After going to a crappy place in Pearland that jacked up my acrylic nails, I ended up here and loved my nail technician Tammy. Super friendly, chatty, and does some bomb nails. She's always down with whatever crazy idea I have next and the price is pretty worth the service. Tammy is legit awesome at anything you throw her way and she will not rush on your nails even if you did show up unannounced (which I do a lot) 10/10 recommend Tammy and this nail salon for sure. read more

I walked in. Waited 10 min to get in pedi chair... That's fine. Waited 10 more min for someone to start on my friend.... Ok but still not upset at this point. Then I waited another 20 min for someone to even acknowledge my body in the pedi chair! NOW Im upset. When I noticed a lady being worked on that sat down after I did, I also got even more upset. The only reason someone came over was because I said something out loud to my fiend who came in at the exact same time and was 20 min into her pedi. No one came and said it was going to be a little longer. No one asked if my feet were turning into prunes by now. No one said anything to me. Then I decided not to do a mani pedi since I was already way behind my friend, and just upset with everything. They kept on asking me over and over to change my mind, and do a mani. At one point I had like 4 ladies in front of me asking me to let them do my mani. I kept refusing. I finally had to say "no" very stern. Come on people, don't beg your customers. I would rather you just apologize for the inconvenience or even comp me something if it's that important to your for me to not leave here unhappy... But no, all they did was continue to bother me about the mani. The reflexology massage I paid for felt good, because being massaged always feels good when your sore. However I'm pretty sure I wasn't getting reflexology. My fiends mani was bad. She said she could do a better job at home. Her cuticle were all painted over. The pedi itself came out nice on the both of us. If you live in Pearland, you should not waste your money or time coming here. Mediocre spa. Has the potential to be great with all the different pedi and mani packages, but need more training, better attentiveness, and maybe a tv for me to watch so I don't have to stare at the wall. I am a regular here and I usually get the shellac manicure, however I was persuaded to try the dip powder. Well two of my nails "popped" off in less than two weeks. I wasted $45 on this manicure. Needless to say I won't be getting dip powder nails anymore. read more

Love this place!!! I only see Moon when I go. She does the best pedicures and full set. She makes sure I am happy with my nails every time. The salon itself is great love the choices they have for pedicures/manicures. They offer free beverages with service so that's a big plus. Also they have a rewards system that you just use your phone number and earn points. So far I have earned 4-5 $15 dollar gift cards. I have come here several times since they opened. My main concern with nail salons is do they sanitize after every client or use dirty supplies. Pet Peeve because I know several people fighting nail fungus for years due to unsanitary salons. Organic Nail Spa is VERY sanitary, with disposable files, buffers, foot spa liners, etc. In addition they actually do the pedicure you select, such as putting fresh fruit in and on you (unlike other salons that SAY they use fresh fruit and then don't) I also tried a manicure using organic polish which I was expecting to peel and chip within 24 hours. It lasted over 7 days! I was shocked! The gel manicure that I received was also very good, and they put disposable gloves on you to protect your skin from the UV light. All of the staff have been very nice and attentive and I have never had any problems with any of them. The prices are in line with other salons in the area, but you really get more for your $. I waited to review to see if these sanitary conditions would change over time like most other nail salons I have gone to. But so far so good! read more

We moved out to Pearland almost a year ago. I was worried I wouldn't find my new "go to nail salon". I stumbled across Organic Nails and have been a loyal customer ever since. Let me start off first by saying the nail technicians are extremely friendly and professional. They all seem work well together from an outsiders perspective. I think this is an important element when all employees get a long well with one another. I always feel welcomed and treated like I am a valued customer. My service never feels rushed and I never feel like extra services are pushed upon me (which I greatly appreciate). I have always had consistent pedicures no matter which nail technician works on my toes. The salon is extremely clean and they always use new pumice bars (I believe that's what they are called) on every customer. They have many different spa services to choose from which are fairly priced. They are certified organic so it is going to cost a little more but there are a wide range of prices that I think everyone can find something that suits them. I also enjoy the atmosphere of this salon. The lights are dimmed just a little and its well laid out. It makes it easy to get comfortable and relax during my pedicures. Stefan and Ava did a great job! It was my birthday and decided to treat myself. I got the hot wax for my feet and a cleaning and buffing manicure. They made the experience a great one overall. Stefan was cracking jokes with some sass that I enjoyed, and he did a phenomenal manicure. Ava answered all of the questions I had asked and gave me a great foot massage on top of the hot wax. This is the best nail spa because they are sanitary. The ambiance is calm and tranquil and I love the fact that most of their treatments are based on organic products like oatmeal, fruit, etc. I love, love, love the fact that they use disposable bags to coat the pedicure tub and packaged materials for the pedicure. GREAT SERVICE. Let me preface this review by saying I don't know crap about manicures or pedicures, but here is my experience: So I scheduled my wife's birthday outing with the ladies at Organic Nails about two weeks ago, for a total of 8 ladies to come have a manicure, pedicure, and massage. The lady was very open to doing a large group, and on the day of had everyone paired with a single person. We scheduled on a Saturday which she blocked off and brought extra workers in to be sure all eight had someone dedicated. The lady helped me put together an affordable package for the entire group (as we were paying for everyone). Once my wife arrived with her party, everyone was genuinely excited at the salon and ushered everyone in. They went well above and beyond, including surprising my wife with a birthday cake when they arrived! I have to say, there are tons of salons that look "taped together" and I was worried about picking a nice one for this event that was affordable. She ended up doing the entire package with high quality services (so my wife tells me they were the nicer versions of each), and under $100 per person. I can't say thanks enough, everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the happy - CLEAN - and fun environment!! read more

