replaced leaf springs on 2011 Nissan Xterra in September, and the work was good and price was competitive.

Worked out great, as the additional spring lifted the rear to where it is now not sagging and looks on par with the front end.

If this seems like a long review, it's because Accurate Mobile RV Repair impressed me in every…read moreinstance from scheduling and information to repairs/workmanship and communications. I have two version; short and long. For the short version: FIVE Stars * I definitely give Accurate Mobile RV Repair Five-Stars in all categories. * I have already recommended Accurate Mobile RV Repair to my neighbors * Their service fee and mobile rate is within industry standards and reasonable * Multiple ways to pay through Zell, Venmo, PayPal, and a few others I can't recall. * Excellent communication and ease of scheduling For those of you that have tried to get a mobile repair person to come out, you know that it can take days before someone calls you back to schedule, if they show up, they are very late and they will not have the parts or correct tools to fix the issues. Complete Review: We recently purchased a new RV, and after spending a short amount of time in the RV we started noticing flaws in the workmanship and things that didn't function correctly. Since we reside in our RV, taking it into the dealership for repairs was impractical and expensive. I notified the dealership and they provided me with contact info for Accurate Mobile RV Repair. I left a voicemail for them and Karen called me back the same day. Since the repairs would be covered under warranty, Karen advised me of the process that is required by the manufacturer to get the work completed. I sent her a list of 14 items needing repair; everything from a cracked shower, appliance issues to missing exterior rivets. Karen is very competent and knowledgeable about the warranty process and pitfalls I might face. She was able to advise me what the manufacturer would require me to pay and what would most likely be covered. She also does all the scheduling and had a couple of great troubleshooting steps. Like clockwork, Josh the owner of Accurate Mobile RV Repair arrived and performed a walk through with me to review all the issues on my list. He asked questions and took photos of each item for a before and after report for the manufacturer. On my list was an outdoor faucet that I couldn't get to work properly-Josh discovered it was "user error" on my part but never made me feel I was incompetent. LOL Josh is not new to repairing RV's and is super organized, very patient and extremely informative. His troubleshooting and repair skills are very efficient and spot on. We've never used a generator before and the new RV comes with one-but not much for instructions. We watched some YouTube videos but none of them answered all our questions. Josh instructed us on the maintenance and how to use the generator and how it all works. I am now

He spent the better part of two days communicating with me by text, while he was on other jobs trying to help me with a black tank issue. Great service. Friendly. Helpful. Giving me cost based options. Better than 5 stars. I'm new to the "trailer life" and I would be lost without his help. Thanks so much.

We are in the middle of a cross-state move from Tucson, AZ to Sherwood, OR and had an extremely…read moredisappointing and stressful experience with the U-Haul Sherwood location regarding our U-Box delivery. The day before delivery, Laurie from the Sherwood U-Haul location called my husband directly and verbally confirmed that our four U-Boxes would be delivered between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. That same time window was also confirmed in two identical automated text messages we received (which we still have). Despite all of this, the driver arrived at 8:30 AM while we were still at a hotel. The home does not yet have utilities or heat, and it has strict HOA rules regarding where and how long U-Boxes can be placed. We were not refusing delivery -- we simply asked why the driver was there four hours early and requested that she check with dispatch before placing the boxes. The driver told us she would call dispatch and get clarification. Instead, the next call we received was from Laurie, telling us that we had "canceled" the delivery (which we absolutely did not) and that we would now be charged an additional $99 to reschedule. We made it very clear that we never canceled -- we only questioned why the delivery was happening outside the confirmed window. We were then told that if we could drive from the hotel immediately, the driver could return, but we would still be charged. Later, this fee was reduced to $50 -- despite the fact that the error was entirely on U-Haul's side. To make matters worse, this situation is part of a much larger pattern. Throughout this move, we have encountered:    *   Multiple unexpected charges at different stages    *   Separate delivery fees for each U-Box    *   Conflicting information about insurance coverage once the boxes crossed state lines    *   Repeated billing under different descriptions What initially seemed like a cost-saving option has turned into a stressful, expensive ordeal. Between U-Boxes, trailers, delivery fees, and add-ons, we are now well over $5,000 -- and still responsible for unloading everything ourselves. At that point, we should have paid slightly more for a professional moving company and avoided all of this confusion and stress. This experience showed a serious lack of communication, accountability, and customer care at the Sherwood location. Being blamed -- and charged -- for an error that was clearly documented in writing is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering U-Box containers to read the fine print carefully and be prepared for surprise charges and shifting explanations. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this location or this service.
