They tell me repairs take that long. I've never experienced this type of delay before with any other company. Since we are still dealing with the ramifications of all this I tried to place a formal complaint, but they have not called me back, which somehow is not surprising. Our lives have totally changed because of how long this took, days are spent at home, we can't just go out easily anymore because the edema can prevent him from being able to get into his braces while we wait for modifications on them. Poor management has ramifications on people. It breaks my heart that my charming and social husband is kept home so much because of all this. And they don't even want to know or talk to us about it.

NSM was actually the second DME vendor I was referred to when trying to obtain insurance approval for a safe sleep bed for one of my family members. The first DME company would only submit my request if I had very specific documents from very specific providers and after 7 months of back and forth with no insurance submission, it became clear that we just weren't going to get anywhere with them. I contacted NSM and they jumped into action quickly. They were very clear about what was required by my insurer, even going so far as to provide me with documentation from my insurer about their coverage for safe sleep beds. With that documentation, I was able to go to my family member's doctor and have them draft a letter tailored to what information was needed and we ended up getting the bed approved within two weeks on the FIRST TRY. Now if you've ever gone about getting insurance to cover a spendy DME item, you know this is an abnormality because it's usually a case of appeals and denials for months before approval. I was SO excited to hear of the approval and after a little over a month of waiting, the bed was delivered and set up today and is perfect for my family's needs. Cynthia and Summer were both incredible with communication every step of the way and Cristian and Zane who delivered the bed were personable and friendly. Overall, we had a great experience with NSM and would prioritize using them again in the future for any additional DME needs.

I should have received my CPAP supplies weeks ago, but because of an error they made and say they can't fix, I am now without much needed supplies. I have lodged a Better Business Bureau complaint And I'm going to be writing bad reviews about them until things get resolved. If you could go anywhere else to get your CPAP supplies, I highly suggest you do so!

Rotech contacted me and communicated that due to supply chain issue it that it may be a month to get my cpap. I forgot all about it over the summer, Rotech never contacted me. I contacted them in late August 2022, they indicated that the machine was ready to ship and would ship out. It didn't arrive after a few weeks, so I contacted them. They indicated I needed to sign some paperwork via DocuSign , which I did. Unit still does not arrive, call them back. They indicate that I need to pay $204.98 since I have not meet my deductible (just found out from my insurance company today that is NOT true and my insurance company does not know what the $204.98 was applied to). Now that I have paid they say it will ship out and call them back for tracking. we are in mid / late September by this point. I call back for tracking and the guy on the phone says he can't provide it he doesn't know where to find it (this is the local office on Nimbus). I have to ask for the supervisor who also can't locate the tracking, but said he will locate it and call me tomorrow. Amazingly he did and provided tracking. Got a message late October that I needed to sign documents, they were attached in the email. These documents were EXACTLY the same as the ones I sighed in DocuSign. I communicated that, and the individual said they didn't have access to them, WTF? I loged into my DocuSign and the docs were there. It seem this company always has it's signals crossed and is incapable of executing cleanly. Go to google reviews and read them, my experience is not unique. - Poor execution - Unexplained charges - Difficult to get ahold of (phone messages not returned and emails not replied to). My recommendation is avoid.
