Good thing I was wearing casual clothes and nowhere to really be. I get that it's grilled in oil but how is it possible for that much oil to come out?? I mean ALOT!! I didn't know if I should eat it, or take it to Jiffy Lube. But I ate half of it and chose not to get down to the oil pan part, which was disappointing because it was actually good. Be careful if you order this if you're wearing something nice. I never had one do this before. Four stars because BB is usually better than this. Just want to share my review. Ask for extra napkins.

ommy's is a California institution and is exclusive to California and maybe a few other states.... I love their chili burgers and chili-cheese fries.. the chili is very thick and is piled automatically on their burgers, you have to ask to add it to your fries....highly recommended! The original location is on Beverly and Rampart in Los Angeles and you will find lines down the street on a typical weekend as late as 3 am... but no worries, the line moves extremely quickly and your wait will be less than 10 minutes. read more

Still a pretty good place to eat. Not my number one favorite fast food place anymore. Subway now is but still really good. We went on Easter Sunday after the 7 o'clock service at Harvest Church and I got a regular cheeseburger with the 1000 island dressing, it was similar to a regular in&out burger. I used to go to this location all the time in the past way back when and it was so good and flavorful but recently the past couple times food has been lowkey disappointing. I asked about the churro pancakes, as I have ordered them before and knew they would typically be packaged separately in a clear container. I was assured that everything I ordered was already in the bag. A manager then came over and explained that they were out of churro pancakes and that they were a breakfast item. She offered me a churro as an alternative, which I appreciated. I want to be clear that I am not upset about the restaurant being out of an item. I understand that inventory can run out, and I also understand that DoorDash may not always reflect the most current availability. What was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled and the tone used when speaking with me. I felt as though I was being made to feel responsible for the mistake, when I had simply ordered an item that was listed as available on DoorDash. I was only trying to understand where the item I had ordered was. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, I discovered that my taco was also missing from the order. Additionally, my burrito was extremely soggy and appeared as though it had been sitting for an extended period of time. I understand that mistakes happen, and I am usually very understanding when they do. However, customer service and the way customers are treated are just as important as the food itself. I was disappointed that instead of feeling heard and helped, I left feeling as though I had somehow caused the issue. I have been a loyal Miguel's Jr. customer for years, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve communication, customer service, and order accuracy at this location.

We're regular customers and genuinely enjoy the food, which is why my mom called the restaurant this morning simply to make them aware. The employee who answered was very kind and relayed her concern to the manager working this morning. The manager's response was that it was "not their fault and they can't do anything about it". What bothered me most was how the manager chose to handle the situation. If your Uber Eats menu is advertising something customers aren't receiving, I'd expect management to at least acknowledge the concern and look into correcting the listing. A simple, "Thanks for letting us know, we'll look into it," would have been enough. Good food matters, but the customer experience outweighs it. There are plenty of other restaurants on Uber Eats and local businesses we can support. After being regular customers, we won't be ordering from or returning here--not because of missing fries and a drink, but because of how management handled such a simple concern.
