This place is located off a busy street. There is plenty of parking because it shares a parking lot with other businesses. This is a clean place and a food concept of build your bowl/salad/wrap. I had a chicken salad and added all my additions. ordered fries, cookie, and a drink. The prices are very reasonable. My favorites were the mint lemonade and the cookie!!!! I could eat 10 cookies!!!! The service was fantastic and very friendly.

This is kind of exciting. Some trustworthy friends recommended the falafel here advising me that it is made to order as opposed to just sitting around in a steam table all day. The sandwich is about $12. And comes with a thick, whole wheat pita, and your choice of different fixings. Now, the falafel that I make at home is actually a kind of a 50-50 recipe of an Egyptian fava recipe and a Lebanese chickpea recipe. It has a lot of parsley and cilantro so it's fairly green in the center and then the flavor profile comes from cumin, coriander, garlic, pepper, and salt. The staff here is wonderful. Super friendly and right on top of their game. With big smiles all around. And now, it's time to taste the falafel.. Oh man, it really IS good. This is a good falafel. Light, fluffy, lots of green in the center. Gorgeous CRUNCH. Clean oil, no fishy tasting canola here. My friends were not wrong.

This place is great! I randomly came upon it as I was shopping for some meat at Wild Fork next door and they mentioned something about Brassica next door. My wife and I decided to check out Brassica for a late lunch and it was pleasantly surprising! Brassica is originally from Ohio and it's basically healthy organic Mediterranean food. I personally am not in love with the genre of Mediterranean food but this restaurant made me change my mind about that. Everything tastes super fresh, healthy, and you feel good after the meal. I ordered a brisket sandwich with cauliflower on wheat pita bread. Since I'm not really a health nut I had to get a side of fries. :) The sandwich was spectacular! The only thing was I found it a bit hard to eat it cleanly so I just used a fork to go after the contents and finished the meal with the bread. The ambiance is really nice and a big step above what you would expect in a fast casual environment. The staff was also super friendly - almost too friendly. Maybe it's a grand opening thing. If they are that nice all the time, that's freaking awesome. Will definitely be back!

Nice and open on the inside. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They make the pita bread fresh in a fire oven. I got the salad with chicken and every topping available. My bowl was like a little mountain. Everything tasted very fresh and lots of flavors individually with each side. Chicken was moist and shredded. Excellent quick place to eat that's served like Chipotle. Recommended!

Brassica, brassica, brassica, what else can I say about you that I haven't already said? I was SO happy to hear that they were expanding outside of OH and of all places, happened to be in Houston. This is a fast casual spot that serves amazing, fresh, and tasty Mediterranean food. The staff at this location were super welcoming and friendly and again, I'm just so glad they're only a drive away rather than a flight. Foodwise, you can choose from a pita sandwich, hummus bowl, or salad bowl and can add proteins like falafel, chicken, or brisket. You fill up your vessel of choice with various veggies, grains, etc. along with choices of sauces (everything tastes great and I have not been let down). I do think the Texas location uses beef for the brisket instead of lamb (but maybe that's also changed at the Columbus locations I used to visit). Their fries are also very crisp and come with seasoning and a dipping sauce and is a perfect side to go with any of their entree options. They also have their inhouse brassarita which is their play on a margarita and is great if you want a nice, frozen beverage or you can go for their mint pink lemonade. I do wish Brassica were closer to me but maybe its good it isnt as I'd likely be eating it too often. However, I do highly recommend folks to come out and try it. Though now that we have a Brassica in Houston, maybe North Star can be next?

I was looking for something to eat. I did a search on Yelp to find something close and this popped up as New. I read the menu. I was intrigued. I stopped in this gives elevated cava vibes. Yesss They serve wines and they have frozen drinks. They also have sparkling water at the soda machine, which was a nice surprise that I enjoyed. They have two meats that you can top brisket or chicken. I was undecided. They let me do a mix that was good. They've only been open for 1-2 weeks so everyone in the line had questions, including myself. This staff was very helpful and accommodating. You can get either a wrap a salad and they have a good amount of toppings to choose from the salad is more cabbage and kale based the dressings were really good. Hot sauce was also good. Next Whole Foods or TJ run I'm in there. It's right next store and across the street from both.

Wow! This restaurant is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The set up is like a high end Chipotle, and you get to choose between a sandwich, hummus or salad base. You also get to choose what kind of protein you want. I ordered the salad with falafel and I was able to decide which toppings I wanted. Everything was beautifully presented and there is quite a bit of variety of toppings that you can choose from. I also ordered French fries because they looked yummy and they did not disappoint. My salad was perfectly seasoned and I really appreciated that each ingredient was expertly cooked and seasoned which made the bowl super tasty and craveable. Everything component was super fresh and high quality and I felt really good after finishing most of my bowl. My diagnosis: come here for delicious Mediterranean food that is expertly cooked and presented beautifully!

