I would give this zero stars if I could. We went to the salon, myself and two of my girls. Every color that we picked for acrylic powder they came back and asked us to pick a different color. Once we did that the color was even more different than originally selected. They made our nails crooked and the powder was two toned around the cuticles. When we asked questions they grabbed the color option basket from us. They didn't sanitize our nails first and didn't offer us a drink either. They didn't have clean brushes at the sink area.. I was so confused as I've never experienced anything like this before at other nail salons. Oh- also- we asked for diamond, sequence or jewel accessories for our nails and two of them said they don't have anything. I came here to get a mani&pedi this week. And really wish I would have just bought some nail polish at Target and called it a day. Both nail jobs turned out terrible, the ladies rushed me to pick a color even though there was only one other customer there. It was probably the worst manicure I've ever had, it turned out lumpy, the cuticle edges were uneven, jagged, and looked terrible. I hated it how they looked and spent the next hour at home getting the nail polish off. Please save yourself the nightmare experience and find another nail salon, I won't be returning to this location ever again. read more

Very relaxing place. But I feel as if everything was rushed. I got the mini pedicure for $18 which was supposed to be 25 minutes but I'm certain it was less than that. Very professional, I didn't set up an appointment. They accepted me as a walk-in, I thought i had to set up an appointment due to COVID-19. But they were slow. They are following protocol, walked in he took my temperature, and wrote down my name, phone number, and my temp. They are keeping everyone 6ft apart and everyone is wearing a mask. I had a meni and pedi done. Normally when i go get a DIP manicure somewhere else they don't massagemy hands, but here they do. The nails I got where a number 126 and were fake glue one with the powder! They're really pretty and I can't wait to get back to school with them!!! The lady who did mine was nice and pretty good. They look weird on my fingers though lol but when I look at them they make me happy! We had one of the most best experience at the spa. My fiancée and two nieces (8 and 11) went here for the 8-year old niece's birthday. We asked the manicurist Moon to do a nail art (that we looked up from Google) for her bday. Birthday cake, #8, candle and heart. She was able to imitate it! Very impressive!!! The first time I came in, I booked an appointment for shellac manicure with Mia after reading recommendations for her. She definitely did a good job! She took her time with me and was really focus and careful doing my nails. I didn't book an appointment the second time I came in for a pedicure and Mia was off that day so I had Nga. She was also pretty good too. I got the hot stone and it was so relaxing. Unlike most places, they're not very chatty with each other but they actually have conversations with their own customers. If not, they just keep to themselves and do their work. This place is really nice and clean. They even change out plastic liners in the foot spa for every customer. I think this is by far my new favorite nail spa. I usually don't get my nails done, but I've been to a couple of other places that were cheaper and I honestly think that even if this place cost more, it's still worth it. They take their time with you, giving you the full service that you paid for and they're not rushing to see the next customer. 25$ for shellac manicure and 30$ for hot stone pedicure. read more

It was my first time here and I went because of the great reviews and the convenient location, close to my house. I was the only customer there, most probably due to the pandemic, and someone helped me right away. I got dipped powder and when the technician was working on one of my fingers, my thumb hit the edge of the powder container and it pulled some of the powder/nail polish off. I showed her right away and she just pressed it down with her finger, but it still looked bad. She didn't redo the thumb and kept applying another coat so you could still see where some of it came off. I should've told her to take it off my thumb and just redo it but I didn't, so that's my fault. You would think she would just do that herself after seeing it was messed up. After all my nails were done, I looked at the flaw on that thumb nail and showed her again and she smiled and said, Yeah, when you hit your finger there...and that was it! I understand if the place was busy but like I said, I was the only customer the entire time!!! She couldn't fix that? It cost me $40+ for something I wasn't completely happy with! They are overpriced. I'm giving this place 2 stars because the rest of my nails looked decent, but I won't be going back. read more

By far, I've only been here twice and the second time was the worst. I just want to start of by saying that I gave it two chances and I am finished trying this place out. So my first time, I went to do my nails for engagement pictures. I didn't want anything so fancy, just regular shellac. I was a walk in and I had never been there before. She then rushed my nails quickly and not once seemed to like me at all. After she just directed me to the front and paid for it and that's it. Not a single "thank you for coming" or even asked me for other services. I was just thinking it was the woman who made my experience bad but when I went the second time, it was way worse. The second time, I had made an appointment to do both a mani-pedi wanted to splurge for a good relaxation time which was not how it came out to be. I was finally attended ONE HOUR later after my appointment!! It was extremely busy so I understood, didn't mind at all I had the whole day. So the lady who did my nails sat me down in the chair and already seemed annoyed. She started to do my toes and she cut my finger and tried to play it off that it was already like that. After, she was trying to spray water on my legs and it was extremely hot that it left my skin red for a few hours. After that, she rushed my gel polish and I asked for a pretty pricey pedi package and didn't even do it!! She didn't stick to ANYTHING that came with it and the worst thing was that SHE RUSHED. I was so upset with the service and when I tried to tell her about it, she just blew me off!! After that, some girl came to do my mani and burnt my skin with one of her tools trying to take my old polish off and rushed on that too. I asked for gel so it's supposed to last a while but my name chipped and cracked the day after. I'm extremely saddened that I won't be back. I really tried to like this place but the service is very bad. It's great on the aesthetic but the people who work there are terrible. I even tried emailing the manager like how it says on the back of their card: "if you have any issues, please feel to call or email our manager" and I am not surprised at all that I have not received a reply back after a week. read more

