yesterday I had my couch barely cleaned by this company. They quoted me one price on the phone and when the two guys came, they attempted to charge me over 3 times the pric! i declined to pay over $450 to clean my couch. Then he said they could do one side of the cushions for the price quoted on the phone?!!! I told them no. After some insulting negotiation they said $200 for a steam clean. It took them less than 30 minutes to "clean " my couch and this morning it doesn't smell clean at all. They left the floor a mess including gum stuck to my wood floor that was apparently on one of the technicians shoes. My floor was filthy when they left. I had to mop it to get the scum off the floor. They did such a poor job of cleaning the couch that they left stripes on the upholstery cushions. Bottom line I warn you not to use them. The person I talked to on the phone told me $1/sq ft for rugs (6x9' so $54), and after even giving dimensions of my sectional quoted me $139, the technician arrives and says its gonna be $470! I get the quote can go up a little bit but it's a classic bait-and-switch. Even after we talked to the dispatcher she said "ok we can do $300" and then the technician said he couldn't do less than $350. I trust him enough that I just leave a key so he can let himself in to do the work when I'm not there. I always check reviews, even when I've hired somebody before, so I know their work is still good. I was really surprised, this time, when I saw that his rating had dropped. FRAUD WARNING - CALLED SHERIFF TO REPORT ROBBERY Just got ripped off. The two guys show up to clean a sectional sofa and area rug for an initial quote of $69 and said the process was gonna be 3 hours. They show up in mini van, with no logo on it like the website, and take a half hour to spray on some cleaner and water and says its $700. The equipment looked like they just rented it from the grocery store. They asked how long and even wanted to look at our bank account. We told them to leave. They then demand cash and wont leave until they are paid in cash. They parked in the driveway and would leave until we gave them cash. We Zelle the money finally and they left. The company uses unlicensed contractors but these guys couldn't even answer questions about the natural ingredients. I scheduled a cleaning for a small one piece fabric sofa and was quoted over the phone the online (see attached pic) price of $69. They arrived at almost the complete end of the window time and when they got to my house they said they really recommend the upgraded service at double the price because what they do for $69 really won't clean it. I was shocked! I said I wish I was told that and that I wanted the $69 service anyway. He then said ok let me call my boss. After calling his boss he said maybe we are not the company for you. So I didn't end up getting my cleaning. I don't recommend as it seems like a scam to get you to "upgrade" and pay more or nothing at all. Firstly - the two people that turned up at my door kept telling me how filthy my rugs were. I find that to be rude honestly (yes they needed a clean - but there is a better way to say it !). Secondly - I don't believe these two individuals were well trained because they were not able to answer knowledgeably re: stains and suggested that the cleaning wouldn't remove the stains (make- up mostly) - so why bother to pay to have the carpets cleaned in the first place ? I have two quite small rugs and these guys are not at all cheap ...I wasn't given a receipt and I am writing this review because I can't email or get through to anyone on the phone to discuss. Finally the living room rug is simply bumpy all over and a little bit ruined (I have weights (books) all over to try and get it flat again). Will not be using these guys again. read more
