A ghost kitchen with several other businesses…read more There was always a person at the front counter answering questions. The gentleman told me to head over to the screen to order from any of the restaurants located there. The people working the front, they get a notification and go pick up the food from the various other restaurants inside. Once I ordered, it took about 10 minutes to receive my food. It tasted freshly made. The smash burger was crisp and hot. The burger bread was buttery and moist, not dry. The thin fries were slightly seasoned. The soda was a fountain drink with light ice (very good, unlike other places where they fill up the cup with ice). Also, once the food was ready, I also received a text message that it was ready. The location has a few tables inside and some tables outside. Some of the tables outside have umbrellas. Overall, I will be coming back when in the area.

Safe bet. aka Delicious Burger…read more I decided to try this place on my birthday. You can get caught up in the minutiae of this place being a food hub which is a "new wave eating experience" but I think Yelp reviewers want to know flavor, and the "double quickie" I had, had just that. Good smashed burger with crispy beef patties that taste freshly cooked off a black top griddle. The cheese melds well, and the carmelized onions are long and stringy and give the needed texture to the burger. Pickle for acidity. Magnifique. What more do you need? Also: The fries were delicious and freshly cooked and salted too and echoed in n out fries(ish) flavor and texture, but had twice the quantity. I'm not a burger guy per se, but I do enjoy good food, and this is a great quality burger ESPECIALLY compared to what is out there ESPECIALLY online for delivery. Price is about "market", which is fair, and I say pull the trigger if you are cool with that. Staff was courteous and helpful, place was clean yet small, but it's kinda chill to sit out front and enjoy the food. Thanks Wanna Smash!

They get your order right and you can even have a medium rare burger and not some burnt ones, like some insist on. We have only been twice, but we will be going back when we are in the neighborhood. I think you will like this place, they also have super sandwiches and I love their chicken sandwiches. I am pretty sure they have a vegan burger as well.

Yelp recommended Hook Burger, so I listened. This local burger joint serves up all your favorites: burgers, sammies, salads, and more. I ordered the chicken caprese sandwich. Since this meal was around $13, I expected it to be pretty average. I was shocked to find the sandwich was absolutely delicious. I devoured it in minutes. While the concept is fast-casual, they have a pretty large dining space. This place is great for big groups, family outings, etc. I could easily see myself stopping here on my next road trip!

After explaining the mistake to the team member, he immediately went to the kitchen to let them know. He then said that there wouldn't be a charge. He also delivered our food, making sure that everything was correct. It was all prepared perfectly! Notably excellent service during a peak dining period!

We explained just driving through, he handed us cold waters and wished us well. Wow!! Thank you! We will definitely stop on our way through again! Give them try!

The price I paid for the starter was 16.00 (full price), the happy hour price for the same item is 9.00, a 7.00 difference. I asked the waitress if I would be charged the 16.00 or the 9.00. She said that I ordered it at 2:40. Interesting that she didn't have to look at what time I ordered the item, she knew as if she thought I would ask about it later. It would have been nice if she had let me know, so I could have chosen to wait. I could have waited and ordered our regular food first. This situation made a late lunch/early dinner less enjoyable (I felt frustrated). It might not seem like a big deal, but I've only been to Finney's a few times. I just felt it was a lack of consideration on the server. The food was good and the portions were adequate-that earned them the 3 stars.

Service? What Service?? Drove through this Jimmy Dean's on…read morethe old road to get a char grilled chicken sandwich, one of my favorites for many years. My "lack of service" experience began at the drive-through order box. To be fair, there's a loud air conditioner next to the drive-through making it harder to hear. There's also a car wash next-door, adding noise. I asked for a chargrilled chicken sandwich, she replied back a tropical chicken sandwich, I said no a chargrilled chicken sandwich. She replied back "thats what I said". She repeated it again, sounding like a tropical chicken sandwich, which is another choice on their menu, but I cut my losses here. Decided to ride this one out at the window. Now, at the window, 2:30 PM, this female ( wore glasses, dark hair pulled back) attendant was on her headset, obviously listening to somebody, as she was talking to me, so clearly distracted. Took my credit card, gave it back with no interaction. No smile, she acted as if I was bothering her & the last priority on her mind truly. Then gave me my food with NO thank you, no smile, as a matter of fact, a grimace face the whole time! I remained there after she walked away, since I decided to get ranch dressing too. When she came back to the window, she acting annoyed that I was still there, I said "I'd like some ranch dressing, please". She replied, "75 cents" ". I said, "sure no problem" & gave her the .75 cents. She then gave me the dressing without thanking me again. She had three opportunities to thank me but elected not to do so. She didn't smile once, and remained listening to her headset. Call it a sticking point BUT leaving restaurant establishments feeling neglected and miss treated is NOT ACCEPTABLE! There's an obvious lack of monitoring employees by the afternoon shift manager at this location. I felt her poor attitude and even anger. shift Managers need to be watching their employees consistently & provide real - time customer service training, with consequences for not providing it. I left there so annoyed! After two days, I'm still annoyed enough to write this review. She was rude and I found this unacceptable in a service business. I probably won't go to that location again. She lost my business for them.