The color selection wasn't great, but if you don't have a color you have to match (like for a wedding) then the selection is big enough! This has become my go-to salon here in Pearland. They have really nice organic and naturally infused treatments. Today I got the hot stone pedicure and organic powder dip nails. I am allergic to acrylic, so their dip allows me to get long lasting nails without any discomfort or reactions. A visit can get pricey if you are not careful and it is probably a good idea to call ahead for an appointment time. My only gripe is that the techs are trained to try to upsell you on services. For example, when they present the menu of services, they will open it on the page with the higher end options without fail. There are cheaper options if you just flip back a page or two so take your time to compare the services before you make your selection. Anyway, I am a fan and intend to keep coming here for my mani/pedi services. read more

This used to be my favorite nail salon. Now They treat customers as if we are always inconveniencing them. Find a better place; nail service is a treat don't go there and they treat you bad after spending $$. I came in January 2017 and said I need my nails dipped and a pedicure. Can I wait 10 min? Sure! too bad that turns into 20 min. Still that's not a big deal if you get good service. They start on my feet; however, the pedicure is rushed and the stones they use are cold for my "hot stone" pedi. Finally they finish on my feet....ready for my nails.... Too bad they don't care to work on people in order. I'm am the only person in my arrival group still there. Then they allow me to sit in my chair and wait. And wait. And wait. 30 min. Finally I stop someone to ask where I am on the list since I can't tell the order!!!! People after me are getting two workers on there feet and hands people before them are getting no service. No logic in how they prioritized people. They say Ten more minutes more workers will be driving up. Yeah right! The owners tell me I should have said I was next for dip. What in the world??!? When I arrived I said what I needed--they run the business they know who is next. Never been to any salon where I have notify people hey you forgot me. I left after being with them for two years. A couple left before me because of how they were treated. That couple was sitting for an hour with their feet in water with no service. The Organic I used to know wouldn't lose business by over looking customers, skipping people and then disregarding their concerns then as a finale blaming the customer. Owners should Walk around see if customers are being serviced see if workers understand how important it is to respect the customers that bring you business. First off let me start by saying this is the worst experience I've ever had in my life! My fiancé and I went in to get a mani, pedi, and me a full set with nail removal. The owner started with my nail removal after I told her she was hurting me she preceded to continue being rough. Then she cut my thumb with a tool when I notified her she showed no remorse so when I told her I no longer wanted a full set just the nail removal she replied "I'm not doing your nails someone else is". I still declined and went with the pedi with hot stone massage! She literally rub one leg with oil and moved to the next leg. The hot stones weren't hot which at that point I was just ready to go so I wasn't to pressed about paying for cold hot stones. The last straw was the polish on my toes!!! No one would believe me if I would have told them I went to a nail salon and got a pedi... but the worst part was when I told them it was unacceptable a nail tech told me she saw nothing wrong and it would take to long to take off but they wouldn't charge me for it!!! Actual big long slices of cucumber are placed in the circulating water foot bath. Then they are used to scrub your lower legs and feet. Included a 10 min massage, which she actually set a timer and showed me it said 10. It was a nice quiet place, complimentary drinks (mimosa for me). My manicure lady also painted my 4 year old daughters nail and kept it very professional and accommodated to my little girls need. They offer drinks, even wine or an alcoholic beverage. He picks up my phone ( uninvited)to put it back on my purse and dropped It!!! FACE DOWN!!!! OMG I decided to wait until the end of my service because I didn't want to create a scene or make him uncomfortable. He was not my regular tech. The service is complete and I wait until I get to the front to speak with the owner. (It's a wall so it's privacy) She tells me it didn't happen, she started yelling. Creates a scene, she called me a liar and told me she didn't feel like she should be responsible for replacing my screen protector. She wasn't around when my phone dropped. I left and went to AT&T to buy another one and decided to go and talk to her again with my receipt. I didn't want to have a negative interaction because I loved my regular Nail Technician Ann. I returned and in a quite and calm manner just as I was before. She said how does she know I'm not just lying. Great point!!!! I've been a repeat client since they have been open. I own a business and refer my clients here very often. I come every 2 weeks faithfully. My pedi is $60 and I tip well!!! Why would I decide to randomly make this up?? She yelled again causing a large scene, I walk out with grace and dignity. I am embarrassed for her. I think it pissed the owner off that I remained respectful the whole time and treated her with respect as she tried to belittle me and was rude to me. Asked to not cut my cuticles too much, walked out with bleeding nails. 3. Nail polish quality is so cheap and never dries.. I ended up asking to remove it. I tried SNS (dip powder) for the first time over the weekend. I really enjoy the result, and will definitely get this type of powder again in the future. What I did not like about Organic Nail Spa was the wait time. I was waiting forever! When I came in I had shellac on my nails and I told the girl at the front desk that while I'm waiting it would make sense for me to be soaking the shellac off. Well, I sat there for about 40 minutes at a table waiting for a nail tech to come start on me. Finally, the girl at the front desk came over and wrapped my nails so that I could soak the shellac off. About 20 more minutes passed before a nail tech actually came to the table. Then my nails were finally started! I waited about an hour there before actually getting anything done. Another thing that bothered me is that they do not accept tips through credit card. You can pay for your service with a credit card, but they can only accept tips in cash. I had to leave the salon and go down the street to CVS in order to use ATM machine so that I could tip my nail tech. How inconvenient!