My favorite nail place! I never have to wait and the ladies always do a great job on my shellac! I don't ask for anyone specific because they are all good. They have a menu of different manicures and pedicures, many which include the use of fresh fruits and other quality ingredients. I came to get my nails taken off and get a brand new full set. The lady cut the tips of my nails to my liking on one hand and eye balled the other, so one side is shorter than the other. I told her I liked the way she cut the correct side and explained to her that I didn't want them short. She said they were the same length as my previous set but I know for a fact they weren't. So I picked a yellow color and it turned darker than the swatch shown to you, so I changed my mind to a glitter pink. The glitter pink is beautiful! But the layer she did was so thin that you could see the yellow peeking from under, since she did one nail to show me and I then changed my mind. I took about an hour an a half so at this point I'm ready to get the heck out, plus she's rushing cause she has another guest requesting her. So I pay $55. For my nails that I'm really not happy with at all. Do I really wanna spend another hour and a half allowing her to try and fix them or just take this a loss??? Mehhh read more

Since i moved to Pearland, Organic Nail Spa has become my favorite nail spa. The owner is a nice lady and the staff are very dedicated to their work. Everyone treats each other like family. The people working here are really nice but the actual nail service is awful. I was talked into getting a shellac manicure because according to the nail guy there "regular organic" polish only stays on for 2-3 days. Whatever... turns out their shellac manicure is just as pitiful. I've had this manicure for a total of 6 days. One nail completely peeled off the other nails are lifting up and trying to do the same. I came in this evening after making an appointment this morning. They got right to me and I didn't have to wait at all. I had a green tea pedicure and got my nails dipped, which costs $80. I was there for an hour and a half! The technicians really took their time to ensure high-quality service. I have no complaints and was very impressed with everything. The salon is clean and well decorated, with a good layout. They offer complementary beverages too. So I went here about a month & a half ago to get shellac & a mani, And ended up with a huge infection on my finger! When I went here, I noticed the lady(don't know her name but was heavyset & had bangs and glasses) didn't take the manicure tools out of a little plastic bag like I've seen other places do. I asked her if they were sterilized & she assured me they were. Anyway, a couple days after going here, My finger started hurting, and started swelling up getting bright red which turned into a huge ball of puss underneath the skin besides my nail! It was so uncomfortable and disgusting! I had to wrap it in a bandaid and put solution on it everyday so it wouldn't turn into something even more serious! I was out of town so I couldn't pay a visit and complain to the owner, but last time I had a problem here with an incompetent, bad attitude nail tech, the owner sided with her! So instead of wasting my time with the clueless, unprofessional owner, Ive come to yelp to try to warn people about this unsanitary, nasty place. Not to mention, the prices here are higher than other more capable nail spas in pearland. I had the cucumber pedicure for 30 and it included a cucumber lemon scrub, a ten minute leg and foot massage, and the other basic pedicure things such as filing and painting. They also offer a variety of complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks! My nail technician was a younger woman with braces and she was very friendly and attentive. I recently brought my family in to get a manicure/pedicure. I decided to try their dipped powder manicure since I've been going to another salon & thought it would be better to find a salon that did it closer to my home. Those services were rendered Jan. 29th & charged on Jan. 31. While on vacation & by Feb. 6th, I already had a nail fall off. And by Feb. 8th, 4 nails were gone. These dipped powder nails should not fall off for at least 3 weeks. As soon as I got back in town, I went into the salon to get my nails corrected as that is what I'm accustomed at another salon in Pearland. The lady at the front desk asks me if I wanted to fix the 4 nails somewhat implying that I would pay for that service. I then begin to explain to her that if they fix the 4 nails, they would be uneven in comparison to the other nails' cuticle growth. Then, after a little back & forth, she tells me that they can take the nails off only at a discounted price. Therefore, already deciding that I would never go back, I get the nails removed. As I walked to the front desk to pay, the lady then decides that "she feels bad that happened while on vacation. So, I didn't need to pay". That is the gold standard within company's that have guaranteed confidence in their product/service. That response should have at the very least be given when I walked in the door with my complaint.
