The inside has generous amounts of thinly sliced, marinated beef shank, and the scallion pancake wrap is rolled out very thin, crispy, and not oily at all. With the three cup chicken, I enjoyed how spicy the dish was; definitely a dish you'll want to enjoy over rice. If I had to nitpick, one improvement that could have been made to the dish is if the chicken pieces were cut to be smaller. The potstickers here are well-made. If you're looking for Japanese-style gyoza, you will not find that here. The ones here are very in-line with what you'd find at food stalls on the streets of Taiwan in terms of texture, taste, and flavor. The potsticker wrappers have a wonderful crispiness to them and the pork filling is well-seasoned: I didn't actually need to use the included sauce to enjoy the dumplings.
