2nd visit to this Mediterranean fast comfort food restaurant. Easy menu with 3 choices and they even make the pita bread in front of you. Service was friendly and was impressed with how quickly the line moves even when they were busy. Their falafel comes out hot and made to order . Several choices of veggies such as eggplant and pickled cabbage are worth the drive. Found this place on Yelp and definitely will be back agin soon.

Fast food but on healthier side. Service and atmosphere: Very good service with professional staff that was polite and very helpful. The restaurant is modern and well decorated. Food and drinks: You line up and order food by selecting bowl or in house made pita bread as base. The food was well cooked, seasoned and tested very good. Combination of all ingredients was flavoursome. They do use seed oil for some prep but in general they opt for simple and organic ingredients to prepare their meals. It was good to see that they serve wine from Spain and France! Pricing: $$ - worth the quality of food and service.

We came here to try out this new Mediterranean restaurant on a Saturday evening as an alternative to Cava. There was a long line to order and kids were also with us, so do be prepared to stand in the line if you come with kids. Same concept as Cava but less toppings to choose from and less portion size. However, thier falafels were crispy and loved the crispy onions! We got 2 hummus plates and 1 salad bowl. It was delicious but would be nice if they had more salad toppings to pick from. We tried their pink mint lemonade but it was quite sour. Thier signature hot sauce was really good!

Salad: greens, grains, pita chips, slow roasted chicken, their "special green sauce" with cauliflower/broccoli. On the side: pita bread.

I am a picky eater so I was pretty hesitant to try this restaurant but I'm glad I did. I've tried both a sandwich and a salad here and they were both delicious. The customer service is also impeccable! The staff gave me two complimentary entree vouchers even before they officially opened because I expressed how I am on a journey to eating healthier. They also offer samples of their sauces or sides before adding it to your entree to ensure you leave satisfied with the meal they prepared. The ambiance is very calm and quiet and I truly appreciate the open window lighting. This place is perfect for people who want a quick lunch or anyone who wouldn't mind getting some work done outside of their typical office space. A perfect touch is that they also offer wine and cocktails.

This place is soooo good! I first visited after a yelp function which introduced me to this place. I'd been craving it ever since my initial visit. I finally made it back. I ordered the falafel wrap and those darn tasty fries!! They make them fresh to ordered and the come with a tasty sauce! This place is great and honestly anytime I'm in the area im going to stop by!

Heard about Brassica from a yelp event and had to go back because I was craving it! (I literally just had it 5 days ago, lol). I tried the brisket sandwich this time, with all the toppings and a side of fries. Service is honestly so friendly and efficient! The place/parking can get a little packed (went on a Friday for lunch), but there was space to sit inside and I brought my babe in a stroller! Food is fresh, and they don't cheap out on the meat or food! I left full, but felt healthy at the same time! Definitely check them out!!

This place is located off a busy street. There is plenty of parking because it shares a parking lot with other businesses. This is a clean place and a food concept of build your bowl/salad/wrap. I had a chicken salad and added all my additions. ordered fries, cookie, and a drink. The prices are very reasonable. My favorites were the mint lemonade and the cookie!!!! I could eat 10 cookies!!!! The service was fantastic and very friendly.

This place is great! I randomly came upon it as I was shopping for some meat at Wild Fork next door and they mentioned something about Brassica next door. My wife and I decided to check out Brassica for a late lunch and it was pleasantly surprising! Brassica is originally from Ohio and it's basically healthy organic Mediterranean food. I personally am not in love with the genre of Mediterranean food but this restaurant made me change my mind about that. Everything tastes super fresh, healthy, and you feel good after the meal. I ordered a brisket sandwich with cauliflower on wheat pita bread. Since I'm not really a health nut I had to get a side of fries. :) The sandwich was spectacular! The only thing was I found it a bit hard to eat it cleanly so I just used a fork to go after the contents and finished the meal with the bread. The ambiance is really nice and a big step above what you would expect in a fast casual environment. The staff was also super friendly - almost too friendly. Maybe it's a grand opening thing. If they are that nice all the time, that's freaking awesome. Will definitely be back!

This is kind of exciting. Some trustworthy friends recommended the falafel here advising me that it is made to order as opposed to just sitting around in a steam table all day. The sandwich is about $12. And comes with a thick, whole wheat pita, and your choice of different fixings. Now, the falafel that I make at home is actually a kind of a 50-50 recipe of an Egyptian fava recipe and a Lebanese chickpea recipe. It has a lot of parsley and cilantro so it's fairly green in the center and then the flavor profile comes from cumin, coriander, garlic, pepper, and salt. The staff here is wonderful. Super friendly and right on top of their game. With big smiles all around. And now, it's time to taste the falafel.. Oh man, it really IS good. This is a good falafel. Light, fluffy, lots of green in the center. Gorgeous CRUNCH. Clean oil, no fishy tasting canola here. My friends were not wrong.