I took my mom here for an early dinner and she loved it! They had an Earth Day special so I'm glad we decide to stop by today. Service was excellent today. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. There was a line but it moved fast. Just like last time, the ingredients were fresh and delicious and the organic pita was so fluffy and goooooood.. I really like the design of the space. It's very spacious and elegant for a fast-casual concept. Love it! I hope they open a location in Katy or Richmond soon. Fingers crossed. I ordered the Falafel sandwich, Pink lemonade, and Tahini chocolate cookie. Everything was delicious. It filled me up but did not make me feel heavy or bloated. Both the lemonade and cookie were not overly sweet. I will definitely be a regular here. Brassica gets extra points for using eco-friendly cups and utensils. I truly appreciate the effort in keeping us and Mother Earth healthier. Thank you for supporting and celebrating Earth Day!

Oh my where do I start, this is a build your own place- salad or bowl something most people are familiar with. What sets Brassica apart is the flavors are like no other. Everything is fresh , customer service is top tier, the employees are even passionate. There is a mini open kitchen conceit as well. I've order a salad on visit one with chicken- I don't even like beets but those beets were addicting. I ordered a sandwich with brisket on my second order and that brisket was tender. I'd definitely recommend

I have never heard of this place so we went to a workout class next-door and found this cute little Mediterranean spot. The options were limited they have hummus and bubble ganache. Super healthy and fresh for sure they give you options of rice and salad salads, and the main Mediterranean toppings like pickled onions and cucumbers. They had carrots and different veggies, very healthy and fresh Parking is free upfront you order your food and you pay for it and then sit down.

It was sooo good I forgot to take a picture before I started eating

I randomly went here to try something new. I got a pita sandwich with falafel, hummus, pickled beets, pickled cabbage, roasted carrots, and red pepper sauce with fries on the side and a vegan tahini chocolate chip cookie. The sandwich was very flavorful and the pickled beets added the right amount of sweetness, the roasted carrots were also very very delicious. I appreciate that they make their fries fresh made to order, great service! And that cookie was really tasty, soft, great texture and not overly sweet. I enjoyed this meal so much I went back the next day after vending at a market and this was the perfect meal after a long day. It was a very clean aesthetically pleasing experience and next time I'll definitely be dining at the restaurant enjoying the ambiance.

I stopped by after completing my Whole Foods run! Behind the trees I saw Brassica! I heard about this place in an email and so today was the day to try it. My order: Pita Chicken Sandwich with everything Fries Mint lemonade Mint lemonade w/alcohol The place was clean and not what I was going to expect...you get to choose your items and actually see them as you walk down the counter line Although I did not get the brisket it looked really good. The pita is made in house My sandwich was so good we went back for more. That mint lemonade with and without the alcohol was also good. They do give you the option to take it home if you are not eating there. I really liked the sauce options Presentation is a 5 as well for the food. Sanjay provided excellent service. This is an absolute must 5 stars!

I was so excited to try this place as the previous reviews seemed promising. And boy were they correct!! I had the greens and grains bowl with brisket. It was SO delicious. Basically, your base is a pre made thinly cut romaine lettuce salad with lemon and olive oil. The employee was mixing the salad base in front of us with fresh lemon and oil. Then they add a lentil rice base. Then you choose hummus or baba. And then the meats--The brisket was delicious and my friend said the chicken was also tender and flavorful. Then come the sides of vegetables. Each vegetable has a unique and fresh taste. We also wanted to try the falafels and omg I'm so glad we did. They came out piping hot and crispy with a perfectly soft interior and a delicious dipping sauce. I also got a pita on the side and omg it was so different than pitas I've had in the past. SO fresh. Bubbly crispy exterior and pillow- like interior. They were making them in front of us as well. All I can say is, I can't wait to come back. This place is 10/10 and I would definitely recommend a try!! Restaurant was spotless. Employees were helpful. Overall, it was perfect!

If you don't have very many locations aren't exactly established yet in the city you're trying to plant in, and a patron comes in and says it's their first time, some recommendations and signature dish items would be nice to hear. There were a lot of staff on this Sunday afternoon, but didn't really see there was much effort into the overall experience. The food station was dirty and messy, there were gnats flying around our food where we were sitting, and when we got our zeppelins, it was drenched or drowning in the dressing and th overall sandwich was overly salty because of it. I ordered the Mediterranean Cobb and held off on the blue cheese and subbed feta. The grilled chicken literally was so chewy and tasted like rubber I had to spit it out and then pick the rest of the chicken out, this place is NOT cheap. Quite pricey for a large sub stuffed with a salad. If you're paying $15 for a sandwich, you expect to get quality ingredients. The chicken was not edible. Staff just stood around and would chit chat, not really attentive or maintaining the restaurant very well. I'm willing to give it another shot maybe and try their salad...but I'd heed on the dressing and ask for it on the side.

Just from the ugly visuals, we had to cut out about half the things that we wanted that we usually get at other locations, because they looked so wilted and rotten. And still... Whatever we were left with tasted so rotten that we didn't even eat half of it. It was also a small portion but the congealed nature was the main problem.
