldn't find them. Get the glasses and after about an hour of trying to see through them we new they were wrong strengths. Well we have been through this before and were not about to waste more time trying to get it right. So I brought the glasses back to get a refund and of course the doctor wasn't in and no one new how to refund. Was told to come back the next day when office manager was in. (Mrs. Lu the doctor) We put on one credit card in which we paid back off immediately and didn't want the refund back on this card as we were not going to use it any longer. So when I went back the next day I was there an hour and 1/2 with them trying to figure out how to put it on my back card. They couldn't figure it out so the doctor decided to put it back on the original card AGAINST MY REQUEST!!! Now there will be an amount of a credit on this card and we will not see the credit for 7 to 10 days. So now we have no glasses and currently out that money for 7 to 10 days. I suggest if anyone reads this they think twice before going there. Oh and one last thing, while I was waiting to get a refund there were other customers dis-satisifed because they were asked to come back also, that glasses weren't ready even when they were told they were. read more