Brassica, brassica, brassica, what else can I say about you that I haven't already said? I was SO happy to hear that they were expanding outside of OH and of all places, happened to be in Houston. This is a fast casual spot that serves amazing, fresh, and tasty Mediterranean food. The staff at this location were super welcoming and friendly and again, I'm just so glad they're only a drive away rather than a flight. Foodwise, you can choose from a pita sandwich, hummus bowl, or salad bowl and can add proteins like falafel, chicken, or brisket. You fill up your vessel of choice with various veggies, grains, etc. along with choices of sauces (everything tastes great and I have not been let down). I do think the Texas location uses beef for the brisket instead of lamb (but maybe that's also changed at the Columbus locations I used to visit). Their fries are also very crisp and come with seasoning and a dipping sauce and is a perfect side to go with any of their entree options. They also have their inhouse brassarita which is their play on a margarita and is great if you want a nice, frozen beverage or you can go for their mint pink lemonade. I do wish Brassica were closer to me but maybe its good it isnt as I'd likely be eating it too often. However, I do highly recommend folks to come out and try it. Though now that we have a Brassica in Houston, maybe North Star can be next?

I was looking for something to eat. I did a search on Yelp to find something close and this popped up as New. I read the menu. I was intrigued. I stopped in this gives elevated cava vibes. Yesss They serve wines and they have frozen drinks. They also have sparkling water at the soda machine, which was a nice surprise that I enjoyed. They have two meats that you can top brisket or chicken. I was undecided. They let me do a mix that was good. They've only been open for 1-2 weeks so everyone in the line had questions, including myself. This staff was very helpful and accommodating. You can get either a wrap a salad and they have a good amount of toppings to choose from the salad is more cabbage and kale based the dressings were really good. Hot sauce was also good. Next Whole Foods or TJ run I'm in there. It's right next store and across the street from both.

Wow! This restaurant is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The set up is like a high end Chipotle, and you get to choose between a sandwich, hummus or salad base. You also get to choose what kind of protein you want. I ordered the salad with falafel and I was able to decide which toppings I wanted. Everything was beautifully presented and there is quite a bit of variety of toppings that you can choose from. I also ordered French fries because they looked yummy and they did not disappoint. My salad was perfectly seasoned and I really appreciated that each ingredient was expertly cooked and seasoned which made the bowl super tasty and craveable. Everything component was super fresh and high quality and I felt really good after finishing most of my bowl. My diagnosis: come here for delicious Mediterranean food that is expertly cooked and presented beautifully!

I took my mom here for an early dinner and she loved it! They had an Earth Day special so I'm glad we decide to stop by today. Service was excellent today. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. There was a line but it moved fast. Just like last time, the ingredients were fresh and delicious and the organic pita was so fluffy and goooooood.. I really like the design of the space. It's very spacious and elegant for a fast-casual concept. Love it! I hope they open a location in Katy or Richmond soon. Fingers crossed. I ordered the Falafel sandwich, Pink lemonade, and Tahini chocolate cookie. Everything was delicious. It filled me up but did not make me feel heavy or bloated. Both the lemonade and cookie were not overly sweet. I will definitely be a regular here. Brassica gets extra points for using eco-friendly cups and utensils. I truly appreciate the effort in keeping us and Mother Earth healthier. Thank you for supporting and celebrating Earth Day!

I like how open and spacious the place is but the booth seats were in poor condition, with extreme cracks and peeling pleather. Also, many of the tablets were dirty and I had to get up and ask for napkins to clean up the stains. Help was very limited during this visit. The baristas were engrossed in making drinks and didn't seem very friendly or eager to help with questions. On the bright side, the young gal who brought out our food and drinks was really nice and helpful. She even offered to spray down our table and wipe it clean for us after she saw how icky it was. There's a Pick 3 toasts for $24.95 option and we chose two smoked salmon toasts and one avocado toast. They were decently good. It was a nice light meal to share between two of us. However, the quality of the drinks has declined. The strawberry matcha used to be excellent but the flavor has lost its vibrancy. I would not order it again.

This is the one and only location here and a great stop for all kinds of sandwiches. Their menu includes innovative offerings and iconic flavors, essentially the best of both worlds. If you're craving a classic or simple sandwich, you can get that. However, if you're looking for something special or out of this world, you can also get it. Ike's specializes in sandwiches with their Dutch Crunch bread and Dirty Sauce, both unique in its own way. Whether you're a meat lover, vegetarian, vegan, or on a gluten-free diet, their menu has it all. I personally am not a super fan of the Dutch Crunch bread since I find it a bit too harsh on the palate and somewhat dry, but love the Dirty Sauce (make it extra or on the side). I enjoy subbing the Dutch Crunch with either French or Sourdough. With over 300 unique sandwiches on the menu, there's a sandwich for everyone. My favorites have been the Menage A Trois (halal chicken, honey mustard, BBQ Sauce, real honey, pepper jack, swiss, cheddar), Ike's Reuben (pastrami, mack Sauce, purple slaw, gouda), Joker (all beef meatballs, fried zucchini, Ike's red pesto, ranch), and Grant Pinkerton, a Houston exclusive (Pinkerton Brisket, pastrami, BBQ aioli, provolone). All of my sandwiches have been stuffed and tasty, worth it! However, I find some menu items to be subpar in quality and flavor (chicken strips).
